They had an issue with my auto billing because my system went down and they never took out my money, so I ended having up calling them to see why they hadn't taken my money and it was a painful experience just to try to give them money. I spend $124 on that service and that includes my TV, phone, and internet. My experience with them has been average and other than having a land line, I don't have any other choices I guess other than going with a voice over the internet service. It serves its purpose.
Description of Work: I get my phone service through Verizon and I have been using them for about 18 years. The last time I had interaction with them was about 2 weeks ago.
