It was ok. I spoke to the guy on the phone before going in a few days later. In person he tried to charge me $60 more for the diagnostic than what he quoted on the phone. He dropped to the quoted price once I mentioned it.

They said my brakes had more life in them and didn't charge me for the inspection. They are the most honest shop I've ever been to and would recommend them to anyone for any car.

They have been servicing two of our family car for years, and we have always found them to be very friendly, courteous and responsive. They are very willingly to let you look under the hood or under the car to see what repair work they are recommending and explain why. And if you request i, they will show you the parts removed and the replacement parts installed. Also, you can visually observe the work being done and they will review in detail what repairs they recommend as immediate and other repairs that can be postponed to a future time. I find them courteous, responsive and trustworthy, key service qualities.

Wonderful. Walter informs you what work is essential, what is optional for now (will need work pretty soon), what is very elective (can live with imperfection or fix it to return car to near perfect condition).

It went pretty well. But I think it would take at least another hour to do a better job. which I will inquire the next time. My house is pretty big. Also I think she took too much time to clean the big bathroom. She did miss some areas. But I am happy it was cleaned. I bought the service on a groupon last year and the special expired. I do not remember how much the special was but I paid another $70.00 on top of it after the work was done.

Right Solutions is that magical auto shop you have been looking for. I've lived in Los Angeles for 25 years and been to a bunch of mechanics and no matter the issue, the minimum repair was always $300. A few years ago, a tow truck driver recommended Right Solutions on Venice Blvd near La Cienega. Since then, I've never been to another auto shop. My first experience with Walter was awesome. I took my car in because the battery was corroded and so were the terminals. I figured I needed a new battery and new terminals and I was prepared to pay $300, but Walter took one look and told me to pour a can of coke on the battery. He recommended a $1 repair that I could do myself and it fixed the issue! Since then they have replaced transmissions, brakes, fixed electrical issues and even changed the oil. Right Solutions is a unicorn! They are experienced mechanic's that actually weigh the cost of the repair to the benefit and provide enough information to help you decide what to do. Don't be fooled by the location or the older building, this is the best auto shop in Los Angeles.

Listen carefully to what they say. The job was done well but I believe I got talked into getting some unnecessary work done as well. They will tell you the work needed to adequately fix the problem and all the work needed to fix the problem most perfectly. If you have an old car, may want to choose the less expensive option.

They did a oil change for me and changed our filter. They did a good job.

They are the best. Very honest - no bull...

They were some help but were not able to fix the problem within a reasonable budget. Communication with the mechanic was pretty good, but it was clear he was under a lot of time pressure and did not dig deep enough to resolve the problem.

I really like Right Solution. They have done fantastic work for us at a very reasonable price.

It's okay. They explained what they did. They're clear about their work. They tend to go rather less expensive. I think they might need to get stuff done a little bit more than the cheaper thing. They did the job that they said they would. They did the job a little bit cheap. They don't do stuff without us knowing. I'm not going back there.

Everyone at right solution Inc. is honest, and caring, and does not want to overcharge anyone in anyway! I cannot recommend this shop highly enough! It's rare in this day and age, especially in LA, to find a mechanic where you feel like family, where you feel like they actually care about your car and your personal wallet and well-being! They repair other cars besides SAABS , but if you have a SAAB, this is the only place to go! I have been going to Walter and right solution Inc. since 2000, i've watched the company expand its services, and grow, and I am pleased to say that the quality of service and the work that they do has never once been compromised.

I've known Walter and his crew for more than 10 years, since he worked on my old Saab. At the time he specialized in Saabs, and he was known as a magician when it came to that brand. Now he services most makes, so I take my BMW and Honda to him. He is still the magician! I cannot say enough good things about Walter. He is ultra-honest and straightforward, will never try to sell you a service item that is not necessary or wise, fully explains every aspect of what he has done and is suggesting, and charges reasonable prices. He also provides free loaner cars when available. You know in your gut that you are getting the truth when you deal with him, because when you leave you never have an uneasy feeling. As we all know, these are qualities that are rare in an auto repairman. Once I had one of his loaner cars and it had a problem in the parking lot of a store. On a Sunday, Walter left a family get-together and drove across town to fix the problem! Wow! He's known in the Saab community for helping in incredible ways--for example, when a Saab owner was stranded in a small midwest town, he talked the local garage owner through a repair by phone...at no cost. Amazing. My BMW is older and didn't justify a new engine, only a basic rebuild to keep it running. So he did the rebuild with factory parts (I saw them), and when the car was apart, he called me to the shop to show me the wear on the pistons and how that would affect operation. I knew exactly what to expect and it all turned out as expected. Walter and Right Solution are fantastic!

As usual, Walter gave me a loaner car at no charge. It was an old Saab, about the same age as mine. He called me the next day with estimates and gave me options for fixing it a a lower cost (but the brakes would work properly but squeak) or higher cost which would allow the brakes to function silently. I chose the latter option. The car was ready the next day.

I took the car in for the 40,000 mile service and they only did part of it. They recommended replacing the tire and at first said they could get it for me. When pressed, they said they could not get the tire. At the end they did not have available the proper instrument for resetting the onboard maintenance warning signal. I had to go back several days later when they had the instrument.

He gives you a loaner for free. He trains each one of his workers himself. He always does it right the first time. He will find exactly what is going on. He does accept payments if you need to set up a payment schedule. He is the best. He is very reasonable and will let you know how much a rebuilt and new parts will cost. I appreciate this and his honesty. He gives me all of the information about the rebuilt companies so you then trust him and then as well. He even has his wife and dog working in the shop. It is like walking in to see another family. The dog even comes up to you to greet you. He is fluent in Spanish, English and Chinese. He is just wonderful.

My car is very old - 1997 Toyota Camry - and it's still in great condition, but it needed some parts replaced. Walter and his guys did everything in a day and stayed open past 3:00pm on Saturday so I could pick up my car. He uses quality parts and is always friendly and professional and my car feels so much better to drive! He fixes every car, not just Saabs, but he does specialize in them. I felt really weird bringing in my Japanese car to the shop, but they're very knowledgeable about everything! They'll diagnose your car and what I like about them most is that they'll never do work on it that's not necessary. I trust them!

Walter Wong and his team at Right Solution specialize in Saabs, and I've been taking my Saab there for 10 years for service. I've also taken other makes of car in, such as a Saturn and Volvo, and had great service too. What I love about Walter is that he is one of those rare mechanics that tells you everything that could be fixed on your car, and then suggests what really needs to be done, or what might be fixed in a more economical way. Also, Walter is great about giving me a loaner car anytime my vehicle needs to be in the shop for more than an hour. At first, the casual store-front feel of the place might be off-putting, but once you get Walter's attention, he really knows his stuff.
