Description of Work: Business owner Gabriel was very responsive and came to our home within 3 hrs of our call. Our garage door is a 1998 GENIE PRO one piece electric lift style (not the roll up type) which was operational but very stiff and noisy. He greased the hinges and screw drive and did not need to adjust the motor or change any parts. He told us that the motor seemed fine and the door was balanced as it should be. He was unclear about what the "32 point inspection" in his Angie's ad actually meant and he was done in less than 30 minutes, no warranty documents. Garage door sounds MUCH better and appears to have needed only minimal service. Very nice young man.

He gave me advice on how I would not have to spend a dime and he was kind enough to give me a lock for my garage door . It didn't cost me anything but the original cost of $29.00. This guy was great and very professional. When I bought the service I did not call them so they called me to make an appointment. They didn't have to do that. I thought that was pretty cool.
