He sprayed all around our home but it didn’t correct the problem

They were excellent. The service was good, it didn't end up. We actually had to have another service come back to do the ants, but that was really my own fault. The guy was great. They called me to make an appointment which is great. I would use them again.

We are pleased with their services.

They did a great job. They came out the next day and sprayed. Offerred to spray for spiders in the future if I saw any, which I did and they did spray again. I definitely recommend their services.

He came within the last half hour of the 2 hour window and was very friendly. I hired this company because the coupon was a good deal, and my parents used their services for decades before they moved out of the area. Unfortunately, we haven't really seen a decrease in spiders or ants--which was the whole point of their visit.

Stanley Pest Control came and Frank informed me of the areas he would be spraying around my home and what type of spray he would be using. He did a good job spraying the fence, house and even patio furniture. After he finished his work, he informed me of the bugs encountered, black widows, ants etc. He told me the spray would last about a month.

They were very fast in calling to schedule an appointment and the person that came out was very professional. We will be using them again,

I love Stanley Pest Control! They came out and gave me a free and honest quote and I decided to sign up with them and use their services. Mike is our service guy and he is great. He always calls before he comes and does a thorough job when he is here. He is very polite and knowledgeable. I am really glad I hired Stanley pest control.

They came out and sprayed yesterday and did a good job with the service performed. The gentleman that performed the service was very nice and pleasant to work with.

The service was as described in the Big Deal. They did discuss the advantages of regularly scheduled service and we will consider that as the program made sense and was pretty affordable.

Be prepared that multiple service visits may be needed to eradicate the problem.

My only real critique is that the company didn't say in the ad how long the treatment was guaranteed for. If they had I would have made a more informed decision and probably not purchased it.

No answer by email to schedule the service, had to call, once I contacted them by phone everything went well. they were punctual and performed the job with profecionalisim.

The exterminator was very friendly and informative about bugs and how to get rid of them. I liked the fact, the bug spray was safe for animals and children.

Easy to set up the appointment, they arrived on time, did a complete check of the house including under. Tented the entire house, garage, and patio for $1675 which included $400 for killing sub-terranian termites along the south wall of the house . Thanks for the discount Angies List!

I had a nurse over at the time and he waited very patiently for me to finish, which I thought was very considerate. When we went outside for the inspection, he was very thorough and gave me very honest information and educated me. It was a very good experience and he was just so honest. He told me the wasps nests were empty and I had nothing to worry about; that I can knock them down myself without fear of being stung. If and when they come back, he said, to let them know and he could then treat my home.

We discovered a bee problem one Friday morning and called Stanley Pet Control Service. Tim Cadwallader came within hours and took care of the problem giving us a 1 month guarantee. Another company called back the next day and a third quoted over twice the amount we paid for the skill and work provided. I called Tim the next day as I still saw some evidence of bees. Tim said to call on Monday if they weren't totally gone. They were! We are very happy with the results.

I was having a problem with house flies invading my home, particularly my laundry room. I contacted two other pest control services before contacting Stanley. The other two services couldn't/wouldn't help me since flies don't have nests. I contacted Stanley and spoke with Tim, the manager. He was very nice and said they could help. He would send a technician same day. I was scheduled between 2 and 4. The technician called me at 4 to say he was 15 minutes away. When he arrived, I showed him the area outside where it appeared the problem was originating. He was able to determine that the flies were entering my laundry room around the dryer vent that had loosened from the stucco. He explained that they were attracted to the cool air they could feel coming from the vent area as well as from under the house. (He also inspected the laundry room to confirm this was where the flies were entering). He used duct tape to secure the vent housing and said he'd come back the next day with his drill to reattach the housing. I thought this was going way above and beyond his responsibility. On top of this, there was no charge for his services. I couldn't believe it. He said they do free estimates and he didn't perform a service. He came back the next day, secured the vent housing, and caulked around it. I was so grateful to have my fly problem solved, and at no charge. Customer service is no accident!! If I ever need pest control serves in the future, I'll definitely call Stanley.

we were initially dissatisfied with their service and gave a negative review on Angie's list. Stanley's immediately responded and the branch manager Tim and quality assurance manager Oscar were very apologetic for our experience. They asked if they could come out to the house and meet with us to discuss our experience and their service. They also did an inspection to locate the source of chirping we were hearing in our kitchen and found the problem (not an animal, but too ridiculous to explain). We were impressed with the responsiveness and sincerity with which our concerns were addressed and are going to give Stanley's a second chance. A couple tips: 1) ask for a technician familiar with your neighborhood 2) we had a weekend appointment so we did not get the usual experienced tech for our area -it may be less convenient but better to schedule during the week. We will have our first monthly service with Stanley's next month and We will be sure to provide additional information.

He arrived when he said he would. The gentleman was very professional and polite. He asked me what problems I was having and I went through the list of insects I was having a problem with and we went into my backyard. He noticed and pointed out a couple of other insects I had that I didn't notice. He explained the spray would not harm animals. Even though the spray won't harm animals, I didn't want the inside of my house sprayed because my two cats are elderly with some medical problems. He sprayed every inch of my backyard and around the garage and front of my condo. He offered to spray the inside of my garage, which I didn't think of having sprayed. He asked if I wanted to have continued service and I agreed. I signed a contract and I have faith they'll do a good job. He was very thorough in explaining the service to me.
