Description of Work: Rewire / upgrade for home - installed both indoor and outdoor lighting. Description of Work: Excellent company to work with. Great communication from the initial call to schedule an appointment through completion of the project: (Installed outdoor GFCI outlets, ran new wiring/conduit across yard for pool waterfall pump, replaced 3 outdoor lights, etc.) Ramiro and his crew were friendly and professional. Attention to detail is very important to me. They were on time, careful with my property, and cleaned up nicely once complete. I have already used The Electric Connection for additional electrical work since the initial project and plan to keep them as my go-to electricians.

Description of Work: I called to have a ceiling fan that was installed by a friend but not working properly to be fixed and the wall switch replaced and a wall outlet that was indicating "faulty building wiring" checked and corrected. The workers came on time, were polite, efficient, communicative and fixed everything to my satisfaction and beyond. The wall outlet turned out not to have been properly grounded when originally installed and posed a real danger. They had to go into my basement ad through the wall to another outlet to correct both of them. I felt completely confident that they did everything that needed to be done to insure my safety. In addition, I made an error reading my watch when they came and thought they had come an hour before they actually did. But they corrected me and charged me only for the time they were actually there. They could have taken advantage of my misreading to charge me for an extra hour, but they were honest and didn't. I trust them completely! I would recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: The light fixture on my office ceiling fell down & was hanging by the wires. since I did not want it to crash & break, possible injuring my family or my dogs, I contacted the Electric Connection. They were on time, finished quickly, & cost only $25.00. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I shot an email to 3 company's asking for a quote to hang a chandelier. They got back to me that day we scheduled for the following day, very friendly. They told me between 3-4pm and actually made it out early. Luis showed up (with a phone call first;) around 1pm. He was super nice, he hung the chandelier up and was out by 1:50, & the price quoted remained accurate. Total was $64.00 I tipped him $10.00 and now I have a beautiful chandelier hanging in my place.thanks again Luis Ryan

Description of Work: I got a call requesting an earlier time slot, Luis explained pricing and got started. After all trouble shooting and additional request, all work was done in most profesioal manner with no time to waste. Luis and his helper cleaned up after themselvs and I was good to go. Very happy with service.

Description of Work: One circuit was surging on and off in power. He tightened a loose wire connection, and then checked the amps on the circuit to make sure it wasn't being overloaded. He even fixed the cover to the outside breaker box, which has been broken for years! All of this in 30 minutes.

Description of Work: These guys are great. Called and they came out within an hour. I'm sure that's unusual, but still appreciated. Added a new AC outlet in a closet and made a suggestion which eliminated extra holes in my walls. Also, while they were here I asked them if they could relocate a doorbell I had. They did that as well. The price was excellent. They were efficient, and the work looks great. I couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: our master bathroom heater/vent/light had stopped working properly. they came on time, did some troubleshooting, came back the next day with a new and improved model, installed it, did the necessary electrical work.

Description of Work: A year-old fan stopped working suddenly.Called Electric Connection and asked if they could look at the non-functioning ceiling fan and let me know if it could be repaired, should be replaced, or was it another problem (such as electrical wiring). Set up date, two gentlemen showed up as scheduled, They looked at the fan then reported that the old ceiling fan needed to be replaced. They explained the problem and promptly replaced the fan with a new fan that I had previously purchased for another site. They also changed the old fan blades onto the new fan which did not include blades.

Description of Work: Needed to have an electrical box installed in the cabinet ABOVE my stove to accept a power plug for an over the stove microwave. That was something the microwave installers couldn't do. The electricians did the job quickly, cleaned up the sawdust, secured the box to the wall and the job was done.
