Stanley Pest Control (LA Office)

When I initially bought the Big Deal voucher, I didn't hear anything from Stanley Pest Control so I contacted Angie's List and they stepped in to get the company to contact me. The service rep they sent to my home was very professional and I will be using them every other month for spider control. Hopefully the management at Stanley Pest Control will do a better job in the future of responding to AL members who buy their deals!

I called on a coupon offer, because ants were invading my kitchen. I got next day service and the woman who answered the phone was responsive and professional. My dog has become sick after other services even though he was not outside during the treatment nor for days after. The receptionist put me on hold to ask someone about the toxicity. She said the dog should be fine. The technician came on time and did the job quickly. The ants are gone. My dog did not get sick. I'm happy.

Went well. Not a whole lot of details. They did what they said they would do. Seem to have remedied the problem.

They guy arrived a little bit late. They did come through in terms of they gave me a coupon for future service, so I decided to take it. Honestly all it was, was just spraying some stuff around the exterior of the house, nothing more. I didn't think too much of it. All he did was just spray pesticide around the perimeter of the house. It is the same thing like going to Home Depot and getting some pesticide and doing the same thing myself. He was pleasant and did what he said he was going to do. He sprayed some pesticide that lasted for three weeks. I didn't know it was going to be three weeks it was lasting, but that's all it lasted. He said it would be about three weeks. There was supposed to be a termite inspection the same time that was part of the Big Deal and I didn't get a termite inspection. He said that was done by somebody else. He said that he was licensed to do the spraying, but he was not licensed to look and see if there were termites around the house.

Had a line of ants from my neighbors property startng to come over into my yard. Have previously put down Terro ant bait on my own, which I would need to keep replacing for a couple weeks before the problem would die down. Seemed to be only temporary tho, as the ants would come back after a month or two, so I don't think it ever got the queen. Had Stanley come out and spray and ants were gone within a week. Haven't seen any re-emergence thus far, so hoping this finally wipes out the colony. Service was easy to schedule within a 3 hour time window. Called the morning of and got a more exact time on when to expect him. Took about 15 minutes once he showed up.

He showed up when they promised, and was very professional and quick. I haven't seen a single ant outside since. He also answered several other questions I had.

Wes, the Stanley Pest Control representative, sprayed the exterior of the house for ants, spiders and other pesky insects. He was very conscientious about spaying under the house where possible, in the garden, as well as the perimeter of the property. Very personable and sincere, Wes asked all the right questions to discover the extent of our insect problem, and when finished spraying, told me to phone if there were any evidence of the problem, that he'd be happy to take care of it.

It is a family owned business. The young man who came is the son of the owner and he spent several hours working on numerous locations in my house. He was thoughtful and careful and took time to explain what he was doing. I have signed up for an annual contract to have them come and inspect annually.

He came out and gave me a few quotes and inspected our house. He was very knowledgable with the whole situation involving the repairs and the damages. I was very satisfied with his work. His crew was also very nice and were very helpful and very accommodating. very punctual. I would recommend them.

It went very good. I have not 1 negative tihing to remark on. I will use Stanley again for any pests problems inside or outside. Was on time, very polite and professional. Will have to see wait and see if what they used works on getting rid of spiders thou.

They performed the service as I expected. I certainly plan to use them again. I am having some work done on my home at this time and am planning to use them again as soon as the work is finished.

Stanley Pest Control (LA Office) came out and took down all the cob webs, inspected spider nests and sprayed the exterior of my house. They also identified potential entrances the pests might be using. The gentleman was very helpful and explained how to improve my pest situation. Stanley Pest Control (LA Office) was very punctual, they actually showed up a day early. I would recommend them in the future.

Contractor was prompt, and efficient. It is too soon now to know if the spraying was enough to keep the ants and other insects out of the house for at least 30 days.

The service man came on time, I had to reschedule, & preformed the ant spraying very quickly. He also did additional spraying when I mentioned further ant infestation on my property beyond my initial scope.

They did a great job. He was really good, efficient, and came quickly. They were friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly. He was great. We discussed other things and everything turned out well.

They were very receptive from the moment I called, realizing that I had called the Anaheim office but needed the Los Angeles office which, incidentally, is very close to our home. They came out within a day or two, sprayed and, fingers crossed here so I don't jinx myself, we haven't had an ant problem since. I'm sure the spiders will return outside, they always do, but so far they have been kept to a minimum. I will have a better idea once we clean off & out the patio furniture and see how many egg sacs we find. But I am very pleased that we haven't had any problems since and if this is an annual thing, they will be the company I use for the service!

We had a bit of an ant problem last summer, so when we saw Stanley's $89 coupon for a one-time ant/spider exterior treatment, we jumped on it. I had a bit of a scheduling problem, but the office and serviceman were both incredibly gracious in dealing with my time constraints. The service was done in less than an hour and I'll absolutely call Stanley again should the need arise.

I used the big deal coupon for this service. They were excellent. They were on time and courteous. They did what they had to do. I think I got a referral from my neighbor to call Angie’s List because I’ve been bragging about Angie’s List so much. They were perfectly fine.

Overall the experience went as promised. The exterminator was professional, and the time was as promised. I would note that he was unable to make it at the first time promised, but I was informed in reasonable time and the second time he arrived as promised. So, I'd use him again.

After a little confusion on my end between the two offices, once I got in touch with the right one (which turns out to be very close by) they came out within a matter of a day or two. They came, they sprayed, bugs go bye bye! We have definitely seen a significant decrease, especially with the ants that were coming into the kitchen through the walls! We were very pleased with Stanley's service and will use them again.

I bought the "Big Deal" with this company for a one-time exterior treatment for insects. I had been getting ants in the house a LOT. Every time they were coming in from somewhere else. I don't usually like to use chemicals or kill things if I don't have to, but it was getting out of hand. The customer service rep at Stanley was very friendly, and scheduled a time around my schedule. The technician who came out was professional and friendly. I didn't actually watch him perform the services, but whatever he did worked, because I haven't seen a single ant since. It's only been a few weeks, but so far so good!

I asked specific questions about which insects would be killed, and whether my pregnant wife or plants would be OK. The representative seemed a little wishy washy about it. I also expected the treatment to last for more than only a month and be preventative rather than to only treat an immediate problem. Apparently it doesn't work the same as an interior treatment. Other than that the treatment was satisfactory, and they did a satisfactory job.

I have regular maintenance from them, they're very responsive, and will even get bats out of my attic. Ceaser comes, if I call up and tell them I hear noises in my attic, he comes. He has been my tech 25 years, if I'm not here, I can leave the door open for him. I wasn't happy with their termite treatment, they came back in 2 years, but, they contract that out with someone else. They do the job they are supposed to do.

They come out and re-spray if we have any issues. All my interactions have been fine.We are very pleased with them.

We use them monthly for maintenance. I give them an "A" overall.
