Professionally done all the way, from Nicole on the phone, Gabriel the owner giving estimate and details of job, to his crew who did the project. Gabriel was on-site and ensured excellent quality work. Old motors and tracks hauled away and garage cleaned up. The best provider I have ever worked with on Angie's List.

Came back to adjust timing of closure a few months later at no charge. They guarantee their work.

Ralph and Andy were very efficient and knowledgeable. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and repaired all problems with the door. Opening and closing action has never been quieter. Pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a garage door problem.

From the moment I called Signature to the completion of the job, Signature Garage Doors and Gates provided superior customer service. Nicole, who answers the phones, provided me with a next day appointment (i called at 5:30pm) and today, two technicians (father and son team) by the names of Ralph and Andy came to my rescue. They assessed the situation, provided me with a thorough explanation of the problem and then provided me with two options. I could go the cheaper route of just getting by with a service call (lubricating everything) which fixed the immediate problem but would leave a dying garage door opener in my hands. I opted for the more long-term fix, which was to get a new opener and one that has enough power to open my heavier (because of insulation) garage door. These guys are a class act, honest, and I will never use another garage door company again. Our Master Lift motor stopped working a while ago so we were in the market to have our garage door opening system repaired. We noted the very positive reviews for Signature Garage Doors and Gates, and decided to give them a call. We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly and were very pleased with the level of service provided. Our installers, Ralph and his son Andy, were a joy to work with. They were professional, arrived on time and were conscientious with the install and making sure that everything was in working order before they left. At some point, we want to have a motor installed on our driveway gate, and when we?re ready, we?ll definitely call Signature Garage Doors and Gates!

Ralph called to let me know he was about 15 minutes away & would it be a good time to come over. He was just a bit early (good). He looked everything over and suggested that eventually I would have to replace the wheels, but it was not imperative right now. All of the plates, hinges and screws on the articulated door were checked (there were lots that had worked their way loose, which contributed to the noise). The door is nice and quiet & is running beautifully. I will use them again, I thought Ralph did a great job. Quite competent & pleasant.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out good. It is working fine and there are no problems. We had no dislikes that I am aware of and my husband worked with them more than I did. They came, fixed it and that was it. We are happy with what they did. I assume they charged us a fair amount; my husband did not complain. They came when they said they would.

We just moved to a new house and the garage door was very noisy and squeaky. I bought a tune-up coupon and when the technician came out he told us the garage springs needed to he replaced. He replaced them and now the garage doors runs very smoothly. The lady that made our appointment was nice and professional. She followed-up to make sure we were happy with everything. I got a call back from the owner Gabriel yesterday within 3hrs of filling out their online contact form. Ralph & Andy came by as promised right on time and were even nice enough to call me with an ETA on their arrival. Talk about pleasant guys and a father and son team as well which I think is really great to see. They were professional, courteous, personable, and got the job done in under 1 hour! Companies and individuals like this are the reason I use Angie's List. I would call this company again in a heartbeat and recommend them to my friends/family should they have any garage door issues. At our first meeting, several options were explained clearly, with their advantages and disadvantages and costs. For example, the different types of drive, how quiet they are, how long they last, etc. The installer showed up at the appointed time. They called ahead shortly before they arrived. Our garage door opening was slightly out of plumb on one side, so the weatherstripping could not possibly fit properly. So, we made a quick trip to Home Depot and got some 1-inch X 4-inch trim pieces, while the installer was working on other things. He used those trim pieces to alter the opening so the weatherstripping fit tightly. They had to remove and re-attach the weatherstripping. They went through the extra trouble to make it fit tight and look nice. Not all companies would go to those lengths to get it right the first time, I would expect. Not without being pushed. So, they said what they would do, and did what they said, and then some. Before contacting Signature, I looked at some prices of just the garage doors and motors and controllers, without any installation or labor or the expense of hauling the old garage door away. The price for their full service I thought was pretty reasonable. Often, I get two or three bids for jobs, especially if prices vary significantly and my first quote seems high. But, I did not spend my time looking for more bids, in this case, partly because Signature already had a good track record, according to Angie's List. -- Guy Shaw

There was a little mix up and they asked if I had purchased the coupon through Angie’s List but then they billed me after the job was done. I followed up with them and they handled everything well. Scheduling was fine and they came out to my home quickly. We could not communicate with each other directly, only through the Angie’s List website and there was some confusion on appointment dates. The garage doors seem to be working fine.

I love this company. Joseph was my gate technician and he was on time, super helpful, knowledgable, and skilled. Couldn't have asked for more! I recommend this company heartily!

The company was able to send someone out within a few hours of my phone call. The technician called a half hour of his arrival and arrived on time. After assessing the situation the tech gave two possible causes. He tried the less expensive option first and that fixed the issue. He pointed out other future issues and gave me the option of replacing today or in the future.

Signature Garage Doors was very responsive to my call. Since I had called late in the afternoon, Nicole in their office candidly asked to send a technician the following morning which I agreed to readily. I gave them the contact information for my tenants to be let into the complex. The next morning, I got a call from my tenant and spoke with their technician directly. He informed me that the motor was very old (which I already knew) and very professionally offered me options rather than telling me what to do. I was quoted prices for each option and I elected to have the motor replaced as the most cost effective in the long run. I contacted Nicole in the office and informed her what I had decided and expressed my billing needs which she readily accommodated. The job was done quickly and efficiently in just a couple of hours and my tenant called me immediately to thank me for getting the problem taken care of so quickly and painlessly. I had my invoice within the hour as I had requested which allowed me to resolve this issue and put it from my mind. It is because of professional and efficient vendors like Signature that my tenants love me.

this company had installed a new opener a few months back so once my springs broke I looked them up again. They had a special going for 2 new springs so I called Saturday and Joseph came by to install them the next day. Only been a day but they are working great so far. Quick and easy service. Very professional.

We knew our garage door opener was very old and was only going to be a matter of time until it gave out. A few months in our new home and it did so I found Signature Doors and decided to give them a call based on their ratings and reviews. I called and was able to get a same day install. Daniel came by and offered me the angie's list special for a new door opener. He had it installed and working in less than 2 hours. Its been working great ever since. He also suggested future needs for the springs and door but didn't try to sell me in any way. Great work and service.

My experience went very well. The staff was friendly but acted more like a sales man. They did end up making things right with us. I would recommend this company to others.
