Very professional service during the repair operation. The owner came out to trouble shoot with 2 hours of the call. He found the issue was the fridge compressor by 1pm. He then had his repair tech come with the new compressor at 5pm and it was fixed by 6pm. Tech made many checks along the way, as a competent tech should.

The tech was Extremely knowledgeable and explained everything regarding the repair of my double wall ovens in great detail. It took a bit long to receive the parts and schedule the repair but I believe it was due to Covid-19 restrictions and not their fault. I highly recommend using Happy Appliance. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved that was requested to be resolved so the money spent did not result in the outcome desired.

Showed up late. Diagnosed my microwave and said it could be fixed but would be better to just have a new one installed.

Showed up on time. The repairman, Leo, was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Vadim was great! He had my refrigerator assessed and fixed within 24 hours of my call for help for the repair.

Successful repairs which is what is most important. Do make sure your payments equal the actual charges, otherwise you may end up overpaying. Workers were not thrilled about working in a condominium an area where cars need to be moved because of parking restrictions.

Very good... He came the same day and even earlier than initially promised. Unfortunately, my refrigerator was just too old so the cleaning didn't help fix the issue with my freezer or refrigerator areas. But I appreciated his effort and honesty in assessing the problem.

We almost gave up on our refrigerator after the initial attempt to fix it didnâ t work. But our repair man gave it a second look and was able to identify and fix the issue. Weâ re glad itâ s still going!

The service person arrived on time and did a good job fixing the freezer. The rate seemed high to me but I didn't make any comparisons so that's on me.

Big Al took my refrigerator apart and did some basic cleaning and put it back together again.a total repair would have cost more than a new refrigerator. Fortunately I woke this morning to see that the freezer temp had returned back to normal and the ice maker was functioning beautifully! All of his work was covered under the $75.00 house visit fee. We canâ t thank Big Al enough.

I was not listened to. The first repair made sense because it was done some years ago. Further repairs did not. I decided to replace the current refrigerator. I wish I could get a refund for the repair that was done.

Very nice. My mom called and said if they could come and look at dryer and dish washer she would give them a Christmas card and I think a gift certificate. The service guy, Vince, seemed to get a big kick out of it. He came out the next day. He went all out with service, since he had to go pick up a part for the dryer and came back that early evening to install. Very nice and straight and forward. Will call again.

We were able to schedule an appointment the same day we started looking to hire someone. We received an honest assessment of the work required and a reasonable repair estimate, and the service was polite and professional. Would definitely hire again.

Hard to receive a receipt and I never got a written warranty, as promised!

They were available the quickest for the first evaluation and they did not charge for coming out, but the assessor was almost 1 hour late. The repair was expensive but that may be expected. The repairman came the day after but the timing also changed from 4 PM initially to 2 PM and the repair took 4 hours, longer than what we were told. So, it really impacted our schedule for that night. The compressor got changed but it is still making noise after 1 week.

I called two other appliance repair companies and promised follow up never happened. Scheduled this company and they were out the same day. Ice maker replaced the next day. Great job!!
