After prepaying Angie's List, received invoice from vendor for same amount. Called vendor which said to disregard without explanation why invoice sent.

Excellent all the way around.

Very responsive. Easy to get an appointment. Got everything done in one visit. Cost effective.

JC was fast and efficient. Will use in the future.

Not well. Im not please with just being dropped. This is going to be a very expensive endeavor for me and this is very unprofessional. I have since contacted another company.

I had previously given The Electrical Connection a low score for not getting back to me but I now know that I should have persued them more vigerously. They contacted me and we rescheduled. They were on time. Louis was extremely informative. He explained everything he was doing. He corrected all of the bad work that was done by another company. Louis and his assistant were neat and professional in every way. They told me what things still needed to be done in the future and what I needed to get in advance so that their expence would be only what was necessary. They were able to do much more work then I had expected in the time that I had reserved for them. I will have them come back and do all of my electrical needs in the future.

They consolidated the two boxes, removed unnecessary large ugly conduit, and ran the conduit behind the wall/under the house as we had originally hoped for. They were able to do the work the next workday after we called (as opposed to the other provider who took so long trying to figure out what to do that we gave up). We were given an estimate over the phone, the workmen were punctual, knew exactly what to do (questioned why the other provider hadn't been able to do what we wanted), and we couldn't have been happier.

They did a very good job. The city inspector let us know that everything was done correctly.

It was very easy to make the appointment. Unlike some others I have contacted through Angie's list, they did not complain about driving to Pasadena. Luis and his apprentice were right on time for the appointment. They were courteous and very professional. They kept the work area very clean, put away the old fan and even provided recommendations on a separate project. It could not have been a more positive experience. I highly recommend them.

So far, so good! Hugo came and gave me a clearly itemized bid for each fixture and switch. The prices were reasonable, and the detail made it easy to figure out change orders. We did adjust some things as we went along, but that process was smooth. Manny did the work and was prompt and professional. There were a couple of things that needed to be tweaked after the rough was in, and they came back right away and took care of it. They did clean work. Also we did a number of ceiling lights, and Manny took the time to measure the location of every one so that they lined up and looked symmetrical. We aren't ready for the finish electrical yet, so I will post another review when that is done, but I was very pleased.

They fixed a broken rocker switch that refused to stay off. While they were there they also fixed a swicth that hadn't worked for years. They were very accessible and the work was done efficiently and for what seemed like a great price. I was very happy with their service!

I called up The Electric Connection and spoke with Nick. He was very professional and courteous and was able to make recommendations and estimates over the phone. When the crew came out, they did a fantastic job and worked very fast. This job originally started with the installation of a new ceiling fan. In order to properly mount the unit they had to install a new mount between 2 ceiling studs as none existed before. Next they re-installed the original wiring as it was installed in an unsafe way by the previous owner. That same day I decided at the last minute that I wanted recessed lighting installed since all the wiring was exposed. They were able to accommodate my request quickly. The next day they laid new wire and switch and connected all the lights. My living room looks fantastic! I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I called hoping I can get someone out the same day and they came to install outdoor outlet. Very happy they were able to do so with such short notice, they fit me in their schedule. That is what I call customer service! Two guys came and they were done in less than half hour. Would definitely use this company again.

Fine. They explained the price differences depending on where the outlets were. I chose two locations that were very reasonable in price, the installation went quickly, they did a good workmanlike job, and both have performed perfectly.

Quick response to initial contact, on time, worked very quickly, cleaned everything up, very friendly. Only hitch was that as posted, the "deal" was for one detector, and listed a separate (discounted) price for a second unit. I requested the second unit when I made the appointment. The technician wanted to charge me double the price (ie, full charge for two installations) When I proved to him the lower price for a second unit is what was listed on the website, he called into his office and they said it was a mistake on the Angie's List listing, but did honor the price.

Installer arrived on time, checked out the location of the work to be done and started. His partner went under my house to drill a hole for the cable while he was preparing the site. He located the electrical box outside the house did the wiring and ran the cable to the kitchen under the house. Installed an electric connection box at oven location. Him and his partner were professional, friendly and answered all my questions.

These guys were beyond professional, showing up within a day of requesting the service and completed it quickly, cleaning up when they were done. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work.

Went well, once he showed me the correct way to use the remote.

They did a great job. They came and did a very good job. They came on time and did a thorough check. I thought my circuit breaker was bad and he informed me that the hot tub was turning the breaker off.

The two guys were punctual and competent. I was told that there was a limited amount that could be done because the current switchs etc are quite. I dont know anything about electrical but they appeared to come up with a partial solution, describe it, specify cost. They did exactly what they said they would do and for the agreed price. For me, it is a great relief to deal with honest, direct professionals. It does not happen often.

Called to set up appointment and all was agreed, then when I gave them the address, I was told out side of service area. No problems they were professionals and I didn't notice their location when I took the deal.

Oh boy. I have a new electrician!! They came out 2 days ago to try to fix my Casablanca fan which had blown the receiver (this happened to me before with a prior Casablanca so I was prepared that they may not be able to fix it). They couldn't fix it and explained why and advised me what to buy that would work and last. I had a different group install the fans and they were top notch. Showed when they said they would. They were friendly and professional and had the job finished faster than they originally said they would. Made sure that we could operate the fans and we understood how they worked. These guys are top notch from the scheduling to the repair. The people in the office couldn't be more pleasant and understanding. One offered to stay in the office while I went to Home Depot to buy what I needed. Can't top that!

I was completely pleased with the team and the job they did.

I am very pleased with the work The Electrical Connection did for me. They were on time, both of the guys they sent were polite and super nice, they completed the work quickly, and they left the work area clean and in perfect condition. You just can't ask for more than that!!! They also let me know the new code for outdoor electrical outlets which I appreciated because I am currently not up to code on several other outlets I have. They were also really nice to my dog which is always nice.
