Description of Work: It started out as a spider/insect spray service, but with the mention of possible rodents in the attic, the new/expanded offer was $400 after a free inspection. There was a claim of rodent activity with droppings as evidence. After two weeks of setting traps and sealing off possible entry areas with screening, no rodents were trapped. I was under the impression that there was definite activity. I felt the price for the service rendered was high.

Description of Work: We have been using Stanley Pest Control for many years to spray around the outside of the house to control pest insects. They can do their service whether or not someone is home so it's convenient. It always goes great--no complaints. They have only raised their rates ONCE in the 25 years we've been using them--and then only by $2.

Description of Work: Checked for openings allowing rats to enter. Found them and started to close them up. Came back 4 days later and found a dead rat in trap. There are others so this is a good beginning.

Description of Work: They schedule me for an appointment and nobody show up. I call them and they did not had me in their schedule. Angie had confirm the appoint with them and they have confirmed the appoint with me too. But when no body show up I call and nobody knew about my appointment.
