Solid service! The deal was good, it's hard to find better service for the price. Will use again.

Not too long after I purchased the "Big Deal," Dan called to see whether I wanted to set up an appointment. Although I wasn't ready to do so, I appreciated the call. When I did finally call to set up an appointment, Dan was responsive and we established a time for him to come by. In addition to being punctual, he was also courteous and professional in manner. My general concern had to do with my computer running slowly. Dan worked to make the computer run more smoothly and efficiently. He also made a follow up call to check on the computer, something which I appreciated. Any concerns I had about his service had much more to do with my lack of specificity than his competence. If I had been more prepared with a list of concerns, I think I could have benefitted more from his expertise. I believe Dan is knowledgeable and I would definitely use him again.

Dan was great. My son has a Windows PC, and I don't do Windows. So when his computer stopped working, I had no clue what to do. Dan came over to house (with very little notice), fixed everything, got the computer working as good (or better) than new. Then he sat with my son and showed him how he could deal with the computer on his own. I highly recommend Dan if you're having computer problems.

At 9 o'clock this morning my main computer would not power on, and although I have two backup laptops to allow me to continue to perform my small business and personal tasks, they just aren't as easy to use. Plus I hadn't backed my tax data! II had used Dan once before and was very happy with his support, so I immediately called him and he found a way to fit me into his schedule. He came to my house and replaced my power supply - problem fixed for what one of the big stores would have charged just to diagnose the problem. And I would have had to bring the computer to them. Dan is also a very pleasant man to interface with and I highly recommend him for your computer repairs.

Dan came, saw, and fixed all the problems. He was very efficient and completed everything in about 45 minutes. Dan also taught me how to use several programs to fix any future problems. It was well worth the cost! I would highly recommend Dan.

We are sooo happy we found him. This is the kind of service that is throwback to another era. He shows up when needed and stays until the job is done and is as gracious as can be with those of us who have no idea how these computers actually work. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Without question if you are in need of computer help, this is the last place you'll look. Every single detail is handled professionally. All questions were answered nicely, and not in a rude condescending tone. I thoroughly enjoyed my services and signed up for another appointment . 5 stars!!

I called Dan and explained my problem to him. He quoted me a price and said he was available if I could come by. Upon arrival, he worked to diagnose the problem. I don't know if we're still sure what exactly happened, but he was able to roll back a few of the updates on my computer, and turn off some unnecessary services. Once he did this my computer was back to working, and actually even faster than it was before. Windows has a strange way of cluttering up your computer's processor with all sorts of unnecessary programs and files. Dan knows the back alleys and dark corners of the operating system to help get your computer uncluttered and working at its optimal speed. Well worth the money. He even went further by performing a general diagnostic. He found that my hard drive was nearing capacity. Again, he knew some tips and tricks that got it cleaned up a bit and gave me a little bit of breathing room. Dan knows what he's doing. I would use him again.

Professional computer repair service that you can rely on. I had great experience with this company and they had no trouble taking care of what I needed done. I was more than happy to pay the final price which low compared to other computer repair companies.

Dan is the best. He returns phone calls immediately and was right on time. Dan had to spend a huge amount of time to make sure everything was correct, my old computer and internet connection was so slow it took all afternoon. The best part I had to force him to take more money then he charged, Dan is the best.

.I am a "per diem" bookkeeper and I would absolutely be lost without Dan, both for myself and my clients. I feel extremely confident in his work and professionalism. He is reliable, punctual and trustworthy, which is most important in my business. He just doesn't fix computers, he can build them. Previously, I was having trouble with the various software that my clients use...some had older versions, some were getting the newer version. It seems that the operation systems aren't always compatible with the different versions. Dan told me he could build me a computer that would have two operation systems, one for the older software users and one for the newer users. I've had the computer for about a year now and it works perfectly...quick and reliable. I've recommended Dan to various clients and I wouldn't do that if he wasn't good as it would come back on me. I am most happy to share my experience with working with Dan so, hopefully, someone else will be as pleased as I am.

Scheduling was easy. Dan returned my call promptly. The price was very reasonable and the work done quickly. I was very impressed that he was able to fix problems that others could not. I have a similar problem with my home network and scheduled Dan to help with that also.

