We spoke with Mr. [Member Name Removed] on Oct 26th and he was on board for a re-treatment as we have a 30 day guarantee. He would not reschedule at this time but asked us to communicate with him to reschedule. He said he was happy with everything, just wanted the fleas taken care of. As of today, we've attempted numerous times to contact him to schedule the re-treatment, but so far he has not returned our calls.

Description of Work: We have been using Stanley Pest Control for over 15 years and have always been very satisfied with their by-monthly service. This particular call was for the patio area. As we were preparing to paint, we noticed some kind of growth going up the wall. We called Stanley and Patrick was out there within 2 hours and took care of the problem.

Description of Work: This feels like a rip off to me. I bought a coupon for $150 from Angie's List for rodent removal. I have had occasional problems with Tree Rats and I saw one in my deck garden so a purchased the coupon. The service man charged an addition $375 and returned once to clear a trap. He was late on another follow up. Several weeks passed, and I again saw a rodent, however the number on the service agreement is now non-working.

Description of Work: The gentleman was very nice and set two traps in the upstairs crawl space with peanut butter on the traps, but did not catch a thing. I still have rats or something in my walls, so I bought and set four different types of traps to place outside the house and it seems to be working so far. The company did not solve my problem and gave up. Had no answers or suggestions to help with the problem so I will not be using Stanly Pest Control again. Waste of time and money. |

In response to this members review, we did go out to their property, did a rodent inspection and set traps. We also determined exclusion work would need to be done and quoted a separate price for it. Member declined having the exclusion work done to further prevent rodents entering the home to reach alternative food sources. The traps were inspected and our inspector did three check backs over the month and during one of those check backs the member requested that we remove electrical lighting to install traps. We explained we are not a licensed electrician and could not remove any electrical fixtures due to liability reasons. We also advised the member if they would have an electrician handle any electrical fixture removal we would oblige and install the traps there. We have left messages but as of today’s date we have not heard back from the member. Member did pay $114, we did fulfill the setting of traps and the required check backs within our 30 day guarantee.In response to this members review, we did go out to their property, did a rodent inspection and set traps. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN ARRIVED WHEN PROMISED AND TOOK HIS TIME SPRAYING THE YARD TO GET THE MAXIMUM COVERAGE AND EFFECT. THE ONLY DOWNFALL WAS THE ANT POPULATION MOVED INTO THE HOUSE A FEW DAYS LATER WHICH THE TECHNICIAN SAID MIGHT HAPPEN.
