Very professional and through

John's plumbing pointed out that, for not much more money than a regular water heater, that I could get a tankless water heater and save on monthly gas bills. They were right. I am saving about 40 % on the gas bill for the water heater because the only water heated is the water I need. I purchased a Navian Tankless 240 unit which has a top rating on Consumer Report.

He showed us the camera records, explained the situation and offered an option how to fix the problem. Apparently there was a big root in the main line near to the curb. His price was reasonable. I will recommend John’s plumbing to my friends.

John was very responsive. I called in the middle of the day, he listened to the issue I was having, and he sent his tech, Victor, to my home that same day. Victor was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable. He needed to replace the components inside my toilet tank and fix the shut-off valve to the toilet. He had everything he needed, was able to get the job done quickly, and I could tell the work was quality. I will definitely call John and Victor again for any plumbing needs. I'm relieved to have found them as I've struggled with finding plumbers that are prompt and responsive!

We called John’s Plumbing and Drain Service to replace our old water heater and pressure regulator. John came out, gave us a quote. Since we were doing more than one item he offered us a package deal. Due to high pressure our water heater was busted. After replacing regulator and installing a new water heater the issue was sold. John did the job with reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable. I will highly recommend John’s Plumbing Company.

John’s plumbing did couple jobs for us, and every time he offered us a reasonable price and did good job. Especially I remember last time when our sewer line was clogged. Plumbers were able to clean it super fast, and also they did camera inspection to see the condition of the sewer pipe. Thanks for your service.

It went very well. We were extremely pleased with the responsiveness of John and Victor. They are very professional, but also very friendly. Excellent! John has been a lifesaver for our condominium complex - Whitsett Court Condominiums. We had forty year old plumbing that the previous HOA boards had completely ignored. We were wasting an enormous amount of money patching leaks. Also, we were scrambling to find plumbers every time a pipe leaked. We started working with John's plumbing approximately 6 years ago to rework and replace our old plumbing. He's done countless plumbing projects and repairs in our building. John and his team were very professional. They showed up at the promised time and worked diligently and kept us informed of their progress as the project proceeded. The work was finished in less time than projected. Would hire again without hesitation.

For years I had a plumber that would perform various jobs around my house but when he moved out of the area i was forced to find a new plumber that I could trust. I decided to have John’s Plumbing come out to my house to perform a major plumbing repair based on reviews I read regarding their work. I’m happy to report that the reviews I read were on target because my experience with the company could not have been any better. First of all, they are professional in that they arrived each day as scheduled on time. They were also courteous, honest and highly knowledgeable and always took time to fully educate me about their recommendations and the rationale behind their recommendations. But even more important, the work they performed was of the highest quality. I was amazed at how many little extra repairs they performed at no cost simply because they wanted to make sure that the job was done right. And, when all was said and done, that’s exactly what they accomplished “a job done right!!!.” In fact, shortly after they completed the repairs, I informed the staff that they will be the only plumbing company I use for the foreseeable future because I was so thrilled with the work they performed and their overall professionalism. In short, I generally don’t recommend a lot of companies because each person’s experience with any given company can be very different. But, in this case I can state with utmost confidence that I highly recommend John’s Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!!!!!!
