Mike was very professional and friendly. He came on time and worked efficiently. I asked him to check a couple of leaky outdoor faucets and he was very gracious and helpful. I thought the faucets needed replacing but he showed me how to tighten them which solved the problem. He explained his assessment of my sewer line, which is quite old. He suggested I have it "video'd" and explained why. He didn't try to push that too much or make it sound like it is an emergency.

Plumber came out and was on time, they called to let me know he was on his way, and he fixed the water heater. I haven't gotten the bill yet so I don't know what the charge is. He explained to me what he was doing, since I had already replaced the part myself but couldn't get it lit. Turns out I had done everything right, I just couldn't get the thing re-lit and he explained why. He was patient with me hovering over him while he worked! I thought that was extra duty! I would definatelly call them again.

They are in my neighborhood and that?s why I use them. I was very satisfied with their work and they came back when I asked them to. The workers were real nice and polite. The head guy knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything. The price was not inexpensive but it was fair.

They were very helpful in picking the faucet. We had an unusual situation in that most standard faucets would not fit. They worked with me to find separate parts to the faucet would fit together. They were very respectful to me and also very helpful. Their estimate for the clean out line was several hundred dollars less than other companies we interviewed. They cleaned up after themselves as well!

I was very happy with the process, from start to finish. Mario (the owner) came out and surveyed the work, then sent me a prompt written estimate via email. I got three bids and his bid was the best. His technician showed up on time, worked diligently and did a great job. He said he installs a tankless water heater every day and it showed. He knew exactly what he was doing. I'm going to use them for more remodeling work and I highly recommend them.

Job well done, as expected, all unexpected problems were solved perfectly. At the end, we had a great new faucet installed and perfectly functioning new garbage disposal unit.

When the plumber came over, he didn't seem to have all the info I discussed with the dispatch. But once I told him, s'all good. He did his job in about half an hour, the area was nice and clean, and he was on his way. Very professional.

They recently repiped from the water main to the house and installed a pressure valve. They were careful with the sod and had the job done in less than 8 hours.

We've been renovating our house. We framed and tiled our new bathroom ourselves but didn't have the time/skill to do the plumbing. Plotke gave us a great quote, better than others, and seemed kind/professional. Once work started, they were very prompt and very skilled. They offered advice on the elements we were handling (backerboard installation, waterproofing) which helped quite a bit. As we got into a time crunch, they even installed our bathtub for us at no charge (after seeing their technique, I realized I would have done it incorrectly). All around a great experience.

They came on time. They did a good job and they were professional, but I did not like their pricing. They asked for 400, but I said I wouldn't pay more than 200, which they agreed to.

Gary showed up, was genuinely interested in doing a good job. He cut a small hole in the wall to find the leak, then crawled into the attic to make sure that the piping was ok up there as well. What started out as a 1 hour job ended up taking 3. He replaced all the piping, made sure that all the faucets worked afterwords, and cleaned up - great job overall. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will use them in the future.

I thought they were good. They were a little bit expensive. They actually showed up a little bit early, and they did do really good work. It was one guy that showed up for the work and he seemed professional.

Very good experience. They were able to come right away - the next day. They were very nice and got the job done quickly. The price was fair.

They fit me in same day, which was greatly appreciated. Tech arrived within the quoted time and was very friendly, did his job and cleaned up well after he was finished. Suggested I replace wax ring on my toilet and installed new bolts. Was quoted $160 on the phone and was surprised when I was billed for over $200.00. No mention of a $30 "machine charge" when I booked the appointment. Is it wrong to assume that the machine would be included when I told them I needed my line snaked? Also quite surprised to see that, on final receipt which was mailed a few days later (nice touch), that there was "no guarantee, the line was abused." No Angie's List discount given even though I told them that I was booking thru Angie's List. Overall, positive experience.

Overall, they pointed out the problems (which were several since it's an older house) and gave options and prices. They pretty much left it up to us which was good. We were in a hurry (because sewage was backing up) so I only got a ballpark from another plumber who hadn't even found the crack. We were originally going to add a plastic lining to the inside to the older pipe to prevent further roots from growing in. When I asked how much I would save, he said $700. The next day we said we'd decide we weren't going to do it and I purposely asked again how much the price would come down and he said $1700. Always get a quote from Berlin Plumbing first. Other than that, these guys showed up on time and got the job done on time but left a bit of a mess where the dirt was dug up.

They fixed the drains fine. I had previously used Liquid Plumber prior to them coming out and they wanted to charge me $10 extra because I had used it and it could burn their skin.

Sam was right on time and was very pleasant and professional. He explained various things to me and answered questions in a patient and complete manner. Because the company charges by the hour rather than the job, we wanted to get as much done as possible and Sam understood that. He was very efficient in his work. The company sent the bill later, which was new for us, it was a bit unnerving to do it that way, but it also saves their employee from being put in the middle. The price for the labor was fair and reasonable. I believe the price for parts was excessive, though to be fair I haven't had time to go check the prices at a hardware store.

They came and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They did their work in a timely manner and they cleaned everything up when they were done with the job.

Professional service on the phone, on the job site and the plumber called to let me know he was on his way prior to the appt. time.

Plotke forgot the work order, but came as soon as I called them. They by mistake billed me twice, but refunded the money quickly. Nice people.

They did a great job, reasonable price, arrived (mostly) on time (one day off when they said, but they called), and did a professional job.

They were very thorough and professional in their quote and quoting process, and were excellent in describing different alternatives to consider in minimizing the breaking through walls etc. When the quote came in (approximately 33% higher than the people we used) I asked if some items on the quote could be cut, or if there were other alternatives to get the price down. (to be fair, his price included some work that wasn't on the quote from who we eventually used, but that was some of the work I was asking to eliminate from the quote. He told me he would have the revised quote the next day, but that didn't happen. I emailed him a few days later asking if he had the requote, and he emailed me back (I think the next day) that because copper had gone up 10% the last week, he couldn't reduce the quote. So we wound up going with another firm we found on Angie's List that had great reviews and a BBB affiliation. It's kinda too bad he couldn't re-consider the quote- after meeting with him and hearing his ideas on how and what to do, we were excited about using him. They seemed like an honest firm and I have since heard other good things about them from another property owner. Maybe next time.

quite satisfied overall. My earthquake shut-off valve on my gas line kept tripping for no reason. The diagnosed it, found the valve was faulty, but looked into the warranty and found it to still be active. The got a replacement part from the manufacturer and replaced it (for just the labor fee). Soon after, my water heater was leaking. They came to try and fix it, and found that it was beyond repair. They were perfectly understanding when I wanted to research options before going with them to replace it. I ended up going with them to both replace it, take the old one away, and install a drain line going to the exterior of the house. They were professional and courteous and all spoke decent English. They stuck to the written estimate they'd given (at my request). The office was responsive when I left messages or had questions. I'd recommend them.
