Went very well this company installed 2 carbon monoxide smoke detectors for us at a good price. Great Job

They provided us great service they saw some faulty wiring and installed new. Also the same case with the breaker. Nothing bad to say about these guys we were very satisfied with the service.

All of the guys at EC are really outstanding. We had contact with at least 6 of them over the course of scheduling, getting an estimate, having the work done, and paying for it. Every single one of them was respectful, great at his job, and fast with communication. Hugo did our inspection. He was honest about things we were having him look at (ie. he cautioned against installing motion lights before we'd lived in the house for a while and knew exactly what we wanted), thorough but not pushy with recommendations (ie. grounding an outlet the home inspector had missed). He even recommended changing our canister lights to LEDs, and offered to show me how to do it so we wouldn't have to pay them for a job we could handle on our own. He took plenty of time talking through his findings, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. Julio was the lead on the team of two that came to do the work. Super respectful, very time efficient, and the work looks excellent. He warned me about some bad pool wiring that he found, and then announced 30 minutes later that he'd managed to pull good wire through the pipe so we wouldn't have to have extra work done on it later (hallelujah!). The office staff -- Nick, Eddy, Bob, Herman -- were all excellent with communication. I felt really well taken care of as a customer, and we will absolutely be calling them for any future electrical work, no question. We were nervous getting started on this process; it was a daunting task to find electricians as honest and talented as you want them to be. I am so, so glad it wasn't impossibl

They were so quick, efficient, and effective. One issue with lights that hadn't worked properly in years was fixed in 5 minutes. Plus, there was NO MESS. None. They put down plastic and even rough-patched the ceiling which makes them hands down my favorite electricians ever. They were straightforward and honest. I was glad to have called them.

The guy that Electric Connection sent us was very helpful. He looked like he knew what he was doing. He installed a electrical outlet for us in the back porch for us and although he took a bit longer than we anticipated he got the job done right which is what matters the most.

It went great, they were on time, professional and courteous. After the install, I wanted the light re-oriented a different way, and Omar took it down and remounted it in minutes. No Problem. I have used These guys 3 or 4 times in the past and I trust them. I have an old duplex from the 30's, so I am concerned about my old wiring, but they have told me that it's still in ok shape, (vs telling me it needs to be replaced immediately so they could make money) I appreciate the honesty, and when it comes time to rewire-I'll be calling them.

Three guys from the Electric Connection came and were very efficient and courteous. They made sure the work area was covered with plastic and that the area was clean after they finished the work. The one side was done in under 10 minutes. The other side due to where I wanted the outlet and the setup of the house took a little longer but still done under a half hour. I would definitely use the Electric Connection again.

The team that are arrived were very courteous and professional. The job was completed in minutes. They cleaned up behind them and offered good advise and assistance with previous electrical work that had been completed by another electrician. I am exceptionally pleased with the work and would recommend their superior service. AA++

JC called 30 minutes before arriving during the 2 hour service time window. He arrived and quickly got started. I was advised when scheduling the appointment that if a plastic electrical box was found a metal one would have to be installed. It turned out, no electrical box was used in the original installation. This was a disturbing find considering the earthquakes possible where we live. The installation of an electrical box went quick and the final assembly and installation of the new ceiling fan was done within an hour or so. Of course I did not like having to pay for the landlord's mistake but I will follow up with him regarding reimbursement. I feel better knowing it is properly installed to code. I like the fact that Electrical Connection was upfront about that issue, otherwise I might have felt like they were just trying to bump up the rate. I have no complaints with Electrical Connection.

o back to depend on Google Search! :)I got a message to contact "Nick". he wanted mke to submit my requuest via email; I told him that I sent iot to Angie's List, but he wanted it again to his emai address. That's the last I heard from him! I uess my job was "not big enough" for them to bother with. This is my second negative experience with Angie's List. I guess I'll go back to Google Search! :(

The technician performing the services was very professional, and explained everything that he was performing. He even gave some quality advice on an unrelated electrical matter! The work was completed in a very short amount of time, with excellent results. The only issue I had was that the price was pretty high. Otherwise, would absolutely use again!

Great company, every person we worked with was fantastic. We purchased an old home that needed a full electrical upgrade because the existing panel was only 30 amp and many of the prior "upgrades" were not done by an electrician. Hugo gave us his honest assessment of what should be done, which we ultimately decided should be a full rewire, and he recommended moving the new panel to the other side of the house so there wouldn't be power lines crossing our front yard. Alex and his crew did the work in a week and left the house cleaner than when they came, all holes nicely patched. We hadn't purchased enough fixtures, so Alex came back the following week to install the last fixtures, adjust several lights, and add a switch we decided we wanted. Alex gave me his opinion on several exterior security lights and I couldn't be happier with his suggestions and installation. Everything looks beautiful. These guys did the work they said they would do, in the time they said they would, and for the amount they quoted us, even as we made changes to the plan along the way. These guys are top notch: professional, fantastic attention to detail, 100% trustworthy, and just really nice people. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. It was a tough decision to spend so much money at once, but we're so glad we did. The look of the house inside and out has been transformed. I would absolutely use this company again- but they did such a thorough job I don't anticipate needing an electrician again for a long, long time.

JC Olivera and George arrived at the scheduled time. Our lathe and plaster walls, let's say our uneven lathe and plaster walls were no issue for JC and George. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves. We also received estimates on placing additional lighting fixtures elsewhere in the house. I've used the Electric Connection in the past and will continue to use them. They are professional in their work and their pricing is fair.

JC and George removed an existing chandelier, and put up the new pendant light. They also fixed a faulty outlet (and potential fire hazard!!). They were amazing and quick. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

JC and George were friendly, courteous and professional. They promptly completed the bathroom light switch conversion and even did a little filling in around the light switch plate to complete the finish. JC was very thorough in his explanation of what is required to install the proposed outdoor light, mindful of some aesthetic considerations to do with the house. All in all, a sufficiently satisfactory job.

Both were friendly and knowledgable and quick to diagnose and fix the problem.

Excellent. Technician on time and fixed the issue in about 20min. Also spoke to how to keep the issue from returning with recommendations on long term fixes. (Overloaded kitchen circuit. Needs to be split into 3 circuits). I felt like I was helped, listened to, and properly informed.

It went well. In June, I had an unsatisfactory experience with the company, and wrote about that experience on Angie's List. I had no plans to call the company again. However, in response to my review, I very quickly heard from Danielle, the customer service manager, and she was keen to remedy my bad experience (which she and the company did). A month later, the recessed and under cabinet lights in my kitchen started flashing intermittently -- and after I changed light bulbs, which did not resolve the problem -- I called the company to try them once more. I specified that I did not want to use the electrician who had done the work (on a different matter) in June, and I was assured that would not happen. Because the company had a full schedule, the appointment was set up for about 10 days hence. That same evening, the flashing fixtures finally failed totally, and so I counted the days until the scheduled day. Luis called half an hour in advance of his arrival, and he and his assistant Roger diagnosed and resolved the problem promptly and professionally. This involved opening up the central electrical box and discovering that the original electrical installer had left the wiring a real mess, with wires left too long and loosely attached to the circuits, and a lot of excess wires stuffed into the box. Luis cleaned up that mess, attached the wires properly, and left it looking picture perfect. A very neat job. Problem solved, and future problems averted. I am a very satisfied customer.

JC and George brought our new home up to date with safer outlets, secured attic wiring and kept an eye out for the kind of issues only a trained electrician can spot and fix. They also found a way to bring a set of ancient doorbell wires back to life. On time and friendly at a great price. We will definitely use them again.
