Gabriel and Joseph are the best kind of professionals - great at what they do, great prices, friendly, courteous and ready to take the time to engage any questions from the customer. All of their work was quality. They're great guys and I highly recommend them!

Placed initial call for Signature's job estimate and Joseph responded promptly the next day. He took critical measurements and informed me of certain custom handling that were needed for my particular job. Signature's job estimate included the custom build-out of door frame, and cutting away cabinetry to accomodate the tracks for the folding door. On installation day (early Saturday), discovered that the manufacturer had provided the wrong-sized doors. The installer made some quick calls and intended to replace the wrong panels. As it turns out, the wrong panels were not returnable and the installer had to quickly go to another manufacturer. Meanwhile, Gabriel (Signature owner), called me and was very apologetic for the delay in the installation (6 hours elapsed) and assured me that the job would be finished that day (no additional cost to me...$1300, even with the cost of newly cut doors). It was so comforting to know that Signature was standing by its initial estimate without the hooey of why they had to charge more for the extra work they had to undergo. The job was completed by 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and I am totally satisfied with Signature's craftmanship and professional service. Bravo!

Gabriel the owner came out this morning. He was honest and told me what I would need and confirmed some things I already knew. He was able to explain in detail what the issues were with my door and opener. I just decided that the price to fix was too high at this time.

Our garage door opening is over 20 years old and was making lots of noise. I lubricate it on a regular basis but needed to know if the motor needed to be replaced. Service was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Went over all working parts and did not try to see me on more service than I needed. I would use them again, and will when my motor finally needs to be replaced.

My garage door died and I called Signature after reading reviews on Angie's List. Service was scheduled for the next day and Ralph arrived during the window of time I had arranged. He explained to me what had happened to the motor and exactly what type of motor I needed to replace what I had which was insufficient for my heavy door. Did a very efficient job and was very nice. Gabriel and Joseph arrived on time, looked at my garage door and were honest and curious. They returned in a half hour with all the parts and fixed the door. They could have sold me an entire new opener but instead they showed me that the door signal beam was broken and replaced it. They guaranteed their labor and parts for five years! These guys are great!

Gabriel returned my request for service call within 5 minutes! I had purchased a garage door tune up but missed the expiration by a couple of weeks. He was very polite on the phone and agreed to come look at the door the next day. He explained there would be a $65 service fee. ( No credit for $39. paid for Big Deal). Gabriel arrived at the beginning of my 2 hr. window. He spent 1 hour figuring out why the door didn't work properly and making the necessary adjustments to correct the problem. He greased the mechanisms and cleaned everything before leaving. Was very courteous and knowledgable.

Discounted his price since he recommended we keep the original covering. Saved a $100. That was helpful since it was a price repair.

Gabriel met at my convenience to evaluate the problem. He explained the options, which were limited by a really old door on a really old apartment. He came up with the safest and most economical solution to our problem. He scheduled the installation at our convenience. His crew showed up on time. They performed the work promptly and to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the result.

As they have been before when I used their services a year ago, they were prompt, professional and informative as to what the issues with the garage door were and the adjustments that they performed. They never try to "up-sale" me on items or services that I don't need and their advice for keeping all garage problems at bay is quite useful. Will continue to use them again in the future!

Ralph showed as promised when promised. He looked the garage door mechanics over, oiled the rollers and bearings, adjusted the drop on the door at the Genie controller and alligned the break beams. He mentioned the Genie was aging, which it is as it is a Stealth Pro belt drive vintage installed 3/10/2000. Ralph was quite courtous and knowledgeable.

After closing our garage door one morning we heard a loud "bang". Under further investigation we realized the large spring which serves to raise and close our metal roll-up garage door had snapped. Since we needed to get the door working again as soon as possible, we checked out Angie's List for some options. Signature Garage Doors was able to send someone out quickly to take care of the problem, so that was a huge plus. After giving them the model number and basic information from our garage door opener unit over the phone, the technician arrived on time with the necessary parts needed and immediately went to work. They checked all the joints and lubricated the rollers before supplying us with a new opener button to replace a old one. Additionally, the technician placed a sticker with their company information and phone number near our interior garage door button in the event we ever needed any additional maintenance or service in the future (much easier than trying to dig through old receipts or files to find vendor info!). Overall, good service at what seemed a fair price.

Purchased coupon for garage door tune-up. Technician discovered that previous owners had put the wrong type of spring on the door. He replaced the spring and the garage door is now working great! Would recommend!

Ralph from Signature Garage Doors and Gates arrived exactly on time both for the diagnostic appointment and the installation appointment the next day. He inspected our garage door opener and determined that it needed to be replaced. When he was working, he clear top priority was our safety--he installed our wall button in a much safer/more easily accessible location than the previous one had been and made sure that the motion sensors were properly aligned and working). He also went above and beyond to get our old key pad to work with the new motor so that we did not have to buy a new keypad. He did everything he could to explain the options and to make sure we did not have to spend any extra money.

Ralph called to introduce himself and confirm appointment=a nice touch so I knew who to expect=he also had a company shirt on he called the morning of to ask if he could come earlier which was OK=I had an Angies list coupon=he performed the work as per the coupon=my first experience using a coupon=He was nice and the job went very well==door sounds so much better

I called several garage repair outfits on Saturday and Gabriel at Signature Garage Doors was the only on that responded. He was super flexible on time and ended up coming out at 4:30 on a Saturday! I had an issue where my garage door was off balance and noisy. Gabriel quickly diagnosed the problem, re-hung the door and tuned up everything. The garage door works like new and I could not have been happier. Great service, great guy!
