Description of Work: Annual check of vehicle and oil change. Always meticulous, explain everything, always friendly. One even overhears them refusing to do unnecessary work for customers because they don't want to waste people's money. Very happy with many years as a customer with an old car I want to keep on the road.

Description of Work: Hood latch replacement. They are by far the best mechanic shop in west la. Don't let the SAAB branding confuse you as Walter's team can fix anything- they even tell you what isn't necessary to work on to save you money.

Description of Work: This garage services our 20 year old Saab convertible. Due to the age of the car sometimes parts were not easy to find. They were always extremely helpful. At times recommending not making a repair and waiting. One does not see that very often. Prices were very fair, employees very friendly and competent.

Description of Work: Walter Wong has been my exclusive mechanic for the last 10+ years. Right from the beginning, he stood out with his professionalism, his willingness to take time from his very busy schedule to EXPLAIN things to me (total car dummy!) in plain English and his desire to gain another customer for life vs a 1-shot transaction. I cannot tell you how often I have gone to Walt with a new issue, dreading that it may be an expensive repair, only to have him connect two cables, ask me to restart the car and wham, "problem solved".. And then, he won't accept any payment. This is beyond rare these day. Walter has a great staff of mechanics, all trained by him but honestly, there is only ONE Walter. Thank you Walter!!

Whether you're a SAAB lover like me, or just need your Honda serviced, Right Solution is the only place to go!! They are knowledgeable about all makes and models of cars but are especially good with high maintenance European cars like SAAB and Volvo. Everyone at Right Solution is honest, and they care about your car and your well-being: physical, emotional, and financial. Which means, when you're in the midst of a car catastrophe, you won't be put through the ringer and hung out to dry like you probably would at a majority of the car repair places in the LA area. People drive from far and wide for the expertise and care offered at Right Solution Inc., you would be wise to do so too.

Description of Work: We bought our 1994 900 S with 40000 miles. All repairs/work was performed at The Right Solution. |These guys know their Saabs, they are honest and fast. They often offered to wait a bit before jumping into certain repairs. Over the seven years of ownership we replaced brakes, alteenator, fuses, head lamps, oil changes etc. Walter and the Boys were always very helpful.

Upon meeting him, my first shock was his 6'3, Latino/Asian presence, second, his easy, friendly, authentic self. His garage is like a school designed to create the best mechanics on the planet. His workers are all held to a level of perfection unheard of in these times, and they love him for it, (and so do his clients!). I've purchased rims and tires from him after he taught me how to choose the best for my car and get the best deal. We sat right there on his computer with he and his son sitting beside me. He's dealt with all engine parts including the most complex computer problems with my 2002 Mustang. He is a true teacher and has the highest integrity of anyone with whom I've ever done business. His pricing is very fair and always below other mechanics. When I need parts replaced, he always seeks out the best deal, offering new or the finest refurbished parts available. He is very wise, sincere, educated, and paternal towards his younger workers. He is a Prince! He's been helping me since I bought the car new in 2002. His success is by word of mouth, ( I was told by a friend, and I have passed on many others who are just as blown away and grateful as I am. He speaks three languages, (maybe more). A true family man..his wife and boys love to work with him right there at the shop. His wife reminds me of beautiful First Lady when she drops in to greet and catch up with the customers. I could write for days about Walter and his Family..(his employees are his family too!) but I see this recommendation becoming a dissertation. Trust Me, there's so much more. Get him while you can!
