When he left, it was like he had never been here, except we had wonderful slide out shelves in the kitchen! Would definitely recommend to others.

Description of Work: Installed pull out shelves in kitchen cabinets and redid my pantry with pull out shelves and created additional shelf space in pantry. Created large drawer for lids under stove top area that had previously just been a false panel. Pricey but worth every penny. Even my husband was amazed at how much more efficient our kitchen is functioning. Excellent quality, sturdy and easy to slide in and out. Would recommend them without reservation.

Description of Work: Lorna came to do the estimate. She was prompt, polite and friendly, and it was a pleasure to have her here. However, the shelving was just too expensive for my current budget.

Description of Work: They removed old shelving in a cabinet and replaced it with slide-out shelves so that my pantry can be more organized: one shelf is to hold cookbooks standing up so that the titles can be read, instead of having them stacked up one on top of the other, other shelves are sized for larger items like cereal boxes, others are for canned goods, pastas, etc. |Another cabinet now has two slide out shelves so that cooking pots and pans are more visible without having to take everything out of the shelf to see what is in the back. Much more convenient and they look great. |I was totally pleased with the results and the looks. I would recommend Shelf Genie to anyone who wants to make their kitchens more user friendly. |

Description of Work: They were very professional and great to work with. I love my new slide-out shelves. I want to do other cabinets also now! It's a little pricey, but worth it. After the installation, the owner called me to make sure I was happy and also sent a card in the mail. I was impressed with the personalized service.

Description of Work: The coupon is really for 301$ of off $1400 job since $1400 is the minimal charge to use the coupon, not $500 as the deal would misleadingly infer. Please issue a refund. Thank you. They called me before they came out and blamed Angies List for telling them. THAT IS HOW IT HAD TO BE DONE.

Description of Work: Interfaced with Ms. Lorna Ross who is very knowledgeable on this product. Her enthusiasm and professionalism far exceeded our expectations from a home designer/consultant. Went over all possibilities and options (and there were many) that Shelf Genie provides. We ended installing approx 13 new roll out shelves. My wife is extremely happy and satisfied with the new shelves, the warranty, and the installation.
