Description of Work: Can't remember the cost. It was a special offer 3 rooms for ant. $75. I asked if he would clean a throw rug instead of one room and was told that would be fine. He started outside on the rug, but stopped to show me what he would be doing inside. He never returned to do the rug, he cleaned the family room and hall and was very disappointed that I wouldn't agree to additional upholstery cleaning. He said he couldn't make any money on the special I had agreed to. So when I realized he never did the rug, I called him immediately, he and his son did not return. I left a message on his answering machine, to no avail.

Description of Work: Clean the tile in the shower. They were suppose to seal it and didn't. I could have done the same job with a sponge. The few times I've used this list, I've been disappointed. They've already received payment so they no they can do a half-assed job, and not have somebody withhold payment until It's done right

Description of Work: Unfortunately they had prior jobs the day of service and were hours late. The timing window kept expanding exponentially. Then they came and steamed the showers. The sealing job was rushed, leaving shiny spots sporadically in the shower and on the bathroom floor. They offered to scrub our couches at an additional charge, which didn't seem to really do anything. Between the quality of work and the lack of punctuality, I would not use again.

Description of Work: The cleaned the carpet in my bedroom, an area rug and my couch. The technology they have really sucks up the dirt well. Everything looks great. Will use again. Oh, the original deal was $50 but I paid extra to have the area rug and couch cleaned. I can't remember the price, but it was reasonable.

Description of Work: We purchased a service for tile/grout cleaning for $89. The vendor was late and had to be rescheduled twice. They also were not aware of the service we had paid for and did a lousy job on the tile & grout. While they were there, we purchased carpet claeaning for an add'l $120. They did a good job on the carpet. I believe they did not have experience cleaning tile/grout because when we used COIT the tile/grout came out really clean. The owner got mad and stormed out after we complained of the poor results on the tile.

Description of Work: Cleaned tile in bathroom to my satisfaction. They offered to clean a portion of high traffic carpet for $100. Which I hesitated on, but appreciate now.
