It went very well. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The guy was very knowledgeable, very honest, hard-working and did a great job. He went out of his way to actually make sure I'm happy.

Harry accommodated our rapidly shifting schedule, and his workman Kevin did an outstanding job. Very thorough and meticulous. We bought an Angie's List special, but Kevin went above and beyond what he was required to do. Would definitely recommend and use again.

It took a few phone calls back and forth before I could schedule the work to be done, but Harry was accommodating and sent a guy named Kevin to do the work. Kevin was a bit late, but apologized for that, and promptly got to work. He was friendly and professional, answered all my questions, then thoroughly cleaned the entire patio area, including my jacuzzi cover and an adjacent wall. I left for work while he was still there, and he called to let me know when he was finished. He made sure there was no "splatter" left on my house or garage, and I was very pleased with the results. I may have them come back and do my entire driveway next.

I only wish that all people were as hard working and conscientious as Kevin - the power wash guy. The company had offered a special through Angie's List and I decided to give them a try. When Kevin came for his scheduled appointment and started working, I could tell right away that he was detail oriented and actually cared about doing a good job. He was able to remove some stubborn stains and my back yard patio looks amazing. He also seems like a decent, honest guy. I will definitely call upon Kevin again for the next needed power washing.

I was happy with the work that was done but I was not happy with the process or the ultimate cost - I paid much more than I expected. The person that came out to my home was a sub-contractor and did not work for Stone Restoration. I purchased an Angie's daily deal. The person that came out indicated that Stone Restoration had priced the service too low and I needed to pay extra to get the work done that I expected. What he claimed that I paid for was such a small amount of square feet, it was not worth while. So I paid extra to get the work I wanted done. However, I felt it was a scam or a bait and switch - come to your home (I took off work) but don't perform what is expected unless more is paid. I rated a B because I was happy with the result. However, I would never use this company again.

They were very good. I did spend more, because I had them do another room while they were here. It was $299 for the Big Deal, and then I paid them an additional $200 for doing a bathroom floor, in addition to the entry way marble floor. They did a very good job.

Coupon had expired but was given credit. Did an outstanding job. Will use their service again.

We were very satisfied with Stone Restoration Los Angeles! They were punctual, did a great job and our Saltillo pavers in our back yard look fabulous. We will definitely use them again!

The experience was quick, simple and painless. It made my wife very happy with me. I am very pleased with results.

They did what they could, but counters were in bad shape and repairs were only a slight improvement.

I just called them this morning to set up another appointment to come back in and do maintenance for us. They did four days of working and my impression was that this was a very fair price.

Initially, we planned to have them do only the bathroom stone countertops. They came to do an inspection and there was an obvious need to have the floors done as well. Very fair price .They spent several days cleaning and sealing. We could not be happier and have recommended them to others in our building with very good feedback.

They were hard to get a hold of. It was like a sub-contractor deal. I had trouble getting a hold of them and then they said that they were just overwhelmed with all the responses from Angie's List and it was like, "We'll call you." I had to call them back and finally they set the appointment. Whoever it was that I was speaking to was not the person who came out. They contracted with somebody who came out and did it. It was fine. I had no problem with the subcontractor. But it makes me hesitant to use any of these. The person who posted the deal then complained to the subcontractor that he wasn't making any money on it and it's like, that's not my fault. I didn't pay anything extra.

Keven came and did the work and was great. The counters look good as new. He taped, plasticked, and did everything he could not to make a mess, a tough job since its a dusty and wet project. We now have the beautiful honed finish we were supposed to have. I would recommend them and use these guys again for any stone refinishing project.

I am getting a few other estimates, so I don't know for sure if I will be using this company. But I wanted to compliment Harry for his quick response to my call to schedule an estimate, his punctuality, his professionalism, AND his good advice on how to save money getting the same result with a less 'invasive' approach. (I was ready to rip out most the tiles and have him replace them.) He gave me what seemed like a very fair price, and gave me Kevin's (his technician) phone number to sort through any additional details.

They were very punctual and completed the job in the budgeted number of days. They were very professional and considerate and placed drapes over all furnishings to keep the dust and dirt away. Kevin and his assistant cleaned up at the end of each day and finished the job within the budgeted cost. A very professional job. My wife was thrilled and she is not that easy to please.

Everything went well. Kevin was very trustworthy and clean! There was never a mess while he was doing his work. He finished the job in about 3 days. The work wasn't disruptive at all (I work from home, so this was a PLUS)! What more can I say? This company does fantastic work!

I was involved in the refinishing of floors for a Prada store in Beverly Hills. The job had to be done on the same night that the request was made and the company had workers start the project within a couple hours of the request at 10 p.m. and worked through the night prior to the staff arriving to prepare for a reopening the next morning. Even after only a few hours of sleep, they came back the next morning to check on the work and complete the areas that were out of the way of the staff. The floor looked as good as new, if not better, and I would gladly use them on my next project. Harry, the owner of the company, and his staff were extremely responsive to the time constraints and offered a very fair price, which was less than the other similar companies in the area.

I called Harry for a second job. This was working on the bathrooms. Harry was pleasant and the price was good. Kevin arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the floors. They now look new. Thank you very much.

The floor was cleaned but it was ground down so much that the stone is now pitted and Dave (the man who cleaned the floor) told me that I could buy grout to fill the holes in the stone.. WOW! Very pricey for what I got!

When I call to set the appointment the service person asked me how many sq. feet of counter space I had and when I could not tell him exactly he became very difficult to talk to. He wanted me to scan documents and send them to him and when I told him that this was not possible for me to do he became inflexible and very rude. I hung up and got my money refunded from Angie's List I would not recommend this company.90405

I thought I was being ripped off but did get my money back
