Description of Work: cleared drain, removed and reset toilet. Tthe plumber was super!!

Description of Work: Sewer line had come apart due to age and recent cleaning. They identified the problem and worked to only replace the areas that needed it, stopping where the old pipe was still good.

Description of Work: Called Mr Campos. He visited property. It is a large job. We spent a lot of time reviewing the project. He came back with a quote that didn't include half the details we discussed. U gave him additional details and he called me with a price. I thought it decent and called him back to acceptm i called him four more times,,ans he never called back. He thoroughlywasted my time | We had no negative imteractions. Nice man but simply irresponsible.

Description of Work: They fixed a broken garbage disposal, dishwasher and sink back-up. Everything went perfectly; the guy was so professional and great.

Description of Work: They cleared a bath tub drain and changed a piece on the toilet. The work itself was fine and the tech was very nice and professional. But they were extremely late - and when I called to find out where they were, I was told they were on their way....he finally arrived at 11 for an 8 AM appointment. So just that I was lied to about the timing turned me off. Then when I received the bill, I was charged for an extra hour. I paid close attention to the time spent, and had he left a paper or a receipt of the time, I'm sure they wouldn't have made this overbilling. When I called, they did credit their mistake (which they did not say was a mistake - just that the customer is always right). I won't use them again. There are too many other plumbers in town who can be punctual and not overcharge.

Description of Work: fixed leaking shower valve, tightened faucets, cleared drain. Had to come back when shower leaked again and were able to fix it. Very responsive.

Description of Work: Two out of three times I’ve had a great experience with them. However, this time was different. I usually had a different plumber that I’ve been really happy with, but a separate plumber came out this time and he was an hour and a half late. I ended up getting charged $140 for his overtime. Now I know better I suppose.

Description of Work: Water leak on the outside wall, Rick sized it up told us we needed a leak detection company and made the connection. The issue for us was once he decided he was not involved he kind of disengaged from the process and I expected him to be more of a job foreman.
