The service performed was an inspection followed by advice that I would need to spend $395 to replace the hinges on my up-and-over door or replace the whole door with a sectional door. That was followed by a few squirts of lubricant on any moving parts. Hardly a tune up. I could have done that for myself in about a minute. However, the owner of the company followed up with me and it seems that the problem of value for money is with Angie's List rather than the company itself. Once I've purchased the Big Deal, there is not much I can do if the company is unable to perform the service for any reason. In my case, it proved impossible to do a door tune-up because the hardware is old. If they had tried to make adjustments, it might have made things worse. So I really need to try to get a refund from Angie's List. From what the owner told me, he does not get any of the $39 from the big deal so it would be unfair of me to mark him with a D as I did originally. On the positive side, the service engineer did come out within hours of my company and he was early for his appointment. For me, this was an Angie's List Big Deal that was not worth it but it was not the company's fault.

Signature Garage Doors and Gates came out and they did the work. They did the work that they were supposed to do, however there has turned out to be something else wrong with the garage door opener. That has turned out to be a problem so, we will probably have to have them or someone else come back out.

When our garage door opener stopped functioning, I went onto Angie's List to find a good service provider. Fortunately, Signature Garage Door was running a special through Angie's whereby you could purchase installation of a new Liftmaster 3240 for $495, about $150 off the usual price. I signed up for the special and received contact info for Signature by email. I called the provided number just before 5PM and spoke with Gabriel. Gabriel offered to send someone the following morning at 11AM. Ralph, the installer, arrived at our house at the appointed hour. He worked diligently under very hot conditions for 3+ hours installing the new unit, troubleshooting a few electrical problems, lubricating the rollers for the garage door and adjusting the tension on the springs. At the end, he swept the garage floor and removed all the packaging material. Ralph had a very congenial and helpful attitude. It was really nice to have the job done within 24 hours of my initial contact and to deal with people who were obviously committed to customer satisfaction and quality work.

My garage door has been working on and off for the last two weeks. Finally, I decided to get professional help. Gabriel was friendly on the phone. He came out to my house when he said he would, this is rare. He assessed the door and the situation and quoted me a fair price. He worked on my door and fixed it within minutes. As a home owner I care about the quality of work and service that goes into my home. Signature garage door was prompt, friendly, well priced, and did quality work. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants the job to be done efficiently.

I was having a problem with my garage door and this was the first business I called. It was about 8pm so I wasn't quite sure if I'd get an answer, but I did. I explained my situation and was told they'd send one of there tech out the next morning around 9 am to check out what the issue was. I was so pleased when the technician arrived on time and was ready to get to work! It didn't take long for him to figure out what was wrong and he managed to fix it in a very timely and efficient manner. Both the technician and the person I spoke to over the phone were very respectful and easy to work with. I am definitely going to recommend this business every chance I get! Great service, great prices, and great job!

Plain and simple: they were extremely responsive, professional, prompt, friendly, fantastically-priced, honest and a breath of fresh air (as they didn't try to "up-sell" me on any unnecessary items/upgrades. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing the services mentioned above. I will definitely use them in the future.

i called signature garage doors regarding replacing my motor, at first crystal answered, but after i asked for price she put gabriel on the line and he told me that he can go there in 1 hour to replace my motor for a much better one than what i had in a very affordable price, i called few companies before but in the end i decided to go with signature because of the way they told me all the prices over the phone, and let me tell u that, he did and amazing job and i cant be more happy than that..

i called this company on the morning of friday, gabriel answeard my call and send me a tech after 2 hours to see what was the problem. after the guy saw what i had rong in my door, he sad that i dont need any parts and he can fix the problem easy, after 1 hour the job was done and i was suprize to know that the door is working like brand new and even better than the day the other company installed it for me! over the phone i could see that they are very staight forword and that i could trust them. im really happy i did..
