Arrived on time. Set traps inside and outside of huse

.The young man who came to do the work was very professional, courteous and also very knowledgeable. I asked many questions before he started and he took time out to answer everything. I especially asked about the chemicals being used and I felt very comfortable with all his explanations. Jessie did an excellent job and even went out of his way to recheck the plans given to him with me. I was very satisfied with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him to my neighbors. His attitude ask reflects well for the company he works for and when I have to have my house tented in the future I will give full consideration to hiring this company again. N.J. I called a day or 2 before and they told me when they could come and the showed up on time.

I wasn't there but my daughters said they were very helpful.

Hired them to spray for ants outside. Don't remember the exact date of service but, I arrived home to find them outside my house 15 minutes before appointment time. He asked me to sign the work invoice which I did. He was gone after 5 minutes. I'm not sure if he even sprayed the perimeter of the house. I didn't see him go around the house. I have large windows and would've seen him if he actually had gone around the whole house. Well, there was improvement for all of 5 weeks. The ants were back. Of course, they only guarantee their work for 30 days. Which explains a lot!! Don't throw your money away. Find someone else.

It was okay just kind of a rip as far as what he did. I already knew about the entry points. Could have bought the traps for that. He was supposed to drop by more traps and deoderizer. Didn't

First of all, I provided all the necessary details through the Angie's List Message Center to schedule a service appointment. But apparently they can't schedule appointments through this type of technology and I was forced to call their office. That would be fine if it weren't for the woman who schedules the appointments having a bit of an attitude on the phone. But I overlooked all that and got a SATURDAY appointment scheduled which is not their normal business hours. I didn't like the fact that the window of time for a technician to arrive was 8am-12noon ..... which is half a day of waiting around ....... but I figured this was the price I had to pay for a non-business hour appointment. Saturday came. I waited and waited. 12noon came around ..... and not a single phone call or email from anyone letting me know there was a change in plans. I had a bad feeling about this company before I even booked the treatment, but I ignored my instincts and went for the sale. Bad decision on my part. I would like my $89 refunded so that I can book this service with a company who actually knows how to handle administrative details.

They did a shabby job with sealing the garage. He did not check the rear of both structures for entrance points. I called the office one Saturday to ask for assistance with removing a rodent. I was advised that they only had one person working and they could not accommodate. They further advised that I would have to wait until Monday. I had to park my vehicle outside because the rodent had been knawning at thing under my car. Supposedly after the job was done, he told me I could park back in the garage. The next morning after parking the garage,there was evidence of some knawning on my garage floor. So I paid approximately 600.00 and my issue was not resolved. I had to pay another company to remedy the situation . The other company immediately went to the rear of the building and found several entrance points and secured them. The company is continuing to monitor the situation. So the bottom line is I paid double for the job.

He was prompt, courteous and the treatment was effective.

Technician who came out was very patient and sprayed around house/garage areas. However, ants returned in about 3 weeks.

They did a good job. Received a thorough report detailing a few thousand dollars of work that is needed to treat termites & other damage but I'm a bit skeptical as the house was fumigated just over 3 years ago before we moved in. Another company has told us that all the droppings are from the old termite inspection so now I'm just wondering whether the Angie's Deal was a way to get them to inspect the house and hook us in to do thousands of dollars of treatments.....

I had to call and say that you don't have to come out. We had to disposed of the rats that were trapped in the traps they had set because I wasn't going to let it sit there until I called them and they came there. It seemed as though they came and recommended that this place be closed up but our handy man happened to be there that day and it seemed as though the $150 was a come on to have them do the handy man work. And they seemed disappointed that they weren't going to get it. So, they came and set two or three traps and left which any 15 year old could do. I called them on the 27th they said that the traps that were there with bait they did not touch them or re-bait them and asked them to set another trap in another place, they did it but all of this is not worth the $150. The price was high because they didn't do anything. I did not find that they were worthy of Angie's List.

I called them and they were able to come out the same day. The estimator came out first and I told him that I had found him through Angie's List. He said that it was a good thing that I had mentioned that because they had a deal going on through Angie's List for an $89 pest control treatment that would normally be priced $150. He wrote up the service contract and explained, in detail, in the contract that they would spray the outside and bait the kitchen and the bathroom inside for the ants and the price would be $89. When the technician came out to do the service, after the service was completed he charged me $150. I showed him the service contract that had been written up and said that I was quoted $89 for a Angie's List coupon. He called his office to see if that price could be honored and they said no. The deal in question was only for the outside treatment, nothing inside, and the deal needs to be purchased through Angie's List before service is performed. Well no one told me that. The estimator never mentioned that I needed to purchase anything through Angie's List, he just wrote up the contract with that price for both the outside treatment and the inside. The difference between $150 and $89 is not enough to break me and had they told me up front that the service would cost $150, I would have said ok, that's fine. But the fact is they quoted me one price for service, without fully explaining it, and then changed the price after the service was performed. I do not believe that Stanley Pest Control is operating fairly. I wasn't dealt with in an open and honest manner. I would never use them again.

The technician is good. We have had the same one for many years.

My experience with them went fine. I thought it was going to be a service that took care of pests for a year or so. But the Big Deal was more of a sales pitch than anything, because they were more selling that they wanted to come back on a monthly basis and do that, but I said I'm not going to do that. It took them about an hour or 90 minutes to do the work. I was just expecting it to be more that they come in and do the extermination and being done with it. But it was more of a sales opportunity for them. They're trying to get people to sign up for monthly service.

I had a year contract with them then I cancelled it then I called them back to start it up again but I was not happy with their service. I tried not to give them a review because they maybe making somebody happy but not me. The cost was not a problem. They did not remediate the problem that I have. I have used them for a year. I?m not sure where I got them but I believe it was from Angie?s List. They were professional and punctual. They called before coming. They were fine it?s just they didn?t get rid of the ants and spiders.

He was on time, polite and friendly, and got right to work. I gave the Quality a C only because a couple days later the ants came in again. My fault for not calling them back - you can within 30 days of treatment - but I'm too busy right now and maybe there isn't a pesticide solution that can conquer this ant situation in our neighborhood.

They took care of the problem. A+ for them. The guy was very good and whatever he did worked.

Technician showed up when scheduled and provided the service. I also signed up for a monthly maintenance service for the cost of $45 per month. The service was provided as requested and they were responsive when I had a follow-up call.

Everything turned out fine. They gave a basic service. Scheduling an appointment was fine and there was one person here doing the work. I have since continued to use them on a monthly basis.

The service went fine. One technician came out. I was not home while they did the service. They did exactly what I had expected. The treatment did help out and we ended up setting up regular appointments with them. I had no problem scheduling their service.

They did a really good job, the spiders went away. I was happy with them.

They did not go away the first time so they had to come back under the warranty. So far it seems like the ants are gone.

The service went well. We were trying to deal with an ant issue. One technician came out and completed the job in about 30 minutes. The first time he was out the treatment did not take but they came back out for a second treatment and it seemed to work. He was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They were very responsive and easy to schedule with.
