Services include: gloss cleaning, shower door sealing, clean, strip, color stain, refinish, seal, restore, polish, pressure wash and cleaning, diamond grinding, acrylic wax. We also repair: tiles, cracks, chips, recaulking, grout and remove scratches, stains, wax, water deposits and lippage.

Very pleasant and smooth.

Description of Work: Granite counter-top had a crack near the sink. Technician mixed some material and smoothed it into the crack. I had asked him if it was an adhesive sealer. He said yes. The crack is now back larger than before.

We fixed the crack in your granite for $100.00 and you must have been happy at the time or you would not have paid. We cannot guarantee the filler will not come out due to many obvious reasons. It seems that all these small jobs for $100.00 the customers expect more that what they are paying for. We strive to make our customers happy which is evidenced by all our reports over $100.00. Description of Work: I ended up not using them as they had difficulty returning my calls and setting up the date. I was very unimpressed with their responsiveness. I asked Angies List for a refund and they gave it to me with no questions asked. Now that, is good customer service.

Not Good.
Description of Work: I called and left a message on a Monday and let the company know that I wasn't in a rush, but I wanted to have my issue taken care of within a week or two. I received no call or communication for over a month. I looked them up on Angie's list again and called for a 2nd time. The person that answered took down my job information, my name and number and said he would have the person who would be doing my job give me a call to schedule. Never heard from them again! I don't want to use them at all now.
