Lalo M. did an excellent job. He assessed the situation and corrected the issue quickly. The price was reasonable. I was treated fairly and professionally. Lalo did a a terrific job. I will use Plotke Plumbing, Inc. again in the future.

I had called several plumbers for a problem with a Tankless Water heater and Plotke folks were really helpful. Turned out I live outside of their service area, but the gentleman helped me troubleshoot anyway. For example, he would look up an error code for my particular unit while I ran some tests, and talked me through and gave me information for good 15 minutes. It really was too bad I wasn't able to go with them. Prior to calling them up, I had set up an appointment with a competitor who was quite sales oriented and slick. After speaking with Plotke, and I decide to go with my instinct and cancel the appointment with the first company that felt too pushy. I made a new appointment with another plumbing company who is in my area and was recommended by Plotke.

3rd job I called them for! Caesar came out as I had specifically requested him. I had a German Dornbracht touch less faucet that was leaking. I've had "expert" German plumbers, and yes they were really German and trained in Germany, come out. They always wanted ME to get the parts, then come back out! So for $250+ dollars every time they come out to open it up, 5 minutes, and tell me it's leaking, yeah I know, I called you remember, telling me to get the part they said.....which is the part I told them was leaking AGAIN and off they'd go. Hey...thanks man! Finally I said to myself to TRY a "non specialized" very skilled plumber at least look at it. It had been turned off for a year for a lack of getting skilled plumbers to work on the thing. Caesar came out, put in some valves in my garage that I asked him to do, then looked at the Dornbracht. I showed him the repair kit I bought for the faucet (a year ago!) and said, OK. He comes out 30 minutes later. Done. Fixed. No Drama! Haven't seen the bill yet.

He was okay. He overcharged me, and when I checked around later, I found out, that I would have paid 50 or 60 Dollars for it. He was trying to sell me some other plumbing, to hook up something in my bathroom, and he was charging me 1000 Dollars, and another plumber came and did it for 50 Dollars. He was dishonest,and he saw that I was single, and I had just moved into this place, and he saw that I was distressed, and wanted to take advantage of me. He lacks integrity. He multiplied the prices. The quality was good, we haven't had problems, but he was just running a line from the sink to the refrigerator. Other than the price, he was okay.

They were awesome. They were just very nice and did a good job.

My only recommendation with them would be to just go out and see the job first before you say I need something new. They were a little screwed up with their billing too. They asked for a CC# the day of and never billed it and then I got a paper bill. Had to clarify payment before I sent payment.

Needed to use the machine snake to clear a bathroom drain that had a rust clog. The job took about 40 minutes. The plastic trap was broken by the drain snake, so he had to replace it. The brass replacement cost $35. The trip charge/first hour was $104. Total charge was $139. Plumber was experienced, knew what he was doing and didn't try to sell me a whole new drain pipe for the house which is 90 yrs. old. I have used Plotke Plumbing for years. They are not cheap, but I have found them to be honest and professional.

They did fine. I've used them several times. They're always prompt, competent, and reasonably priced.

We called to schedule an appointment to have the kitchen sink repaired. They arrived on time, but only spent about five minutes in our home. The plumber told us that the kitchen faucet had no fix, but would need to be replaced. He gave us a few recommendations, Grohe being one of them, then he left. We offered to pay, but we were told that they would bill us when we find the new faucet and have it installed. We in the meantime, started our search for a good kitchen faucet. About a week into our search we received a bill for $88. The bill was for the first visit and the plumbers advice. OUCH! We went on to find a high end faucet which was a gift from a close friend. The faucet was a european brand that ran our good friend $3000. We called Plotke back so they can install the new faucet. The plumber said our new faucet was no good and would be useless should it break. He then insisted that we purchase a Grohe Faucet. At this point, we just wanted our kitchen faucet fixed. It had been 10days of dealing with a broken faucet. So, with his help, we agreed to return our european faucet to our friend and instead buy the Grohe Ladylux Pro. The plumber stated that he could have it to us by the following day. He left, now we had no faucet what so ever, and did return with our new faucet the next day. To my surprise, and my wife's surprise, they installed the Grohe Lady Lux Cafe. Obviously, we were both livid, but needed the kitchen faucet fixed. We decided to keep the faucet. After realizing we've been had, I contacted the owner stated my complain. He said if we were not happy with the faucet, they would replace it, but at this point, I was just glad that they were out of my hair and out of my house. I will never recommend them, use them, and I will tell every contractor friend I know about there tactics. Stay way from this FORSAKEN COMPANY and their PLUMBERS.

They were clean, courtious and very professional. I was extremely pleased and will definitely use Plotke plumbing again.

I noticed that the water heater was occasionally not providing hot water on demand, which is unusual because for the last 6 years it has been operating perfectly. I grabbed the manual and looked at the digital error code display, which indicated an abnormal two-way valve. I then called Takagi technical support, which is excellent, and we confirmed that it was an issue with the two-way valve. I looked on the Takagi web site for an approved service provider in my area and correlated the providers with Angie's list. Plotke Plumbing was the highest rated and I contacted them. They were busy for a few days, not a big deal in my case, and indicated they would try to work me in sooner than their promised day. I received periodic phone contact with Plotke and they indeed offered me an appointment a day earlier than expected. The day of the appointment, Plotke and I communicated about the arrival time, which was very helpful. The plumber came to the house with the correct part and completed the process in about 45 minutes total time. The plumber was informative and seemed knowledgeable and experienced with Takagi tankless water heaters.

Scheduled appointment for next day service. Gave them a time window that met my schedule. They came on-time. Office called to give me notice that they would arrive within 15 minutes. (2) men came and performed the rooter service on my main line, approx. 125 feet. They got right to work and completed the job to my satisfaction. They explained what they found and told me I should continue to have the line cleared once a year to keep any roots under control. I have been doing this for years and use Plotke whenever I have any Plumbing issues. I had them re-pipe my large house several years ago. They are professional, trustworthy and I recommend the company. There are cheaper plumbers around, however this company has been serving my neighborhood for years and many of my neighbors also use them.

Finally an honest and hard working bunch of guys. Took less than two days and job was completed without complaints. The guys were friendly and knowledgable . Would hire again ..

The repairman showed up in a timely fashion, quickly diagnosed and explained the problem to me, and then efficiently fixed it. We haven't had any problem since. The hourly rate ($95) is a little more than I'm used to, but it was very good service.

They cleared the stoppage in all sinks so they drained properly. They arrived promptly and were very professional checking everything out, including under the crawl space to see if there was any water leakage. I have used Plotke in the past and these guys consistently provide excellent service.

I'm very satisfied with their work and responsiveness -- and honesty. Cost cited does not include cost of parts.

When I called Plotke Plumbing, they answered quickly, were responsive to my needs, asked the appropriate questions and gave me an estimate based on the good information of our conversation. An appointment was made for the plumber to come and fix a kitchen sink flange that had broken. When the plumber arrived, he identified one other repair that could be made while he was replacing the pipe and flange. I agreed to the repair and the cost that was quoted. The repairs were made quickly and professionally. The area was left clean as it had been found. I was also using this company based on other Angie's list recommendations and a discount offer. I was invoiced for the work and was also provided the discount. The entire experience, from start to finish was excellent. I will use this company, again, without hesitation.

They were excellent. They were extremely responsive to our needs. They were also very prompt to any problems we've had. We've used them on multiple occasions.

I used the services of Plotke Plumbing.There was a leak in the kitchen because the faucet has not been installed right. He repaired it.
