Called a number of listed service providers from Angie's List and they were the only one's actually available to come out late afternoon on a Friday. Quick professional job.

They responded within the hour to my phone call. The plumber was out at the house a few hours later with his assistant. They were able to fix the drain quickly and cleaned up the area in which they worked. I would definitely go to them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

I called after hours and they were able to send out two gentlemen in less then an hour to complete the job. The two plumbers they sent out were able to complete the job with in 20 minutes. They were very prompt, nice, and the price was right.

No complaints at all. The service man arrived promptly, was courteous, and cleaned out the roots quickly. The price charged was less than what we have paid before to some other companies.

Very good, man explained everything. We have used Plotke Plumbing for over 20 years, and we are always satisfied. They do big or small jobs.

They arrived 4 hours before the maximum of the window, which is good. They specialize in certain things. The drain specialist, Charlie, and he did a great job. He was very pleasant and professional. It took an hour and they charged me for an hour.

Mario came out to give me a bid and followed up with a written estimate. The job was scheduled quickly. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Lyn who works in the office is excellent. He has great follow through and knows his business well. Job well done.

While I had purchased separately the garbage disposal and the faucet, Plotke Plumbing did the installation. Customer service was excellent. When I was hoping to have the work done sooner than their next available appointment, they did refer me to another plumbing service company. When that company also did not have an earlier appointment, I returned to Plotke and scheduled my appointment with them. They were thorough in following up, providing times for when the plumber would arrive and so forth. While the plumber had to return twice to deal with a small resulting under sink leak due to the new installation, there was no charge, no issue at all. They were able to return the day or the next day following my call. I would certainly use this company again. I have heard that they are on the high side price-wise, but I would rather work with a company that is professional and follows up than with a cheaper alternate that might not be as accommodating and customer-service oriented.

It went well. After reading a previous report about the company, and how they charge for an additional man to help carry the heavy equipment up or down steps, I persuaded the phone operator to forgo the extra man and that I would be able to help, and they agreed. when the technician arrived, he said that they accepted my offer only because they were busy and didn't have the extra manpower. Regardless, I saved myself 84 dollars by helping him move the machine myself (beware, it is heavy and difficult to carry). In any event, the job went smoothly. He cleaned out my line, I helped him move the machine back up my steps and we parted ways.

What I really like about them is their quick service and their promptness in getting to your home. I can tell you that they are honest people and that we ve been working with them for some time now.

We have called them for plumbing needs in the past. They have always been professional, friendly, and courteous. They show up when they say they are going to and do a good job with the work that is required. I will call them again for my plumbing needs.

Our friends have used Plotke Plumbing and love them, but in our case, the plumber they sent out was a little sketchy. He was sweet and got the work done but a little odd. He was late one day and we did have to call the company. We also felt the price for what they did and the time they spent on it seemed a little high. We are going to give them another chance.

The work was fine. Between extra man and machine charges and sludge I had to clean up, I'd say use them with a grain of salt. Really clarify what you expect to pay and clean up is included.

I called Plotke and they promptly sent a representative to look at the job and determine the scope of the problem.

Plotke Plumbing is a very well known company in our area; they have been around for about 70 years. This wasn't the first time I used the company and it will not be the last. I like their professionalism.

I had made an agreement with them because I was senior they gave me a 10% discount.

I thought that they did a really professional job. They showed up right away the next day after I called. This ended up turning out really great for me because I had family coming into town.

They did a good job. They came out right away after we asked for an appointment. They were willing to look at another small job while they were here (an outside faucet that was leaking). He was very efficient and got the job done quickly.

They were terrific. Came within the day and clarified the problem and what needed to done. Aki ran an exhaust line in an entirely different direction and it went smoothly. My dryer is running much more efficiently now. The final cost was a fraction of another plumbing service.

I was very happy with the work performed and the price charged. A different plumber provided an estimate of $400 for the same work. Plotke Plumbing did the work and sent us a detailed bill including the hourly rate, number of hours worked, and the exact price of the materials used. The prices were exact, not ballpark estimates, not rounded up, and not arbitrarily increased because I live in a nice neighborhood. The plumber was prompt, professional, and experienced. I have used 4 different plumbers for various jobs this year and Plotke was by far the best experience.

I had originally scheduled the job for the same day as my countertop installation, but had to shift it when that job ran later than expected. Mario at Plotke was very accommodating and constantly checked to make sure that time frames were convenient and ready to go. Workmanship on the project was excellent as well. Plumber offered some good, unsolicited advice on possible future fixtures, too. Overall, Plotke Plumbing performed the project excellently.

I called and they promised to come over the next day. They called during the window of time promised and said they were on the way. The plumber arrived quickly and easily fixed the problems.

Not well. I wanted them to see what was leaking before they ordered a part. When the plumber came to put in the hose and then said it's not the hose, I already knew it was not the hose. I paid to have the hose put in. There was a lot of calling back and forth. It took a long time for the ordered sprayer hose to come from Kohler, which I ordered myself by phone from Chicago. When it came there was more calling back and forth and then a different plumber came and screwed it on, which I should have done myself. That was $84.

Perfect. They knew exactly what we needed from our description over the phone. Came over (and gave a warning call to let us know they were on the way) and finished the job in under two hours with no mess at all left behind.
