Willy from Rad Rooms & Patio responded very quickly to my request for service. He emailed me right away and called me within the hour. He made it easy for me to send him a picture through text so he can have a better idea to use for an estimate. I liked his quick responses. He made himself available on a weekend which is an excellent thing for us that work long hours during the week. They were nice friendly and professional. The work was pretty good i was happy with the outcome. They made adjustments as best they could and began the mud and tape process. It took about 2-3 hours. I have one suggestion for Rad Patios and the consumer interested in hiring them. Get a detailed explanation on what is needed to get the job done. If possible start using itemized invoices that show what your getting. I figured the sanding and texture would be part of it but unfortunately he meant that only the mudding and taping was in the deal. So when he was done i felt like i still needed to hire people to get the job done. I went to the hardware store and met the sales associate whom agreed to come take a a look and finish the job. He said Rad Rooms & Patio did a good job with the exception of a few minor areas he had to re-spackle to get a clean surface. He did mention that for the price i paid i should have gotten the entire process with sanding and texture. Overall no hard feelings. Next time i hire Willy i will make sure we are on the same page in terms of what the Job Consists of and what will be done.

Overall a good experience. Contractor stayed several minutes longer to finish up stuff without charging for it, which was a nice gesture.

All went well. I've gone through a lot of contractors here and there already in my first home buying experience and its been a headache. Willy's been really great, fair, honest, and gets the work done. He cares about the outcome of the product and tries to do his best. He communicates well and ahead of time if there are going to be delays, issues, etc. He estimated a couple days for the brick wall and charged hourly. However, the wall required more work and extra time which he didn't charge me for. I genuinely appreciated this. Also, it looks fantastic and I get endless compliments on it. Oh, one more thing, because I couldn't be there for the work since I'm at work about 30+ miles away; Willy graciously would text me photo updates so I constantly knew how it looked. I REALLY appreciated this. Prices were reasonable, although not the cheapest. But given the quality and integrity, I honestly couldn't ask for more. He's now my point of contact for general things I need help with. To have someone I could trust is really valuable to me. I did give a "B" for punctuality because he was a bit late a couple times. HONESTLY, this is not a big deal, and I'm just glad he showed up, and communicated his arrival time. I've had other contractors literally not show up at all. But I did put that just so other users are aware and don't have specific expectations on punctuality... Especially if you live in LA. C'mon, the traffic is just so hard to predict. In any case, he communicated to me times when he'd be late, or scheduling issues. Overall great experience!

Arrived on-time and completed the requested work in a professional manner. Cleaned up after completing their work.

They did a great job – no complaints. The end result looks satisfactory. It was just a few small spots to patch under the sink.

It turned out fine. They offered professional workmanship. I’ve considered using them for additional work. They were able to finish the job within the two hours. The repair has been holding up.

I purchased a Big Deal for use on the condo that I own but rent out. I was logged in using the location of the condo in the "location" window. I informed the company that I needed the work done on my condo and gave them the tenants info to schedule an appt. with him. Apparently they went to the condo 4 hours later than they told my tenant they would be there and he was gone. They tried calling me while I was at work and I text them that I couldn't take the call. They then text me that no one was home and the location was not in their service area and I should get a refund. After this they text the tenant and told him they could fix it on Saturday. He waited all day Saturday and finally got a text that their truck had broken down and they would not be coming and would text him later to reschedule. They never did. I would like a refund but I am also extremely dismayed by the un- professionalism of this company. They didn't follow my instructions and were not thorough at all. I would also like to suggest that you include an address field when purchasing a big deal so that the deal can be applied to the correct property if people own more than one. I am not sure if these guys even went to the right address in the first place.

RAD showed up and performed all jobs required within a correct amount of time. Did a great paint job. it was an old bathroom and they had to replace a part of the ceiling with green board which they did perfectly. Would use them again for other work I have lined up, but can't afford to do at this time.

Very well! We still needed to do some painting over the drywall, but the crew was very professional and clean. Work was very high quality, as well.

Showed up with a two person crew instead of one. That turned out to be a blessing as the job was trickier that originally planned. They informed me ahead of time that the job would go beyond allotted time based on the purchased deal. He quoted me a price that I agreed to and stuck to it even though it went a bit longer. Good, professional work. They cleaned up nicely and were polite. Would definitely hire them again.

They were wonderful and fantastic. When they came out, I told them what I need to have them done. They showed the areas that I even didn't notice. The attitude was fabulous and they were lovely to be in my house. They're not difficult to deal with and everything was a lovely and I would use them again. They're also quick.

. The spots on the floor were tough. Willy did a great job in one area however the really tough area he was not able to get the spots taken care of completely. This was the fault of the floor being old and needing more help then we had decided that we wanted to invest in. I would use Willy again his overall manner was professional, willing to please me with his work and wanted to make the entire experience a positive one. The only downside was he was very late however he called to tell me that he was running late. There you go!

He didn't charge me anything additional, but he did good work, so I paid him more. He did a lot of work. I thought his work was quality, and everything that he has done, has stood up to the test of time.

He's a very nice guy. He's doing fine. I don't have somebody come here which I don't grade an "A".

They did a very nice job. They were personable and easy to work with.

It went fairly well. However, It is now over a year later and I requested twice from the owner, Willy, an updated invoice showing the service address of the property. I rec'd no reply. I amended the Responsiveness from A to F for this lack of communication.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. He did a very good job and he did clean up. I think the price was very fair.

Very pleased with the outcome of the dry wall patching. Willie is professional and I enjoyed having him and his assistant in my home.

Two men reported for the project. They tore out wall and indicated it should be referred to home owner's insurance company and left. Put plastic over the portion of wall torn out.

Very well - Will and his assistant worked throughout the day to complete the job - they are both very professional, hardworking and pleasant. In addition to all the jobs completed, they cleaned up ---swept all dust etc.
