Happy Again Appliance Service

It started off as a brand new washer that did not work they came out And it assessed the washing machine and they decided that it was probably the motherboard so they need to order the part . A couple weeks later it turns out that the part did not get ordered so they ordered it that day that was an unfortunate part of our repair experience, at that point we ordered the part and it wouldâ ve been 30 days to receive the motherboard for their washing machine. So 30 days went by and I called Victor and he said let me check on it so it was another seven days it was not Vicsterâ s fault he was very nice very respectful he was very helpful it was Samsungâ s fault but it was unfortunate that it took so long but now that we have our washer back weâ re very very happy thank you Vicster for doing such a good job when you got here with the part it almost didnâ t work and weâ re so happy that it did .

Vince came quickly and diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part, which has not yet arrived .

My dishwasher was making a terrible noise and water was running all over the floor. After trying to solve the problem myself for a couple of hours, Vadim was able to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly. From the initial call at 8:30pm to resolution at 9:30pm, the issue was resolved quickly. We couldn't have waited until the morning to fix this as no one in the house would have been able to sleep through the loud noise.

Vadim N was very personable, quick and knew his stuff! (He repaired our KitchenAid refrigerator). He was also able to obtain a replacement evaporator fan motor quickly and install it on the Sunday of July 4th weekend = very customer-service oriented. I certainly will be calling Happy Again Appliance first the next time I need a home appliance repaired!

I am so pleased with happy again appliance’s technician. He was so knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done quickly. I definitely recommend this vendor for anyone looking for honest and great service, and would hire again in the future if I need.

Vince responded to my request very quickly and managed to fit me into his schedule at the last minute. After quickly diagnosing the problem and listening to the horrible noise the freezer was making, he once again went the extra mile and proceeded to make the repairs right then, instead of rescheduling to a longer appointment slot. I was very thankful and relieved to finally have a resolution to a long-term problem. Very high quality service!

He took an advance to buy the part and never ordered it, did not return texts, and his voicemail was full. He eventually returned the deposit, but kept the diagnostic fee which was to be applied to the job.

Immediate response, fast achedule, text he was in way, excellent cimmunication, resolution in leas than an hour, dryer works! Sears was available two weeks from now, so I am happy I tried this compqny and will use again!

Repairman doesn't seem to respect the householder--he even resisted my suggestion to pull the refrigerator out from the wall which, when I insisted and started to pull it out myself, we discovered a serious leak that also needed attention. The work itself was well done but cost far more than I had anticipated -- but I did agree to it.

They were supposed to order a part to repair our oven, which required a down payment. I never heard back from them and I had to reach out them to follow up. I am very disappointed on their professionalism and how the conduct business. I feel as though they stole $80 and wasted a week of my time. This may be apart of their practices. Be careful of hiring this company.

If you need to get your appliances fixed as scheduled and expect a respond after you text them several times a day, this company is not for you. I am very disappointed with their service.

Found this repair person for my confection microwave while searching the internet. No referral...just taking a chance. After I paid him a deposit, I found a bad review on his work. WOW..What had I done? I am a senior and have to watch how I spend my money. Well, it turned out just fine. My microwave was returned a week later as good as new. Vince and Sergio were very polite, professional and pleasant. I would recommend Happy Again Appliance to others.

Very nice tech who took the machine apart. However no problem was identified for 180 dollars. When the washer continued to worsen over the next 1.5 weeks I got no response to texts and email. We have now decided to simply buy new machines than try to deal with repairs. Makes me sad and it feels like a waste.
