Arrived as promised, performed an assessment, identified the failed part on our dryer, traveled to get the part from a supplier, installed the part, verified operation, and left the area neat and clean. Competent, proactive (get it done today attitude), and personable.

Came very promptly, was friendly, and thoroughly explained/showed the work he was doing. Very reasonable pricing. Luckily no major repairs were needed but I would call them back for future work.

He came over right away. Had what he needed to fix our dryer. And showed me where to clean my vent so the dryer wouldn't overheat again.

Efficient and very effective repair service. We hired them to fix our convectional oven. Within two visits, a total of 3 hours and a new switch, our problem was FIXED! They were very thorough in their diagnosis and repair. They were friendly and warm. Great energy. I would highly recommend!

Vadim did the work fixing the microwave. It was quickly done and at a decent price, He was great to worth with.

The repair guy was here 10-15 min and looked at the refrigerator, conducted a few small test. He stated it was not working and could not be fixed. I was not here but my husband was. I text him fit follow up to let him know the part ( compressor) was covered under warranty. He stated ok, but it would for $1 500.00 to fix it. I said no thank you. We had someone else come out and fixed the refrigerator.
