Everything turned out fine. The system is an electronic tool. It had some interesting tools that were useful, but it wasn’t as helpful as I thought it would be for the price.

They were very proactive in sending out the information. What I didn't like about it the information wasn't for small things. The price was very inexpensive.

Information was received promptly. The information was useful, but there was not much information that you couldn't find on the internet for free.

The information I received was invaluable. A couple of times, I had a hard time uploading the forms, but the folks at Red Heads responded quickly each time and made sure I was able to receive all forms.

What I did was I used the matrix that the Red Head Rehabs goes through in order to just help me to get more knowledgeable so that a person will not take advantage of me, that's what it all boils down to. It's a program that teaches you how to better deal with contractors. I was able to deal with contractors more effectively. They prepared me for the people who would do the work so I would make better decision. They had videos talking me through the education process. I watched the different videos, read the digital media that they sent me in a book form and based on that, I just took the time to educate myself on what I needed to do then I started bringing people in because I had insurance stuff going on and all of that. I didn't knew what I needed to do. From time to time, I still get emails from them for tips. I paid $50 and easily, it saved me a few thousand dollars. The price was phenomenal. At first, I can't access the videos and I shot them email telling about my difficulty, by the time I woke up in the morning, they had responded.

Not happy that I spent the dough.

I was very disappointed. I had a hard time logging on and made several calls which were answered punctually until I was finally able to get into the system. The videos were very, very basic. It did not give the detail I was looking for. I thought it would give design ideas associated with rehabbing a kitchen or bath. Essentially it is how to talk and deal with contractors. In one small section it gives a couple of ideas on what to do in your rehab but there are no pictures. This is a good starting point for someone who is starting their first attempt with no knowledge. Some of the documents are very useful like the "Release of Lien" but the check lists leave out basic items like the lighting of the room you are rehabbing. I admit that I was very disappointed at first and left it, when I went back to finish the tutorial, I did find some gems. I would have preferred this information in a book format rather than a video format.

The materials and information provided are fine, it's just that you can find the same information online for free. The benefit of this service is that you can find all of the information in one place. I probably wouldn't buy again, but it is nice to have the materials and access to the website.

The download was easy and the information it contains is straight forward and easy to understand.

They are flexible, accommodating, and do a good job.

The system might be useful to someone who knows nothing about the remodeling process and wants an overview of things to consider, dos and don'ts, what to expect, etc. While this information is available elsewhere, it's all in one place with this system. If that's your situation, the price charged is not unreasonable as the authors have taken the time to gather and present information on a wide range of topics related to the rehab process. A very small part of the system provides pricing data. I recommend that you do your own research on pricing as I found it to be unrealistically low - at least for the San Diego area. If you disregard the pricing data, the other information may be of value if you haven't already done a lot of research online.

Redhead Rehab is a total waste of money. Last communication was an "My business partner beat cancer special' telling how his business partner made money in real estate while fighting cancer and their new program for us to make money in real estate. I found it really offensive and another make money in real estate scam.

After purchasing the kit I went to the web site and downloaded the forms and videos. They have some very good tips and forms for working with contractors that would be usefull if you have any type of construction work going on.It will assist homeowners in picking the correct contractor, keeping the job on focus and in budget as well as avoiding common pitfalls of being your own General Contractor.

They provided good information for pursuing a contractor. On the downside, they gave unrealistic costs for cabinets and appliances. I had also experienced some issues downloading and watching their videos, which I think has been fixed since.

They were pretty good with the communication. It was not applicable to the service that I needed.

A coupon was offered, but none of the promised materials were ever received.

I found a lot of the information very useful.

This has been the best money I have used for anything! They gave me the knowledge and information I would need to hire contractors. I loved that I could go back as many times as I want to ask questions. I learned to ask about materials used. I learned a LOT!!! Ever since, I've been able to ask the right questions to contractors. EVERYONE, I THINK, SHOULD USE THIS SYSTEM!!!

I had a problem when I lost my email account but after contacting Bob he was very responsive and courteous. He told me he can resend the new login information and get me started rightaway.

This was an online educational system that provided step by step proceedures and forms to assist you to manage a home renovation.

a. It it super easy to make the purchase, it takes less than 5 minutes with my paypal account. b. I had access to the system and all the forms in about 5 minutes c. Navigation of the site is easy d. The forms were awesome It is a great company with a great product, try it for yourself and see.

The process for ordering the Renovation Domination system was very simple. Once I paid, I had access to the entire system and all of the forms they promised in about 4 minutes (very fast). There weren't any hitches that I had to buy something else to get the information promised. So far I have gotten a great deal of use out of the systmes and the forms included. I am excited about the potential savings I'll accumulate on my current rehab and future rehabs.
