We had a bug problem in our home and both my wife and I were consistently getting bitten. Among other things like roaches and silverfish, we were convinced we had bedbugs and were facing an extremely expensive problem. And since we know almost nothing about bugs, they could have taken us to the cleaners. But when Tim came out, he examined all the furniture, carpets and every nook and cranny before deciding we had a regular but severe infestation. A variety of common bugs, but mostly carpet beetles. His diagnosis saved us thousands of dollars. My wife had dozens of questions and he answered them all affably and knowledgeably, almost a show and tell of bug life. He did the initial treatment, then came back a week later, at no extra charge, for follow-up. And we are now as bug-free as anyone in our area can reasonably be. We give Tim and Stanley Pest Control our highest praise: honest, diligent, hard-working, and effective. Good people all around.

The technician that comes out is Sal Vidal and he is great. He will ring my doorbell and asks how everything is indoors. If I should get any ants indoors, he will come in the house to spray for me. He is very accommodating. If I have a problem in between regularly scheduled visits, they will come back at no charge. I have been using them for awhile now.

They are very good. Everything is well taken care of. They do check the traps monthly to make sure that we havent had any more problems. We also got a 10% discount with the Angies List coupon that we used.

The come out once a month for treatments.

They were fine, but we were a little surprised that they did not inform us sooner of the laws that changed with catching and releasing. They were not bad, though, and we were happy with the service.

They did a great job overall. You will not hear any complaints from me. The technicians that they sent knew exactly what they were doing. They were on time and were very professional and completed the work quickly.

I thought the person did a very good job. I have not seen any ants on my front porch since he sprayed for them. He did check the rest of the house and there were no problems. He was very nice to me as well.

The whole experience was poor. The guy they first sent out was basically very inexperienced and did not do anything. He put traps where they were totally ineffective, so I called the company and told them I didn t want the service and to come pick up their traps. A guy that was supposed to be very experienced came and offered me one month of service for free if I would continue the service. I did and when he came he was consistently late. I told him to get out and he said he would give me two months for free , so I said okay again. He was completely fine the first month at that. Then I got a bill for the second month, which was also supposed to be free. I fired them again. They are totally unprofessional. The initial visit was $400 and they came weekly for the first month.

He let me know when he arrived to start spraying and let me know how long it was going to take. When he was done, he told me to keep the animals away from those areas for a few days. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use this company again just because of the personal touch.

The workers were very meticulous in the way they went about their task and were careful not to make a mess. The only things I didn't like were the responsiveness to my initial calls for setting up an appointment and their slight carefree attitude when I asked them questions. Other than those two things, the service was fine.

The worker showed up on time and finished the work with a couple of hours. I like that he placed the traps strategically not just randomly. He took the time to explain where he was going to place the traps and why. I would use this company again should the problem reoccur. I recommend them to anyone.

They did everything they promised, and caught the rat in one of the traps they set within the first two days, and I haven't heard anything in the attic since. They did a great job of covering all the rat entrances, and advising me around the property in terms of clipping trees, etc. The only problem I had was when the guy first came he was supposed to have someone with him to hold the ladder, and the other guy didn't show, so they didn't take care of the holes up on the roof at first. I had to call them several times, ask for the manager, and make a big fuss in order to get someone out here to take care of the roof. I wasn't happy about that, but at least in the end they fulfilled the contract and caught the rat. Also, the fellow who was my "technician" was supposed to further advise with his expert opinion, but it turned out he only would patch the holes the estimator found, and didn't want to do much else. He wasn't eager for my business once he knew I had already paid.

Overall I was pleased with the service. Stanley employees have been personable, attentive and prompt, for the most part. I have four scheduled visits as part of the initial call out fee. They also encouraged me to sign up for a monthly service plan, which I did. I did feel this was a little bit of a sell, but also made sense given the circumstances. The monthly service plan is month to month and can be canceled any time. Cecil is very pleasant and straightforward. They removed a dead rat today, one week after laying traps. Would have been nice if they had offered to deodorize the area, but he suggested I could spray Clorox. I would have preferred that to be part of the service. They are scheduled to come back two more times this month as follow up. These guys feel professional; they get in, do the work and get out. They don't seem to go the extra mile, but cover the agreed bases.

I hated to kill the bees, but when they swarmed in my bedroom and stung me numerous times I had no choice. I wanted them NOT to return, and I believe they wont with the roof covered up.

Danny, our service tech, was great. Gave me options and then followed through. Sprayed and even returned the next day to double check.

The first rep (representative of the company) came the day after I called. He walked around the house then went into the attic and gave me a description of the problem and solution. We agreed on price: $185 for installation and 30 days of cage rental and plugging up the opening to the attic plus $35 for each additional animal after the first. Next day another rep came and placed a cage on the roof. Whenever I saw an animal in the cage, I called and a rep came that day to take it away. He said they don't kill, but release the animals in a safe place. After catching three opossums, he plugged up the opening to the attic with hardware cloth. At one point the company called me to ask if I was satisfied. All of their reps were polite and professional. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They sealed up the holes using unsightly metal wire mesh set the traps once and I never saw them again;calls to company resulted in promises to come and check and empty traps; after two weeks I finally had to remove the traps myself; a neighbor had the same experience with this same company

STANLEY CAME AND TREATED ALL AREAS. THEY HAD A GUARANTEE THAT THE GOPHERS WOULD NOT RETURN. THEY CAME BACK EVERY WEEK AND IF TREATMENT WAS NEEDED (WHICH IT DID NOT) THEY WOULD HAVE TREATED AGAIN. THE GOPHERS ARE GONE.

THE SERVICE WAS SOMEWHAT LIMITED- THEY NEEDED TO CONTACT OTHERS TO TREAT THE BEES, WASPS, & TERMITES. THE WORK COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED.

VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE, ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS THAT THEY COULD HELP US WITH. CAME BACK ABOUT A WEEK LATER TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT THE GOPHERS HAD STAYED GONE; THAT WAS VERY NICE.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE REPUTABLE AND RESPONSIVE AND I WOULD use THEM AGAIN. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THEY'RE PERFECT. YOU CAN TELL THAT THEY ARE HONEST AND YOU CAN TAKE THEM FOR THEIR WORD. I THOUGHT THEY WERE KIND OF PRICEY, BUT YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. I LOOK IN MY BACKYARD AND THERE ARE NO PESTS AND THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR. WHENEVER THERE IS A PROBLEM MAKING IT, THEY MAKE SURE TO CONTACT YOU AND EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM THAT AROSE. THEY'LL RESCHEDULE YOU AND ASSURE YOU THAT THEY'LL COME RIGHT BACK.

THEY ARE REAL NICE. IVE LIVED HERE FOR 9 YEARS & ITS ALWAYS THE SAME GUY THAT COMES. I KNOW HIM & HES NICE.

I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND HAD TO CALL THEM TO TAKE OUT A DEAD RAT FROM UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE. THEY CHARGED ME $200. I THOUGHT IT WAS EXTREME SINCE I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER. THAT IS WHY I RATED THEM SO LOW. OTHERWISE THEY ARE GREAT.

THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THERE HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEMS IN THE 20 YEARS WEVE BEEN USING THEM. WE HAVE BEEN LONG-TIME CUSTOMERS. IF I SEE THE PEOPLE AT ALL, IT IS ON A RARE OCCASION.
