I found Johns plumbing online and called them for gas line repair because gas company told us we had a leak at home. John came to my house, found a leak and gave a fair estimate for gas leak repair. He completed the job within couple hours. Highly recommend John’s plumbing and drain services

My family recently moved Fresno. When we lived in LA we hired Johns Plumbing to install a new water heater. It was 40 gallon Bradford White water heater. John gave a free estimate first. Then his team installed water heater. Victor and his helper worked fast and accurate. We highly recomend Johns plumbing

We scheduled an appointment with Johns Plumbing to get an estimate for a couple of non-emmergency issues including water heater replacement and faucet installation. Price was fair and we decided to go with them. Plumbers were working fast, and they completed all the work within one day. I would recommend Johns Plumbing to everyone.

THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. We needed a toilet changed out and had purchased a new Kohler unit for our bathroom. During the estimate process, which was done through Yelp's project messaging system, I was quoted $280 for complete installation of our Kohler toilet and removal/disposal of the old unit. The first issue was when the workers arrived they told my wife who was present for the installation that installing the toilet would be $40 more because I hadn't told them what the toilet model was and that this was a "weird" toilet. To clarify, this was just a normal porcelain Kohler toilet that was essentially the same as the unit in place but in black, and they had been informed in the messaging system that it was a Kohler toilet and hadn't inquired beyond that. The second issue was that after they were finished they told my wife that it was going to be $50 more to take the old toilet away even though they said that was included in the initial estimate. So, now we are almost 33% over the original quote through their bait and switch pricing. The third issue is that the porcelain on the toilet was damaged from the manufacturer and they failed to notify us and just installed the toilet, which we are now going to have to get replaced and reinstalled! So, now we are at over 260% of the original quote. The fourth issue is when I contacted them to at least get the toilet removed from our back yard where they left it they initially said that they hadn't included the removal in the $280 quote even though it was clearly in writing a few lines above in the current chat we were having. This then led me to realize that the John K. in the chat from John's plumbing isn't actually the owner but apparently a group of employees that have access to the messaging and clearly aren't communicating with each other or even reading the earlier entries in a conversation. Whomever I was talking to then refused to talk to me and said I had to call Anna to resolve my issue. Long story short, after calling Anna numerous times and many failed promises later I still have the toilet sitting in my yard. So, as stated before, this company is using a bait and switch quoting technique betting on the fact that you'll just pay the extra money instead of sending them away once they are on site.

Couldn't have gone better! John was very courteous. He said that he could have a plumber at our house in two hours, and two hours later Victor arrived. He followed COVID-19 protocols, he took the time to explain the cause of the problem, the repair that was immediately required and the long-term solution. He worked quickly, was very kind and courteous, and the price seemed fair. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with my experience with John’s Plumbing. They were so quick to respond and come out to my house. I had an emergency late at night, within 20 minutes a technician had arrived. He was so thorough about what my problem derived from and about how they plan on fixing it. Victor was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He temporarily fixed the issue at night and came the next day early in the morning to resolve it. I had the pleasure with meeting the owner, John, the next day, when they both arrived to start the procedure. I never leave reviews but I had a great experience with John’s Plumbing and their professionalism. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

service itself went fine. My concern was that i was contacted to come see the project but nobody called to tell me what time he was coming. when i called they said 12-1 but nobody came... so i called 12:30 and they said he was on his way and then I was cut off and not called back.

Thought I had a leak under the house from a kitchen drain. Turned out it was a leaky toilet. Fixed the same day! These guys are best. I finally found a plumber who I trust!

John's plumbing pointed out that, for not much more money than a regular water heater, that I could get a tankless water heater and save on monthly gas bills. They were right. I am saving about 40 % on the gas bill for the water heater because the only water heated is the water I need. I purchased a Navian Tankless 240 unit which has a top rating on Consumer Report.
