Willy is one of the hardest working and capable technicians I have ever worked with. He has done multiple repairs for me in wood, metal and upholstered furniture for hotel projects. He is always willing to go above and beyond and his pricing is more than reasonable. I cannot recommend him enough!

This was a big deal purchase and it was terrible. They splattered paint all over my front porch concrete. They attempted to clean it and could not. I just remember being really unsatisfied with their work. I remember we had a lot of problems. They charged us a lot more than the price of the deal. I think it went up to about $800. We had asked them to do some extra. They set the appointment quick. They were punctual, but they also dripped some paint also in my back yard. Not a lot, but it is still there. I mean, the guy was nice, but. The funny thing was we asked them to just patch because we had some cracks because of an earthquake. They patched, but they only primed. It is really bizarre and they did not know how to patch the cracks because I still have the cracks. It is a mess.

Very well. Willy had to first make a support for the roof so that he would be able to remove a portion of the bottom of the support post, that had termites in it. He then removed that portion,and replace it. He then braced it, sanded and painted it to match t\he existing post. he did a great job. This is the third or fourth time I've used Willy for various jobs, and he has performed them to perfection. I will definitely use him, again should the occasion arise.

I had a bad experience with Willie. He is extremely friendly and responsive -- I have to hand that to him. He clearly does what it takes to get business in the door, then it all goes downhill. One of my biggest pet peeves with contractors is the scheduling circus that they can create in order to presumably fit in more jobs. This was a problem in this case. Willie promised me they would complete the job in 2 days-- he even put dates in the original invoice b/c i told him up front it is a big deal to me. I'm extremely busy and rescheduling time being home to have repairs done is a huge inconvenience, and I felt that my time was not respected at all. The first day went spectacularly. They showed up on time, were friendly, did the work. The 2nd day, Willie texted me at 8am that they would be late. At 10am, the new time he said they would show up, I had to contact him later to find out what was going on. Then he added more delays, saying they couldn't be there until the afternoon, when I had already told him earlier I had to leave the house at 1pm. Then he said they couldn't finish the job that day and pushed the job to another day in the week, when I had already scheduled work around him. The quality of the work was not good. They did not cover my furniture while painting, and there is still paint on my floors. The paint they used was not flat as I had told him repeatedly, it has a sheen, and now the ceiling is patchy. Bottom line: Bad quality work. Extremely frustrating and I felt totally disrespected.

It said 3 hours but they were in a hurry. They used the hair dryer to dry up the patching and everything. Their attitude at that time was sort of get-this-done and get-out-of-here. They thought that it was just small what the customer was paying because it was a promotion price. They were okay but not very good. Although I was supposed to get 3 hours, they were rushing. Maybe that particular afternoon, they had so many schedules that they needed to rush out of my property. Their price was okay.

Came over as agreed upon time. Patched the holes. Quality of the work was adequate. We had to do the finishing work of sanding. Felt like they were in a hurry to get in, do the minimum, and get out.

The handyman stalled for three whole months before he become available. He then only stayed 1/3 of the time purchased because the cats bothered his allergies, and needed to get his medicine. I thought it was curious he wouldn't have his medicine with him since lots of homes have cats. In any case, I couldn't get him to come back to finish. Also, be aware that Angie's List does not issue credit when "Angie's Deals" are purchased but not honored by the vendor.

Totally unprofessional, avoid at all costs.

He removed a section of sheetrock and put a new section up. It was supposed to dry and then he would come back and finish the edges and drywall and paint. He never returned for the second part of the job. He spoke with my assisstant and demanded full payment for the job he didn't finish, and is continuing to send us text messages and call us, using a very threatening demeanor: "If I do not get a check tomorrow, I will come look for the person in charge to get my money."

Gee! I joined Angie's List to avoid unprofessional service. Today, I have never received such horrible service. I confirmed my appointment for 1:30 pm early in the morning because I had to run to stores and buy things for my projects to be completed at home. Well, I text them to let them know that I am on the way home to meet them for our 1:30 pm appointment... 17 mins later I get a text that they have a flat tire... Okay fine, sorry they have the flat, but I will see them soon, no problem... One hour later "on our way". They tell me they are about 25 minute away... ok. Now, it's almost 3:00 pm... checking in via text... Next thing I know they say they will give me a refund... they are not coming... WOW. If I were at home... I may not feel so bad, but I was waiting in a empty apartment and minutes felt like hours... I spent my whole day preparing and they just cancel. Wish they would have just told me they did not want to come in the first place. Very disappointing. I feel so disrespected. It is not about the refund... I just wanted better communication and respect. Oh well, better to deal with them over text messages than to have problems when they arrived. Maybe this was actually a blessing in disguise.

really nice guy & did a great job

They showed up on time and did everything I asked them to do within the allotted time. One of things I had asked them to try to fix was a window in my bathroom that would not close. They tried but were unable to fix it. It wasn't until after they left that I noticed they had scraped the protective glass coating on the window when trying to fix it. But overall, they did a good job and fixed everything else.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It turned out very well. We had purchased the Big Deal for stucco and paint touch-up and the technician did one other thing--repairing a laminate floorboard for us. It was very nice of him to have agreed to do that and I believe there was a very minor extra charge associated with that. I wasn't actually there but my wife was and she spoke very highly of the gentleman that came out. I had nothing to say that she disliked. He was polite, efficient and kind of went the extra mile beyond what we contracted him for. I believe he had a little extra time on the clock when he was done with the painting and the caulking and he actually asked, "What else can I do for you?" and she pointed out that one floorboard and I believe there was a minimal charge. I think it was for the materials that he used to fix that (some stain and some glue). Everything went very well. We had no complaints.

Terrible. Worst service in twenty years of home ownership.

Had to leave to get taller ladder, although I provided complete information over the phone re: the job. Earnest, young man seemed somewhat inexperienced, so I observed him part of the time & offered a couple of suggestions that helped him do it correctly. Very polite, professional, but still learning on the job.

They did exactly what I asked them to do and came out quickly. I?ve used them several times.
