It was a very easy and pleasant experience from start to finish. Gabrial came out quickly after I first contacted them and gave me a quote. Their price was far lower than other installers. The next week he and his technicians came out and installed the motor and did the needed repairs and adjustments very quickly. There was one problem the next day when the gate wouldn't close. I had to close the gate manually for the time being. Gabrial came back a few days later and adjusted the sensor, which was slightly misaligned. Gabrial is a fair, honest, and respectful business person. I really appreciate his integrity and his character. I would certainly use them again as well as recommend them to others.

Guys called when they were on their way, and were on time. They did the work quickly and well, explained it all and were very pleasant. I will use them again in the future.

Our garage door came away from the wall on one side because the wood had split. It fell and there was no way we could fix it ourselves. I called Signature Garage Doors because of their excellent rating on Angie's List and was very impressed when they were able to send a service man out within a few hours. I really expected it to be a few days, especially on a Saturday. Ramiro came out and was very friendly and courteous. He got the door back up and into the wall and added extra supports to hold it in the future. He also adjusted the tension on the door and gave it a check up and lube. I was very happy with how it all turned out and when it comes time to install a new garage door I know who to call.

The job went exceptionally smothly. The men were on time, were pleasant to deal with and didn't try to make me spend more money than was needed to handle the situaiton. Since they were both quick and resonable, I plan to use them again when I replace the garage door next year.

The best part about Daniel's visit was he went through all of the components of our garage door system and gave me a very good assessment of how everything was working, each component's estimated lifespan and the cost to replace each component. He did not recommend that anything be replaced now. He was great!

Spectacular customer service! I only wish I could buy all services I ever need from this company. From beginning to end, I can't say enough good about the care and generous spirit exhibited. The job was to Install a new receiver for old garage door opener. But they went over and beyond, lubricating not only the mechanical parts of the garage door they were working on but also the mechanical parts of a separate garage door of the two car garage. And then they lubricated the chain of the electric gate and gave me the new can of lubricant. Oh, did I say that they also programmed my car to transmit the code to open the garage door? And programmed my car to open the gate? Gabriel is a terrific owner. Look no further.

Ralph called when he was about 30 minutes away and was at my home on time. He was funny, but also very professional and got the job done in the time he promised.

My garage broke at midnight on a Saturday. I called signature garage doors on a Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend just to leave a message since I figured I wouldn't get anything done till Tuesday. They called me right back and were available to be at my place in 2 hours. They fixed my garage and it works great!!!

Joe came out within an hour of my call. It had to have been about 115 degrees in my garage, poor guy. He replaced the cable, physically straightened the track back himself, essentially serviced the whole thing (the garage was previously not closing all the way on the right side - I was told it was that the floor wasn't level) so that i could get out and use it. He came back a few days late and customized/replaced the section of the track that had been bent (as it was a specialty part that he didn't carry on him) so we wouldn't be susceptible to it bending like that again. He also got the thing to close properly for the first time in the 5 months since we've owned it!

Ralph arrived on time and called to let me know he was at my rental property with the tenant. I met him there and he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the needed repair. He and Andy worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work. I was very pleased with the outcome and with their friendly and professional manner.

My driveway gate had stopped opening...I called Signature and Gabriel said He was able to come over within 15 minutes which was really convenient since he was just down the street. When Gabriel arrived, he went through all the potential problems and showed me how the system worked. he was really knowledgeable and honest. The service cost was normally more, but because it was a small problem, he didn't want to charge me the full rate... I'll use his company again any day Thanks very much Gabriel.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine, but I might not use them again in the future.

I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Ralph the technician arrived on time with his son's. They immediately assessed the situation and quoted me the same price they had "pre-quoted" on the phone, and did not tell to me I had other issues that would "add to the bill." They replaced the broken spring and lubed the other as well as all the other components on the garage opener.... it's whisper quiet again! They were at my home for an hour or less and did a great job! On a side note, I only gave them a "B" on price because they charged the same as others quoted, so it wasn't an "Excellent" price but a good one.

I picked Signature from Angie's List to quote the cost of buying and installing a new garage door. The service was excellent, from recommendations for door style/construction to disclosing up front the exact costs of the purchase. Very professional all the way through, and the door was installed within 24 hours. Looks great and works perfectly. Very satisfied.

We called Signature at 7:15 am on a Sunday and Joseph was here by 11am to fix our broken garage. He was very helpful, punctual and did an overall great job. Will definitely hire Signature in the future!

An appointment was set for 9AM next day. Meanwhile, we were told that the door could be lifted manually. Unfortunately we were not successful by went to Plan B for the evening. Ralph arrived promptly at 9. He was personable and professional. He was able to lift the door and begin the repairs. Loose bolts were the culprit. The flying spring then damaged brackets and the door frame. Ralph carefully explained the problem and made the repairs. He did not try to upsell us...just got the job done. Of course we will be using this vendor for all of our garage door and gate issues in the future. My dog likes Ralph too.

I talked to Gabriel who was very responsive and professional on the phone. We scheduled an appointment and a tune up. Gabriel was very explicit to mention that a tune up does not include any additional services of failed parts. It's always nice to set the scope. Ralph showed up and got to work: He was professional and went over everything with me. Basically, I was using the wrong kind of lubricant on the wheels (should NOT use silicone), some bolts were missing, the tracks needed greasing and the motor needed some minor adjustments. The garage door works like a champ now. Ralph did inform me that the motor was on its last leg, but it might last another year or two and nothing needs to be done until it fails.
