 + -1 moreThey are pretty good. Sometimes when you go in you have to wait a while, service can be slower. The cell coverage is good. It is good but not great. For instance when it stopped syncing with my car I went there first and they could not really help. There stores are really busy, they have a lot of people, get crowded and the service people get rushed. Their cell coverage's are good. I think service varies form person to person. Sometimes they are good and you get a person that really knows. I know they have a big network and it has really good coverage where I am traveling and around my area.

 + -1 moreI use them as my cell company. I go to their corp store off of 31 down in greenwood. Their people are very friendly and knowledgeable. There service is good, never have any problem with lost connections or no service. I do think they cost more then they should.

 + -1 moreI have not experienced their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. I think they are a little over priced but it is such a hassle to change cell phone providers. I haven't done it. Their service has been trouble free. It could be $5 or $10 cheaper a month but they are good.

 + 2 moreMy experience with them is okay. Sometimes there are problems with cellular reception. The only thing I don't like about them is that they are very expensive. They are not very responsive to calls about complaints. If you go to their stores, the people are not very informed and usually give different information.

 + 0 moreThe internet is pretty fast for the money I'm paying for it. For my landline, I have call waiting and things like that. I've hadn't any problems and I have no reason to call them for service and they are good at that. I don't have trouble with my phone or my internet. I think the price is good. I know it's better to bundle than it is to take it separately. I think the quality is good.

 + -1 moreI have the text service available in the iPhone but not in the other 2. I've been very happy with them and we do get 20% discount from them which is excellent, and I had them since I purchased my phones. I've been very happy with them because I'd been to one of their stores even out of state and I had issues to one of the phones and they took care of it.

 + -1 moreI have had it for years, and I have the same number. I like the service. I have my Ipad with them. The service is excellent, and you always have reception, the cell service is great. I had pictures of my dog were on my blackberry which broke, and the office in Lincoln worked so hard to put them on my iPhone. I have used them since the 90s. They are very good. I will never change it. My business is on my phone, and so I use it a lot.

 + 1 moreWe have drop calls on our cell phones and it happens with other providers as well...it is a location issue. There are better other services that another family member has...we couldn't get a better reception here but once we upgraded other phones we start to have better. We have just about everything we could want with our TV cable.

 + -1 moreI have an old phone so I don't use the phone except for emergencies. When I'm on the phone I don't lose calls. I've just had them forever and I haven’t changed. They have pressured me to upgrade to get a new one but the thing of it is that all the new ones we have to get that data package and I don't need that because I think that's a waste of money. I have a computer at home and a laptop so I don't need to have a computer on the phone. They could be cheaper but quality is good. My phone's lasted forever and I get good reception.

 + 1 moreThey suck. Canceled my order. I will use a competitor.
Description of Work: Worst experience ever. Sold be a package, told me they could wire the house to whatever room I wanted, and charged me to do it. This was important, because we recently spent a lot of money renovating the entire house. Technician shows up, wont run the cable under the house (iike is was for previous owner) and wants to run the cable over my house, down the side and drill a hole in the side of the house to install - like a shanty town shack. The thing that I told the installer and the 5 diffrent customer reps I spoke to by phone is that this was already done. I am just asking them to reconnect - and willing to pay for moving the jack to the adjacent room. Big crappy company that does not care. Service providers dont care. I am actually glad this happened, as I would not want to give my money to a company like this that only cares about customers.

 + 0 moreTheir customer service is so untrained--they tell you yes you have a 2 year contract here, and the next minute they tell you you don't have a 2 year contract. They have no idea what they are talking about. I do not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: AWFUL customer service. I asked for a simple transfer of my current service to a new address. I have Verizon Fios TV and Internet with no contract, and no backup/storage software. They screwed up and ordered me as a Triple Play with TV, Internet and phone, backup/storage and a 2 year contract, none of which I ordered or wanted. And now they are telling me that they can't cancel this order because it is already in process. Are you kidding me? You royally screwed up Verizon, and you are telling me that I have to pay for things that I did not order? I simply asked for a transfer of my current service. Also, their customer service double talks, is confusing, and doesn't know what they are talking about. They seem completely untrained. Try another company people.

 + 1 moreTheir service area is good as far as the cell; we got a great reception where ever we're at. We are locked into a contract with them. Their customer service reps are not well-trained. You don't get the same information depending on who you talk to. We had problems with them over the last few years where we call in, and we get one answer about adding another line and the cost. When we called back to do it, it's a different price, and nobody knows what we were talking about. So, we had problems with that as far as the cell phone and landline are concerned. That part had been difficult, and I would not recommend them.

 + 0 moreDon't get me started on them. Once you get the service installed the picture quality is second to none but their customer service sucks. They are unbelievable. I have had some bad experiences with companies but they come out on top. We scheduled to get everything set up and they didn't come, they got the appointments mixed up, when they did the come to do it they dropped off the wrong stuff so they had to come back, miscommunications, numerous phone calls, and they nearly gave my husband a heart attack because he was so wound up by them. They aren't very professional because they can't get it right, there are no call backs, and nobody seems to know what the other person is doing.
