Technican as very professional. Scheduling the appointment was easy and fast.

They were good. They installed the thermostat very thorough. They make sure I have a basic understanding before I left. They troubleshoot the problem, they did it in a timely passion, and the price was reasonable.

They arrived on time, did a professional installation that involved a few tricks to make it work and removed the old heaters, capped the pipes and wall boarded the empty spaces. They did everything in 2 days and made sure it was working correctly. Love the system for both heat and AC. They are a Mitsubishi dealer, which is rated among the best products for ductless systems, and their price was very competitive (lowest of 4 bids)

Thankfully under warranty. Hats off to York for following through. Despite some unforeseen issues with equipment, service was good and timely. Thanks

The technician who looked at my old unit gave me options for repair or replace. I opted to replace the very old unit. Two days later, Lenco had secured permits and got a new compressor unit on to my roof. In both appointments, the people from Lenco were punctual, professional and helpful. Great company.

Found out yesterday during the heat wave that my A/C didn't work. I left Lenco a message on Sunday night; Monday morning Terry (the owner) called and came, as promised, between 10 am and 12 pm. Spent time with my dinosaur of an A/C unit, added two units of refrigerant, replaced our thermostat. Great guy, great service.

Excellent work. They re-routed the duct work to open up the attic. Protected our hardwood floors, cleaned up every day. Recommended an electrician to pull power for the AC. Pulled permit and met inspector at the house. No issues. Would definitely use this company again.

Terry and Mike did a great job removing my 25 year old AC units and replacing them with new York ones. They had to carefully take apart the old units and removed them piece by piece because of where it was located. They did a great job covering up my house when accessing my attic to remove my 25 year old furnace. The workmen did a great job to make sure nothing got on my carpet. Overall they did a great job and was very easy to work with. I was so pleased with their work that I had them install a York AC and furnace at my brother's new house a couple of months later! I know that these guys are out in the field all the time so they might not be able to return phone calls right away especially during peak periods when everyone is trying to get their AC serviced. Just some food for thought.

My friend referred this company to me so I called Lenco to see why our units were not working. The initial visit went well, they cured the problem and since my friend had a contract and this visit went well, I signed a Service Contract to have them check our units twice a year as well. July, my inspection month, came and I was not contacted by Lenco. I called them and received a message that one of the servicemen was on vacation and I would be contacted as to when they could come. The middle of July came and went with no contact so I called again. No response. I was getting antsy as the hot weather was coming and I did not want my units to "go out" on me so I called again. Nothing. I called once or twice more with the same result. Nothing. Finally, I left a message to the effect that "they either did not want to service my units or they were too busy to even return calls. Therefore, return my check and I will find another company". I received a prompt message that they will be returning my check"...which they did. I gave them a Quality:B grade as the one and only visit was OK. As far as the rest, you would be served well to find a more responsive A/C company!!! Judi B.

My old furnace was 22 years old & I was having a strange problem with it that no one could figure out. I had used another company first whom I had used several years ago for a repair. Even though ratings now were fairly poor for that other company, I tried them anyway. I paid them around $900 & my problem was not fixed. Finally I phoned York directly & was given a referral to a couple of their authorized service companies which included Lenco. I called them first since they were the closest to me. I got an appointment at a convenient time & their service call was a fair price compared to the other company I used. Again, they were not able to figure out what was going on with my York furnace since it was working fine when they were at my home! I asked the service man how much it would cost to put in a new furnace & I was quoted approximately $2500 which was about $1000 LESS than the company who had attempted to fix my furnace & cost me $900. Since my existing unit was 22 years old, which is considered very old for a furnace, I decided that it would be better to replace it rather than sink more money in to it. Lenco told me they would install any brand I wanted even though they are a York dealer. We went with Bryant which is rated the highest by Consumer Reports. When the appointment was made for the installation, the price they gave me was just under $2000! They offered me an Angie's List discount since they knew I was a member. I was really impressed by that since I didn't bring it up myself. The installation went without any issues by 2 great technicians. They left the area perfectly clean & took all debris with them. They also replaced my existing ancient thermostat which was included in the price! I will use Lenco again if the situation arises & I HIGHLY recommend them. They are so professional and friendly. I also felt that the price was great & they are very punctual.

Our existing service provider found a major problem with the furnace including the existing ducts. He gave use a price to replace the system. We used Angies list to find a second contractor to price the work. We picked Lenco. Terry Taylor, the president, came to the house and inspected the system and explained the options to both my wife and me. He spent a lot of time with us. Their price was very reasonable and it was an easy decision to use Lenco. Terry was also on the job as the existing furnace was removed and came for a final inspection. We pointed out that the screws holding the registers were not for "finish work" He will have them replaced the next day. There was also soom minor damage to the ceiling where a recessed light had been knocked while the crew was installing the furnace in the attic. Since we are doing other work to the ceiling we told him we would take care of it. These two minor issues are the only reason that I didn't give them an "A "for quality. They will come out again after we have run the system to make sure we are happy with how it is adjusted. Our only comment is we wish Terry had shown us the higher end thermostat when we were looking at options. We have recommended Lenco to friends.

Everything went well. The technician found that it was just a piece of furniture that was blocking the air intake and that nothing was wrong with the furnace itself.

LENCO HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING's technician went onto my roof and turned off my heat. When I requested for him to turn it back on he said he couldn't do it because it was a safety violation and that I should pay some $5,000.00.

It went every well. They were very professional and they cleaned up very well. Everything was done well. Price was competitive. There were here when they said they would be here and finished at the time they said they would be done. I was very pleased.

They were very reasonable. They showed up as dated and did a good job. They were competent in working. They were prompt. They did the installation and that was thirteen years ago.

What a bunch of thieves. The guy did an OK job at my first house, but in my second house, he just came out to clean my heater, looked at it, told me it was old, told me to replace it, then left and charged me the full amount for a heater cleaning. I will never use this company again.
