I am very happy with the quick assessment, diagnosis and repair of my refrigerator by Vadim Novikov from Happy Again Appliance Service. A day back I had got a quote from another Appliance Repair company for fixing this same issue by replacing the Control panel, fan, heating element, and thermistor at three times the cost, and I was considering possible replacement of the fridge. It was a great idea to get a second opinion from Happy Again and my fridge is working just fine now with just an Evaporator fan replacement!

Quite reliable and thorough but hasn't been able to complete the repair due to availability of parts. Would like to be able to use my oven even though the pop-up fan is not working yet.

Technician did not speak English. We communicated through phone translator app. Repair was done well. Technician was punctual, pleasant, and knowledgeable. However, the final receipt did not itemize parts cost from labor cost, so my appliance insurance rejected the receipt and therefor rejected my claim for repair cost coverage - Just make sure you receive an itemized receipt.

While the cost of fixing exceeded the purchase price, and ultimately decided not to completely fix the wine fridge, the service was good.

Dev the repair guy was very polite and was able to fix the dryer on the same day. I did feel that the cost was expensive.

Overall really great. The contacted me quickly with the initial estimate, set up an appointment for the following day. Day of appointment i received a text that my appointment had moved to the next time frame. When Dev showed up it was super fantastic, he was really polite and very professional. Personally I would higher them again.

The technician diagnosed the problem with my non funcctional refrigerator/freezer correctly, ordered the part, and installed it as promptly as possible after another company had made several visits and was not able to locate the problem.
