Efficient and very effective repair service. We hired them to fix our convectional oven. Within two visits, a total of 3 hours and a new switch, our problem was FIXED! They were very thorough in their diagnosis and repair. They were friendly and warm. Great energy. I would highly recommend!

Vadim did the work fixing the microwave. It was quickly done and at a decent price, He was great to worth with.

The repair guy was here 10-15 min and looked at the refrigerator, conducted a few small test. He stated it was not working and could not be fixed. I was not here but my husband was. I text him fit follow up to let him know the part ( compressor) was covered under warranty. He stated ok, but it would for $1 500.00 to fix it. I said no thank you. We had someone else come out and fixed the refrigerator.

Vadim responded almost immediately to my request, and met me a half-hour later. The part needed to be ordered, and he notified me when it arrived, and we arranged a mutually agreeable date & time for the work. He notified me via text when he was on his way, and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. The work was completed quickly, and our kitchen was left neat and clean.

Vincent diagnosed the problem and did r research and recommended to buy a new washer. And for those reading this that can never get a repair man on the play, Vincent was great

Vadim and Sergei were professional, knowledgeable ,experienced, and friendly. None of our questions went unanswered; in fact, they informed us of what they were doing and why our appliance, a microwave in a combination microwave,oven and warmer drawer built in cabinet unit could be repaired instead of replaced. They saved us the expense of having to replace the microwave on our Thermador combo unit. They worked well together and their humor was evidence to me and my wife that they enjoy what they do.