My boss wanted to watch a football game remotely via Slingbox and it appeared that the internet was not working. I had to come to his house to find out what was going on. It was the hottest Saturday ever. I did notice that there was no internet service. I called the technician who had helped me set up the Slinbox but he never called me back (will write a review on him later). I lookdc up Angie's list again and found Dan. Dan is so professional! I called him on Saturday at around 1pm and he responded to my call within 10min or so. He arrived at 3:30pm as agreed. He looked at my situation and it turned out that it was something simple. He could have told me it was much more but he told me the truth. I just needed to reboot the modem and router! He also proceeded to do a little software clean up on my laptop and reset my browser. He is a keeper!!!

Dan's visit came within a half-hour of my call. He installed a new user profile and moved all of my programs so that they were accessible. I was completely satisfied with his work.

Great service, price and overall experience.

Dan came over on a Sunday-- about an hour after he called responding to my e-mail. I am not very computer savvy and he was very patient. It took awhile to figure out the problem, but he found it and fixed it and a few other issues he noted in my computer. The cost included a new router which he had with him and computer is working better than it has in a long time. We identified a problem on my laptop which I plan to have him come and fix very soon. Highly recommend him. Especially for people like myself who need it explained to them like a child-- though I am sure he can speak the lingo with those who are more sophisticated in the knoweldge of how their computers work as well.

I chose this provider because I needed someone to assist me to learn a few things about transferring contact lists to Droid, iPad, etc., fix my printer, download books from the library, evaluate my computer, evaluate my USP hub, show me how to use my new scanner, transfer contact list to Magic Jack, back up iTunes to external drive, show me how to use google cloud, and if possible Apple cloud, explain error messages on start up, and most importantly, setup my printer/fax machine. He was nearby, so I thought it would be convenient. The gentleman came on time, but we were only able to complete maybe 3 of the items I needed assistance with. He was adamently opposed to even looking at anything that was an Apple product. To be fair, he did tell me he didn't work on Apple products before he came, but I did think he would be able to just show me how to download books from the public library so I could then transfer to my droid, iTtouch or iPad. And I thought, if he showed me how to use the Google cloud, then I could apply that knowledge to learning how to use the Apple cloud. Two things I needed done was see if an app I had made some important lists on in my old phone had synced to my computer, and try to transfer my google contact list to my Magic Jack. He seemed to get stuck trying to do these 2 things, but was unsuccessful, and that burned up a lot of time, thus I felt the need to move him on to other things on my list. One of the most important things I wanted him to do was help me get my printer back on-line, but by then he was getting somewhat short tempered and rushing to go, so he pulled up the web site for my printer and told me I could handle it from there, which of course didn't work, so I still didn't get my printer/fax operating. I wasn't going to write a review because I know this sounds negative, and I don't want to be responsible for anyone losing busines because of my experience with him. But, had I read a review like this I would have known not to ask him to do the work. I am sure he is very competent in the things he does do, but time is important, and I ended up not getting the things I needed done, done. He was supposed to come back the following weekend, but I decided I'd rather hire someone that could perhaps move a little faster, and was also willing to show me how to transfer to Apple products.

He did a really good job. I had to buy another computer and he helped me set it up. Since my hard drive was gone, he helped me find a reasonable company to recover all my data.

Dan was great, before I even met with him he spent a great deal of time on the phone suggesting different things to try to get the data moved from the old computer to the new. He never charged for this conversation. He arrived at the scheduled time at my husband's office and he worked for hours in his efforts to transfer the patient data. He was able to download the older version of the software off of the developer's website, but my activation key did not work and this developer wanted about $800 to answer any questions related to the software which had to go through his crack support team in India. I would use Dan again in a minute. His inability to restore the data to the newer computer was due to problems and greed with the software developers....not with Dan. He stayed for approx 6 hours and only charged $150 because he felt badly that he couldn't move the data. He is very honest and extremely conscientious. I also appreciated his patience and the fact that he explained things to me as he did his work. He did not talk down to us like so many techies tend to do.

I used one of the Angie's list coupons for 2 hours of computer help. I had a specific list of issues re getting various software programs to work well, and using an external hard drive. Help was very good -- knew his stuff and taught me while he was working. Well worth the coupon price, and I will use again if/when I have such issues again.
