I called (had used'em before) left a detailed message and asked for a call to set up a service call. They don't need your business I guess...too busy to even return my call...goodbye

Finding a honest and professional repair service sometimes seems like an impossible task. I needed to have my electrical panel replaced. I found this business on google search, EVERYTHING was taken care of within the same day, including fast/honest estimate, dispatching and completion of the repair. I cannot be happier with their very professional mannerism, efficiency in coordinating the dispatcher. Everything was so streamlined and it was almost a dream come true after experiencing many services that never return your call. They take credit card payment as well. They are supposed to send a detail report on what exactly had been fixed. I had an estimate from other electrician prior to contacting this business, this place saved me several hundred dollars with MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND WORK! There are lot of services out there that you know they are just trying to make as much money out of you, but this is definitely not that kind of place. I cannot be happier to have found this business. Beyond 5 stars!!

This review is way, way overdue - my apologies to the great people at The Electric Connection for how late this is! We had a fantastic experience with Ramiro and his assistant. Initially, we'd hired them for the new outlets, including two GFCI outlets in the bathrooms. We had an issue with one of the outlets not working, but Ramiro came back out within just a couple of days and fixed it at no extra cost. We also had a light switch where, if you pressed the "on" button, it would actually turn the lights off, and vice versa. This was fixed quickly as well. Ramiro then gave us a consultation on the feasibility of getting a circuit into the kitchen so that we could hook up an electric oven. This job ran us a total of $943. Since we were quite satisfied with this, we hired them again to get that oven circuit installed. Believe it or not, our kitchen did not have an oven when we purchased it, and after seeing the level of work that was required to get that circuit set up, we can see why the previous owners decided to just live without an oven. We have a three-story townhome, and the breaker was on the first floor, with the kitchen on the second. Unfortunately, whoever renovated the townhome before we arrived really cut some corners in several places, and because of the weird way everything is laid out, Ramiro had to spend a full eight-hour day drilling into various walls in order to run everything into the kitchen. But they did it! And they did it professionally, even going the extra mile to patch up and clean up afterward. They even noticed that two of the light switches in the kitchen were installed oddly, considering which lights they affected; the left switch turned on the lights on the right side of the kitchen, and vice versa. They flipped these around too, and we didn't even notice until they'd left. The icing on the cake? They had provided an estimate for the work before realizing just how much work it would be, and we were sure we would be receiving additional charges at the end of that eight-hour day. But when we were handed the bill, it was the exact same amount that they had quoted us at the beginning. We were floored that we still only had to pay $893 for what we had thought would run us at least $5,000. We sent them home with an entire pizza, which they graciously tried to refuse, but we weren't having them leave without something extra for all that work! The outlets have made our lives much more convenient, the light switches actually make sense now (seriously, how did the previous owners manage that?), and our oven is now installed and working perfectly. We will absolutely hire The Electric Connection for any future projects, and we've been recommending them to every single person who asks us for electrician suggestions. Can't thank them enough!

I am very impressed by the company. I brought the company in for three projects. For each, Jose was the lead electrician assigned to the projects. He and his crew were always on-time; easy to speak to; did quality work and always cleaned their work area. I was also happy with the reasonable cost of the projects. I received a detailed estimate prior to work and there were no unpleasant surprises. The "front office" is also very good when it comes to scheduling; confirming start dates and issuing invoices.

I spoke with Bob Logiudice at The Electric Connection, and explained what I needed installed. He was able to quote the job over the phone. He also advised me in advance that, since I have an older home, a special transformer would need to be installed to provide enough voltage for the devices to function properly (something Ring sales did not mention when they sold the products to me). He said I could order the transformer on Amazon, which I did prior to the installation, saving me time and aggravation. The installation of the 3 Ring devices went well. Jerry and his assistant arrived early and replaced the existing transformer with the new one, then installed the Ring Doorbell Pro and Chime plus the 2 Floodlight Cams in about 2 hours. Their workmanship looked great, and they took care to pick up and toss the old doorbell and lights, shipping boxes, etc. Everything was left neat and clean as a pin. They were professional, courteous, knowledgable, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything worked properly. (I had an issue with the wi-fi signal completely unrelated to the electrical installation, and they helped me figure that out so I could sync my smartphone to the new Ring devices.) The price I paid for the installation was the price that Bob initially quoted over the phone. I have already recommended them to friends - and I would recommend them to anyone. They are great electricians and nice, too. I could not be happier with the quality of the work!

