Description of Work: We just had a new air cond. coil and condenser installed 7/31/10 spending $5,000 which One Hour said we "very badly need". My husband thought it was probably time so we did it. Then Cisco shows up from One Hour on a routine visit 2/17/11 and immediately takes apart the condenser door looking for something to fix and charge us for. Why did he even do that, we hadn't complained about anything being wrong. He says we need an air scrubber which costs 1,050. Since my husband smokes in the house he told him to go ahead and install it. The air scrubber has not helped the air in our unit at all.Be fore-warned about this company, all thay want is your money, even if you don't need anything new, they will push you to purchase it.
