Happy Appliance was able to come out same day, and diagnose our refrigerator. We were happy with service and would recommend to anyone looking for fast and efficient service.

He came out and took payment and never got back to us.

In this age of very flaky service companies, I was extremely impressed that this company contacted me immediately, came to assess the problem the day promised, and completed the repair the next day when the part arrived. These are hard-working, reliable people.

He is not transparent with offered service and pricing. Used deceitful methods to agree to his subpar egregious service. He does not respond honestly to follow up questions to explain charges after you pay him and neither respond to a complaint once you find a problem.

The repair work was excellent. But we are in the middle of a pandemic and the delta variant of Covid is even affecting even vaccinated people. I was wondering why the repairman was giving me â attitudeâ when I asked him to wear a mask before entering my house. Is that not a reasonable request?

He said that the job will be $450 but when he heard I had a home warranty he said $650.
