They solved the problem and were prompt, courteous and polite.

It went well. The exterminator called me from the jobsite, explained what he saw, laid out different options to treat it, and was respectful of my choice.

This went horribly wrong and the company is a complete fraud. The sales guy came out and gave us a good chat about how they could help trap this rat that was potentially in our attic and they would spray for crickets and would provide ongoing service for both. We agreed to get the technician out to seal various openings to our house and put out traps. He came out and did some of that and was supposed to return every week for a period of time to check the rat traps and also come back to install the new door to the crawl space under our house. It’s been 3 weeks and despite numerous phone calls we haven’t heard back. Of course they charged our credit card though! We are absolutely furious. Do not use this company. I used them because they had stellar ratings on Angie’s list by apparently this isn’t true. Sad. I didn’t mind paying the $ for a decent service however if I am going to pay, I expect at the very least that the company actually performs the service they agree to perform as agreed upon in the contract. What a shame!

The technician was here 3 times the first week. I let him know exactly where Ratatouille was living. He set up traps. I was the one on call. Four times he was supposed to arrive or call and he did neither to let me know his change of plans. He showed up other times or days during the 2nd week. The critter happily ate his peanut off the trap at least twice. More traps were set. Still no mouse. The last time the "technician" was scheduled to be here was the day after Memorial Day. He never showed. That was 8 months ago. I have not heard or seen him since. Not a peep. They DID NOT complete their service agreement. Not even close. I must admit though, the one thing they DID DO exceptionally well was - to TAKE MY MONEY and RUN! I want my money back!!!!! I called and spoke to a manager who told me he would return half my money and have someone come and pick up their traps (8 months ago). Of course, I NEVER received a check and no one even bothered to come pick up their equipment... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Just in case you're wondering... I took matters into my own hands. All passages into the house were barricaded and I opened the kitchen door wide for the only exit. A couple of friends and I moved the machine and& set it down on its side. The squatter popped out like a Jack-in-the-Box! I screamed! Ratatoulle ran out into the wild never to be seen again!

We had a colony pop up near our bathroom. Stanley gave what I felt was very honest advice (vs. some big companies who I felt were just trying to extract maximum $ from me). Their offered service was both better based on my research and cheaper than the big guys. They showed up on time, were professional, and did exactly what they said they would. Termites dead.

Their work does not require us to be home and they bill us automatically using our credit card. Therefore we barely notice when they have been here except that they always leave a small notice on our door. It couldn't be more convenient and non-intrusive.

Great. No spiders and killed one rat. No more rats in my garage

There was suspicious dust at the bottom of a window frame that we assumed was from termites. Stanley Pest Control came out. Within seconds the technician determined that it was cricket droppings, not from termites. He said that we only needed to caulk the window frame. No pest control was required. He didn't charge us anything for his time or expertise!

The technician was on time, and did the work to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them.

Took several visits but Uriel was polite and helpful

The first couple of years went real good. They sent a tech named Mario to the house and he explained about the pesticides and everything went good. About a year later he was replaced by Miguel who was very good also. The turnover with this company seems to be high. Miguel left after a few months and he was replaced by another guy that we only saw once. We started receiving bills from Stanley for ghost appearance treatments that were not happening. Meanwhile we were knee deep in Black widow spiders. Apparently they fired that guy and he took our gate key with him. So now they hire another guy and he couldn't get in the yard because he didn't have a key. At that point we terminated service with them. I honestly believe that it is a good company, but they need to get organized over there.

Seemed to go fine. We'll know once we start seeing dead bugs

It went great, Mr. Reynolds arrived on time, did his job in a timely fashion and discussed any issues that I may have had. Thanks again for the great and friendly service!

I gave them two chances to come out and service my termite issue. The first time they cancelled saying they only have one truck and it was broken into. The second time they said they were sick. I would not recommend this company. They don?t have a back up plan.

Great Job!!! when i arrived home from work my wife stated that she could not see any ants around the home anymore ,so you know how men are i had to go check this out. clean and empty no ants, no spiders. Glad that Angie's List recommended.

Have used them for over 15 years. Always do a great job and are responsive when we had special problems

HORRIBLE. NICE GUY- JUST incomprehensibly LAZY. WE WERE WILLING TO PAY MORE IF NEEDED?!!PLEASE CREDIT OUR CARD IMMEDIATELY. He looked professional and was punctual - the problem was he did the least amount possible.but not thorough

They were fine. They were good, it was Frank who did our service.

An inspector came and looked at the location, he said it looked like cricket droppings not termite, their minimum is $875 and he didn't think I needed it done. I appreciate them not trying to upset me.

All went perfectly and I did notice a decline in spider activity. I certain how much it costed but seemed a fair price.

They were on time and did the work....no bugs now....

I had this done before and it was great-- no bugs. We did a proactive treatment in anticipation of the summer critters.

Just the price comparable to what I expect it to be at.
