Happy Again Appliance Service

They were fast to respond and schedule an appointment. They were punctual and diagnosed the problem. Two problems: 1. They did not describe exactly what they found. They simply stated a circuit board needed replacing. 2. The price they quoted to repair the unit was ridiculously high, and went up even higher a day later, much higher than buying and installing a new unit, so I felt as if they did not want the job and did not provide details about what they found so I could explore alternatives. Out $80 and time+energy.

Vincent from Happy Again Appliance Service called promptly and arranged to come within a few hours. When Vincent arrived, he was able to determine the cause of the problem in a matter of minutes. Vincent had asked for the make and model of my washer when we set up the appointment over the phone, so he came prepared with replacement parts and was able to do the repair very quickly and efficiently. Vincent was quite friendly and personable, I enjoyed chatting with him as well. I would certainly look him up again if I ever need another appliance looked at again.

It started about a week ago, my refrigerator was making banging noise. I went online to look for help, the first guy I contact told me it probably was a compressor problem and it will cost $1000 to repair or replace the compressor. His suggestion was buy a new fridge. Then the next day I got a call from happy Appliance repair, the technician named vincent came and took a look, he said itâ s probably the vent of the icemaker problem and also he found out the seal ring for the fridge is leaking and ice was forming on the edge of the refrigerator. While he was here there was no noise sound, he made two more trips and after shutting the water valves in the back of the fridge, we realize itâ s not a fridge problem. It was the water pressure too high causing other appliance especially the washer resonating with the waterline. Also vincent ordered the seal ring as well as the air valve for the fridge he decided not to change the air valve and only fixed the seal ring. Vincent is very professional skillful and smart technician, so we had one week of work and happy ending. I will recommend vincent highly.

We made a report thinking it was just a hose as we saw what we thought was the problem!! Instead of agreeing and just coming replacing the hoses and calling it a day he looked at the machine and confirmed what the problem was rather then just slapping it together!! Great works always costs more but is worth it!!

Was unable to fix problem. Charge to fix at a later day was very expensive. They were informed of problem when appointment was made. After inspection agreed with my opinion but not prepared to do the work. Still charged.

Vadim did his job of simply putting the one arm back in place so we could make ice again. I accidentally knocked off the arm and could not reattach it properly. I told the fellow that it was simple. It is still $125.00 just to come out. It did not take him but a minute. It was at my parents home and I had not arrived yet. I asked if he wanted to wait until I got there. I am waiting for my $125.00. They did not even offer a senior discount! My folks are 94 and 97 years old. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will be surprised if they actually put this in their reviews. Sandi

Vince messaged right away, kept me advised of when he'd arrived, and showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem immediately and came back the next day with the replacement part. The actual repair was quick, and he cleaned up the space when done. Thoroughly satisfied.

Vincent was so fast in responding to my call, and both he and his team are incredibly professional. I called in the morning, and in just hours they were there to fix the problem quickly. They went above and beyond. I will call on them again when needed and am already recommending them to others.

The repair was expensive and it didnt work.

This repair service did not fix the problem. They researched the part and took at lest 2 weeks to respond that they could not find a replacement part. The communication was difficult as they didnt respond when asked for status. For this non repair I had to pay $480. Seems too high for not fixing the issue.

I called and got same day service after many other repair services wouldn't return my calls or emails.

Vince was professional, prompt, good humored and extremely knowledgeable about my dryer. His diagnostic skills are excellent. He came at the end of his day, promised to be back the next day with the part and again arrived within the window offered. I will definitely call him next time I need an appliance serviced.

They double charge me, they are refusing to give me my money back. 11/11/2021 - He paid back the funds. I recommend paying with a credit card so if there is a dispute, you can challenge it with your credit card.

He came out charged us $80 for 10 minutes and miss diagnosed the problem with no follow up. Would not recommend

Very thorough. Not only did Vince fix the problems, he gave our washer & dryer presise check up and cleaning.
