After determining that the countertops were still in too good of shape to try to grind out the worst stains, Kevin applied poultices to the stains. When I removed the poultices a few days later, the stains were gone. Very happy. Would definitely call them again.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It was okay. You know, I look at the stone and it still has watermarks so I would not give them five stars. It was just adequate.

It went pretty well. It would not say it was excellent, but it was fine.

They were great and they showed up on time. They sent 3 guys out and the owner to do the job. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. My granite looks great. I had no problems with the scheduling. They were a really friendly crew and went right to work and finished promptly.

Great experience. Professional. Efficient. I would definitely recommend.

The company was hard to reach, I'm a mom and only have limited time to spend on phone calls.

They worked very smoothly and efficiently and got the floor looking better than ever before - it was great to see the transformation and the way they improved the surfaces. Great job!

He came out to look at the work involved. He didn’t give me a very good explanation as to how the process would work. While he came out quickly initially and responded very quickly, he was not punctual and he never called me back. I got the impression he may have felt it was too small of a job.

The company advertises polishing but really intends on cleaning only. No polishing is performed.

I had a real hard time getting the appointment. They seemed to want to schedule it on a day where they would already be in the area. The man on the phone seemed to be trying to convince me that the deal that I bought through Angie's list wouldn't be enough to cover all the work. I said, just do whatever I've paid for. Clearly they make their money on upselling. When they came they did the work, it was fine. My marble probably needed more work than a polish could fix. It wasn't bad, but ultimately wasn't anything spectacular -- but I can't necessarily fault them for that.

I called them today to schedule the work and they said they do not service my area therefore I couldn’t use the deal.

Work was not done. Provider never contacted me. I was supposed to hear from them within 2 days of placing my order, but over a week later I still have not gotten a response.

The company wasn’t very responsive, I have sent 3 dates that would work for me and I haven’t gotten a call from this company. I feel like I cannot depend on them.

They showed up and did the job and left it clean but we had to reschedule the appointment because he forgot to write down the first one. He also pointed out a crack in our slab which we did not know was there.

The employee that did the job was very good at communicating with me when he was running late. He showed up at the time he said he would and performed a very good job.

Kevin is a fantastic craftsman and a very likeable person who did a fantastic job. He did an expert job re power washing our walls!

The technician showed up on time. He ask if I had any special requests which I did. He then began his job where he sprayed, scrubbed and washed my house until it looked prestine. Upon his departure I gave him a tip and some freshly baked brownies.
