Description of Work: We were sent a coupon by the company for a fixed price check up.We were experiencing loud clicking sounds when using our air conditioner. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and made an adjustment. We paid for the service. After he left the noise Came back.. We called the company and the technician returned the next day, identified the remaining issue. He was polite and professional throughout and he encouraged us to call again if the problem recurred. The noise has not returned. Even though the issue was not resolved the first time, we were very satisfied with the service would use this company again.

+ -1 moreIT HAS BEEN AN OVERALL POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE THE ONES THAT REMIND US THAT THEY NEED TO COME OUT SO THAT IS NICE. THEY TAKE THE BURDEN OF THE RESPONSIBILITY OFF OF US, AND THAT IS KIND OF NICE.
Description of Work: THEY CHECK THE FILTERS AND GO UP ON THE ROOF. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY COME OUT. IT IS PRIMARILY FILTER CHANGING.
