They were punctual and on time. Making an appointment was easy.

THE TENTING CREW SHOWED UP AT THE AGREED DATE AND TIME. THE CREW CHIEF ENTERED MY HOUSE AND INSPECTED THE PLASTIC BAGGED ITEMS, HE MADE SURE ALL FOOD PRODUCTS WHERE DOUBLE BAGGED AND ALL NECESSARY PROCEDURES IN PLACE BEFORE THE FUMIGATION. THE TENTING WAS DONE IN A RELATIVE SHORT TIME, LESS THEN AN HOUR AND A HALF BY A VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW. AT THE CONCLUSION THE CREW CHIEF INSERTED A DEVICE IN THE DOOR LOCKS TO AVOID UNAUTHORIZED ENTERING. AFTER 3 DAYS THE CREW SHOWED UP PROMPTLY AND TOOK THE TENT DOWN AERATED THE HOUSE AND MADE SURE ALL THE GASES WHERE DISPERSED FOR SAVE ENTRY. BEFORE LEAVING THE MEN WENT AROUND THE HOUSE, CLEANED UP AND PICKED UP DEBRIS. TARA HERNANDEZ OF CTC INC. WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY IN ANSWERING ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS JOB.

When Juan arrived to assess the situation in our attic, I showed him photos that had been taken by a furnace inspector on a previous visit which included the presence of vermin droppings and urine in and around the furnace and ducts (which we were arranging to have completely replaced). He checked in the attic and determined that the droppings did not appear to be fresh and that there were no signs of activity at this time (also no animal carcasses). After checking to see that all the outdoor vents were properly secured, he suggested that when the replacement work was completed, he would come out and set traps in the attic. The service would include weekly visits for four weeks to determine if there is access being breached and any animal activity indicated. The first step has been completed, and we have arranged for the four weekly visits going forward. He has also discussed the possibility of contracting for monthly services which we will determine when this particular situation is completely resolved. He even helped to coordinate his visits with my housekeeper so that it will be most convenient for us. Extremely conscientious and thorough in his communication and service. The Angie's List discount coupon was again a very valued bonus.

Totally thorough cleaning of attic with no mess. Very competent technician. Monthly service has helped with old and new spider problems.

There were additional fees, but I feel the prices were competitive. It was perfect! Everything went smoothly. It’s very difficult to find parking by my home and everyone stayed calm.

Very professional and courteous representative who calls me before the date of service to make sure I'll be here and that it is convenient for me.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. I asked him to be careful with the plants and to not spray where we had seeds and stuff and they had a really big, fat spray that sprayed all over. There was not way to be careful. He sprayed our entire yard. We weren't able to use the mint or anything. We haven't used it since then. There was no additional cost.

The price seemed a bit high, but we were on the verge of bringing in painters for the exterior and we had to get rid of those pigeons.They spiked all the flat surfaces they said they would, and cleaned up the droppings. However, the pigeons came back to roost on several areas that were flat enough and large enough for them. I called them back and they gave me an estimate of $1,200 more to spike the rest of the ledges that the pigeons would be able to sit on. I thought I was getting full anti-pigeon work done and don't understand why they didn't bid the entire scope of the job. One would think that as pest experts they'd be able to anticipate likely new perches once the birds' favorites have been spiked. I did not hire them for the rest of the stripping. The quality of the work they DID do was excellent; but quality of bidding and job scope was poor.

They were terrific and very trustworthy. They were very polite, conscinsous, and great with communicating with me.

Scheduling went well and I did not encounter any issues. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions well. They were able to get rid of my spider issue in the backyard and I now use them regularly.

Ultimately, it was a good service. I have used them before during other deals of Angie's List and the guy who came out was great. This time, the gentleman who came out, I still had an ant problem so I called them and they sent him out again and he redid the work which was fine. They were very helpful in terms of that but the work did have to be done. But, they did help me. The guy was very helpful. They did inform me that they had to wait a 10-day period because of the chemicals that were used. So, when they gentleman came out again, I made a suggestion as to what chemical they could use because I had the invoice from the previous time which worked very well and that seem to solve the problem. I'm definitely going to use them next year when my ants come back.

It's the first time I've used them and I wasn't home when they did it. It definitely worked.

All went well, had set up date prior 2 weeks before scheduled date.But had to change date due to city was going to do road repair on our street that same date.Stanley was flexable & accomadating. Homeowner has to make arraignments with Gas Co. to cut & restore gas to house. Work was done by sub-contractor, which they informed me.No problems.Homeowner keeps house keys as long as -U- give them a # tocontact you.

Good and technician was very professional

Ants are not totally gone. Made a quick call and they are coming back out to spray again for free.

Pest control person was pleasant. However big deal also included termite check, which is performed by different person. I called company to try to schedule termite check but no one returned my call.

Came in afternoon as planned. Walked in yard to look for ants/roaches.. then sprayed where we told person where we saw these insects. He indicated that spray was effective for both ants and roaches. When I asked about termites due to visible signs of them on the garage door, he indicated that we should get a termite inspection and that all companies provide different methods of how to treat what is found. He appeared to be honest and straightforward in his answers and I thanked him for that. One thing I think that could have been better, was that I informed him that before I opened the gate to the back yard, I needed to be sure I put the dogs in the house so they wouldn't bother him in the yard. After spraying the areas, though, we had to ask if the spray would be harmful to the dogs.. which I guess since he knew we had 2 dogs, he could have automatically told us that once dried, it would be ok for the dogs.

Showed up on time, easy to schedule appointment, was the same technician that had done the job a year ago and he remembered being here. What they use seems to be very effective, a year ago we had a bad ant infestation that they effectively got rid of, so using the same deal again was just good for an annual preventative. Very happy with the people and the service.

I personally had to reach out to them to schedule after several days of radio silence (which I found a little annoying). Other than that, the service tech was prompt and pretty thorough. There wasn't any forced "up-sell" for additional services (which I found professional and courteous) and for the most part the areas that were sprayed are no longer problem areas.

Their pricing seemed fine and they showed up on time. I was not too happy with their service as the spiders which they had sprayed for came back three to four days later. I called them back and the woman who I spoke to said that it was guaranteed for thirty days and that I should call the person who sprayed it and they should come back out. When I called the person who initially came out he said that they cannot guarantee it as it might be coming in from my neighbors house and that I should sign up for their monthly service. I did not want to sign up for this knowing that their service could not even last for three days.

Fine I thought until the ants came back within two weeks. Called to report ants back and asked that they come back to respray which they did. In a little under one month I found ants again so called again to ask why the insects came back so quickly? I was told the spray was only good for one month. I did not read that the duration of their spray was so short lived. I used Center Termite and Pest Control previously with great lasting results. I should have stayed with them. Stanley's Pest Control has lost a customer forever.

It went fine and it seemed to have worked. It included a termite inspection, so we'll probably use them again.
