Called and made an appointment on the spot for later that day. Jose was prompt (early in fact), courteous, and tidy. Fixed the problem right away and honored the price I was quoted on the phone even though it was a "special" that had actually expired. I will absolutely call them again in the future for any plumbing issues we might have.

I find most plumbers are too expensive. They are close by and easy for them to come by. I have not been able to recheck other plumbers very well. Nothing in particular stands out about them. They are just plumbers. The major work the plumbers do is lying of the pipe. I will use this company in the future till I find somebody else.

They were prompt. They came the same day I asked them to come. They offered something that did not sound like a smart idea. They were trying to keep the cost down, which I appreciated. They offered to put in a new pipe and live the old pipe in the ground and create a new channel for the dirt. I was not a bad idea but I preferred the pipe to be removed.

We had been having problems with the plumbing for a long time, but it came to a head on a Saturday, unfortunately, and we were pretty desperate. We received prompt, friendly service on the phone, and the team came that afternoon. They did the rooting and hydro jet that day, allowing us to function for the rest of the weekend. They then returned the following Monday to do the main part of the work. The work continued on Thursday, Friday, and was completed on Monday. The job involved a great deal of dirt and dust, but the crew was careful to thoroughly clean at the end of the job. They also replaced the boards on our deck. Luden, the team leader, was very polite and informative and actively managed the project to ensure quality.

I was very pleased with their work.

Do Not Use. Asked them to fix a kitchen sink that had become unmounted and fallen through a counter top. They said they could not and had to break up the sink to remove it and replace the whole sink. Fine, whatever, go ahead. Once they were done I find out that they saved the sink and put it in their truck. I asked for a discount since they actually saved the sink and were probably going to reuse it. They refused. I asked for a detailed receipt that I could use for my taxes. Never got one. They basically sold me a sink I didn't need. Stole my sink, and didn't even give a a receipt that I could use to deduct the repair on my taxes.Never using them again.

I thought they were very helpful. They said as long as we don't do anything to their work there would be a 20 year guarantee. They seemed to do a good job and didn't make a big mess. I was happy with it.

It went very quickly, the crew chief gave the estimate early before I left for work, and I scheduled the work for the next day. Yes, the estimate was high in my opinion. It was completed by a large crew before 10am and I was planning on a whole morning, which made the price seem even higher. I did not complain about the price, but gosh darn, each $125-$175 item was done in about 15-30 minutes. It's been several months now and none of the problems have reemerged. These guys are local (Silver Lake). I would use them again. I think they took care of us and plumbing is super expensive in general. I got that the rep might have been commissioned, he seemed too young to be an owner, but he was knowledgeable and willing to explain my options in which work was mandatory and which was optional.

The company was very polite and were here very quickly. When this company installed my dishwasher on a previous occasion, they installed it incorrectly and tried to tell me that it was supposed to be that way. Also, when they came to do handle my flooding, they broke my basement door off of the hinges and never made me aware of it. They left it leaning on a wall. I would not use this company again unless it was an emergency.

I'd been looking for a new plumber because our old plumber was not responsive. I went online and found Red Lilly. The guy came out today as promised and my husband asked him to replace the faucet. He said we would need to replace the whole sink. My husband asked how much it would be and he said about $2800. My husband said he'd talk to me about it first. Thankfully our other plumber called back and we'll use him instead. I am disappointed that I can't use a neighborhood plumber. I would not call them again.

These guys must be the worst plumbers ever. When I called them to come over and fix the problem, it took them three days to return my phone calls and show up. When they got here, he did the job which apparently was well done then left. My surprise was to see a huge mess that was there after he was finished. The mess was because he had drilled through the plaster on the roof. The room was covered in fine dust after that and it was horribly dirty. When I called back to complain about it, this guy had the nerve to tell me that everything was already dirty when he got there and that it was not his fault that there was such a huge mess. I was completely disappointed and angry with these guys for that.

They are good but their printed contract is pretty bad. They state in the contract that they are not responsible for any pipe damage which to me seems ridiculous. They're not very responsive. They told me they were going to get back to me in a written statement but never did. Their work is not bad but they should be more professional.

They were very nice and helpful and they gave us a good estimate. They even did some extra work for me at no charge.

PROMPT ARRIVAL, AND THEN IT ALL WENT DOWNHILL. WOULD NOT PROVIDE A ITEMIZED BREAKDOWN, THEN GOT THE ESTIMATE WRONG, THEIR REPRESENTATIVE "KEN" HAD TO DO A SECOND ESTIMATE, AND THEN HE QUIT. ALL THE WHILE I HAD TO REPEATEDLY CALL "JAKE" TO REMIND HIM I NEEDED SERVICE. THEIR ESTIMATE WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN OTHER PLUMBERS, AND WHEN I ASKED JAKE FOR THE SECOND ITEMIZED ESTIMATE HE STATED THAT KEN QUIT AND THAT THERE WAS NO ESTIMATE, AND WE WOULD HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN. OVERALL WASTED DAYS OFF WORK, AND A DISAPPOINTMENT. KEN KEPT TELLING ME HE WOULD WORK WITH ME, AND HE WAS ENTHUSIASTIC TO DO THE JOB, SAYING THAT OLDER HOUSES WERE HIS PASSION.

Prompt in returning calls and the appointment time. They wouldn't give me a quote in advance for the two jobs or an hourly estimate. The work was performed satisfactorily. I believe that the price, $300 with $10 off with Angie's coupon, for about an hours worth or work that did not require a high skill level was high. I needed a functioning kitchen faucet immediately and they were available. He borrowed a rag and caulking that I had. I'd check around for better prices.

I was happy with the service, although I don't know if the price was reasonable, because I didn't get other estimates. Because my leak happened on a weekend, the service guy warned me that the repair could cost significantly more. So he told me how to temporarily stop the leak until Monday, which saved me a lot of money. The two workmen were nice and professional. It was my first plumbing disaster in my new house, and Red Lilly made it relatively painless.

The sprinkler line was broken and the shut off valve was frozen. Above ground pipe was accessible. The lady plumber (no longer with the company) cut the pipe and old valve and replaced it in about 15 minutes. It was an emergency fix and I didn't have time to shop around as the main water service to the house had to be shut off until it was fixed. Total price gouge. On the other hand, for a subsequent sprinkler line problem, the sent two plumbers who spent about an hour and charged less than $100. Maybe the problem was the first one, and that's why she's gone