Wow, am I glad to have found these guys. They were responsive, on time, and really reasonable for the work involved. Just installing a new wall socket was pretty major, considering the age of my house, the lack of appropriate space below the house which required really creative crawling, and some sketchy cloth wiring inside the walls (just about everywhere). Changing a new dimmer sounds simple, but not in the old house with old wiring and new technology. It is a simple job on paper, but alot more complicated in real life. These guys were great. Patient, really professional, and I felt like the price at the end was incredibly fair considering the amount of time it all took. I would definitely call them again. They are now my go-to electricians.

I reached out to these guys on Saturday with a description of the work I needed done, and by Monday AM, I had a fully detailed quote. On Tuesday, we scheduled them to come out on Friday afternoon. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and how quickly we got on the schedule. On Friday AM, I got a call from their scheduler who said they had a AM cancellation. They were able to send their electricians over within the hour. As promised, two guys arrived. I walked them around and showed them what needed to be done. 3-4 hours later, all the work was completed. The lead guy walked me around to make sure I was satisfied with the work (which I was). Within a week, they had resolved all our electrical issues - at a very busy time of year. These guys have my business.

Luis, the electrician, was pleasant and knowledgeable. The work was completed in twenty minutes.

Great! I was told two years ago by two different electricians that I would have to partially drain my pool to get my pool light to work. I waited till the drought was over, but JC came in and within an hour had the light working with no drain, and explained to me what he thought was the issue. He also made some great recommendations that I need to look into, but, I am very pleased with the work they did, the fact that they were on time, did not keep me waiting and were quick and thorough. I highly recommend. Oh and FRIENDLY!!

Jerry did a terrific job. He came out, assessed our needs, and provided a reasonable quote. In moving forward, he was very careful to check with me on subtle details - to ensure that I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. He also went beyond my immediate needs a couple of times - for example, adding wiring to my living room fixture for future expansion should I want to add a ceiling fan. He did this on his own initiative - I hadn't asked. Beyond that, he was extremely careful to ensure a clean work space and to pick up all debris as he left. I couldn't be happier with his execution or professional attitude.

Excellent. I did have to wait a few days because of their busy schedule, but everyone I spoke to on the phone was great - friendly but professional - and the electrician who did the work was fantastic. Diagnosis and replacement took under half an hour, and the electrician worked with me to keep the cost of the replacement options down.

The team was super responsive in scheduling, keeping us posted about the job costs, the description of services as they were performed and the follow up. Super reasonable pricing too!

Great. We have an old house (built 1914) and the electrical work, which has been upgraded, is complicated. JC diagnosed the problem and fixed them. I highly recommend.

I made a initial phone call, bob stated he would have a technician call back two hours later i called back and he stated i have your message and ken is hear, two minutes into the call bob came back on the phone and stated $300. to install a ceiling fan. again it sounded they did not want to do business in Leimert park. I don't condone or will do business with this type of company.

JC was great, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, removed some tree branches and taught me a bit about Argentinian history! Really above and beyond what I was expecting. I would definitely call again.

I contacted the the company through their online platform at night and they got back to me in the morning. We discussed the work needed and they were able to come out the next day. All together it took a little over 30 minutes. The Ring was installed and I got to keep my old pre-war chime system.

From beginning to end the job went well. The dispatcher, Bob, was able to help me describe what I wanted done, and I was able to get an appointment on the day and time requested. The technicians, Jose and Nicholas, arrived within the 2 hour window. My son's bedroom had to be rewired and given a dedicated circuit because it was causing a circuit break in other rooms. Jose took the lead and was very patient as I changed my mind a few times about where I wanted additional outlets. After surveying the circuit box, a subattic, and the main attic, it appeared there were already some things in place (junction boxes, etc...) from the whole-house rewiring that was done by the Electric Connection about 8 years ago. Good news! Even though my house is a 1912 craftsman with plaster walls and redwood shingled walls, there were no additional holes that had to be patched Yay! The technicians finished in a timely mannered, showed me the work they performed, and cleaned up the area. The price was reasonable. I am very pleased. Thank you Jose, Nicholas, Bob, and The Electric Connection. You have a life-long customer!
