Description of Work: They came out and said my side was too steep and the trees were holding the ground in on the side and if they were removed the ground would spill into the road. They were very professional.

Description of Work: Yossi and the crew did a great job on my front lawn. They were quick, clean and affordable. They cleaned out a mass of bushes and designed water friendly mix of rocks, mulch, plants and some fruit trees. I am very happy.

Description of Work: Installed sump pump & drainage pipe & leveled pathway, straightened stepping stones, & added pebbles between stones. Dug a new drainage ditch with pipe and drain cover. They addressed all my wishes. They cleaned up daily. I was happy with they're working.

Description of Work: They evaluated part of the front yard and sent an email with a photo that looked like they had constructed an environment from a videogame. It was poorly rendered from a photoshopped picture, and blurry. It was stuffed with plants which did not match the environment. The color combination was unattractive to me. I had to ask the names of the plants, and no information about upkeep was given. It looked like it must have taken about 10 minutes to do.

Description of Work: I paid $49 through Angie's list for a landscape design. I got nothing usable -- a hastily drawn outline with a few plants plopped in. I contacted the company and they said they would come out again, but I decided not to waste my time.

Description of Work: Rain Forest did a cursory examination of my irrigation system which happens to be in reasonable order. They then proceed to give me an absolutely outrageous bid of $3000. I would never use this company.

Description of Work: Yosef worked with my budget, my time schedule and had several options for my project. The team that came out to do the work was very nice and consecrated on the task at had had a great handle on the job.

Description of Work: built two planter boxes and irrigation system for them - job was done well but it took almost 4 months to get the work done when we bought the service in May - we wanted to use the planters for the summer.

Description of Work: My biggest issue with Rain Forest has nothing to do with their work. As a matter of fact, I even tipped the guys after they completed the job. My issue has to do with their responsiveness. After taking my money from Angie's List and making a bid for the job where they told me they could start the very next week, it was 3 weeks before I ever heard from them again and that was only because I began to be more assertive. Then when they finally responded to my emails, I was told that it could only be on 1 certain day of the month, despite my schedule, because they were so busy with "bigger" jobs and they were doing me a favor by even giving me that day! It certainly made me feel that my job was not important to them. But when they did come out, they did very good work.

Description of Work: This service was only for a landscape plan only. When they provided me a plan that was way above the budget I was looking to spend, I decided not to use them for the full service. Was a bit of a waste of money, as other landscapers provided me a quote without charging.

Description of Work: Hard to schedule an initial appointment. Once we agreed on a time, he was very helpful and insightful but the cost was very expensive.

Description of Work: Very poor service. Yosef came to my home and ask me what did I have in mind. He didn't have any pictures. He didn't do any measurements and stayed about 15 minutes. He said he would send me Pictures. I never heard from him again.

Description of Work: I just got the initial plans and was not impressed at all. They did not seem professional at all and decided not to use the services offered. It was not what I asked for and felt I could of done what he did myself online.
