Description of Work: Cleaned 4 bedroom condo that hadn't been cleaned for 12 months. Went fine. They went back to do a couple of things they missed but no problem. I plan to use them again.

Description of Work: A team of four people came and cleaned my house for two hours. They did a good job and were hard workers. They asked if there was anything I wanted them to focus on. The only thing I would point out, is that they're not great at putting things back as they found them. I think it's because they work so quickly. Not a big deal to me, but mentioning it as some people might be bothered by it. Not the cheapest when you add in a tip for four people but they the job done. I would definitely hire again. Thanks

Description of Work: Property Maids has been cleaning my house for a few years now and they've been doing a great job. They're fast, efficient, and get my home very clean despite my tendency to have lots of clutter around. I use them on a regular basis now.

Description of Work: I called and they were out the same day doing a super clean of a large house that was very messy. They were very professional and thorough and stayed late on the same day I called them to come out!

Description of Work: I thought I was quoted $75 for three people to come clean our three bedroom apartment. It was actually $75 an hour and the three people were there for three hours! They were there much longer than they should have been and it was way over priced, especially for the level of service they provided. It was a stressful and unpleasant experience.

Description of Work: I have a one bedroom apartment/condo with hard wood floors. They did a good cleaning in approximately 2 hours. The normal fee is $55/per hour. They changed the linens, mopped hard wood floors, dusted, oven cleaning (which was great since many other maid services just wipe it out), wiped off shutters and windows. I would definitely use property maid again. However, i can only use them every three weeks as i can't afford $100 every two weeks. The owner indicated that she would give me an every two week service for $80 for 1.5 hours which i may do every three weeks. I will definitely use property maid again. The owner indicated that her company is a reliable maid service which i am looking forward to because in my experience, maid services i have used in the past have not been reliable. I'm so relieved that i found the company as i now can look forward to having a less stressful weekend due to having to clean up the whole saturday.... Thanks Fatima!
