Description of Work: I requested two services from Bartlett Tree Experts: pruning and spraying. The spraying seemed to be done professionally and effectively but it was more expensive than many of their competitors. The two-man pruning crew was not nearly as competent. They were extremely casual and did not seem experienced. They seemed to randomly cut without much of a system and they were climbing on the fence to reach certain branches. On the second tree, they told me that the tree would benefit if they didd not prune it. They cut a few lower branches and still charged me full price ($85) for 5 minutes of pruning.

Description of Work: Pruning, spraying, root ball maintenance on a large number of oak trees.

Description of Work: Sean was prompt, very helpful & friendly. He came for an estimate within a few days of my contacting the company; had an estimate later that day. Unfortunately, we needed to work with someone that would fully dig out our bamboo, along with the tree removal. Nonetheless, Sean was completely understanding & professional. Estimate for work was about the same as others. No work completed-- but only because we chose to go with someone else who could remove the bamboo, too.

Description of Work: Several trees were woked on including one that was very tall. The whole crew was very professional, they worked quickly doing much better than I expected. Everything was cleaned up leaving my property as if all the work done had not happened, maybe better than it was prior to their arrival including the neighbors driveway. I would not hesitate to recomend them, as a matter of fact I all ready have.
