The gentleman was extremely pleasant and professional. He gave the roof a good inspection and a very nice portfolio with their company info. I was very impressed. I also received requests from the company for feed back I would definitely use them if I needed a new roof.

He did a great job. He did some little repairs. I thought that he went above and beyond.

The big deal from Jobe Roofing Co turned out really well. Basically they came in on time, scheduled and called in. Once he was here they went up to the roof and they inspected the issue that we had, identified. They determined that it was being caused by the air conditioning but they went ahead and did some minor repairs. We were very happy with the assessment. It took a while for us to schedule, when we had the big storm, it was supposed to be scheduled that Saturday but it was postponed because of the weather. I would use their services in the future.

The job seems to be done well. The estimator was very good, but when I called four days after we got the estimate from him, the people in the office were very confused. Apparently the estimator was off on training in the marine reserves and the office did not have the details of the estimate. Jobe the owner stepped in to rectify the situation which was a big help. If it hadn't been for that, I would have gone elsewhere. They need to make better use of their computer system. I also got messages reminding me of appointments that had happened five days before. They seem to be excellent roofers. We will see how it holds up in the rain.

It was the most thorough roof evaluation I have ever received, and I felt that Jobe took a lot of time and exercised attention to detail when inspecting the condition of my roof. Plus he attended to the cracks and potential areas of leaking by sealing them without having to be asked to do something. I perceived that he takes a lot of pride in his work and that customer service is of great value to him. He gave me a thorough evaluation of what is going on with my roof, taking a number of pictures and images and we discussed a means to remedy one significant area of my roof which is not in great condition comparatively to the rest of the roof. He didn't immediately set out to pitch me a new roof, which I truly appreciated. He gave his opinion of how much longer the existing roof may last before presenting problems. I thought his proposal is extremely fair in price and warranty, and my husband and I are seriously considering his proposal. I also liked his warranty and maintenance program which I think is a good deal and very fair, especially because you get a free gutter cleaning too, which can be very expensive. I think Jobe sets a high standard for customer service and talks to the customer about what sets his business apart from other contractors, and I feel that sometimes people need to hear what goes into the costs of building and makes pricing differ among contractors. For what he explained to me I feel that one would be buying a very high quality service with high quality workmen who take pride in what they do.

We purchased the deal because we were concerned about our garage roof. I was told they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Since then every time it rains the garage roof leaks. I contacted the office and was told the manager would call me back. No call. No email. Just found feedback here - but how many of us sign in here everyday to check on feedback? The feedback from Jobe is inaccurate -their estimator (did not) "presented you with a cost for such repairs which were not included in the big deal" - we were never told of any repairs because he never found any! We never believed the cost included repair just an evaluation of the roof, especially the garage roof which was our main concern. They had my phone number. Not happy. Would not recommend.

Joe was professional. The work that was done, which was minimal, seemed of good quality and a fair price. At first he was not going to provide me with copies of the photos he had taken of the roof but in the end he did. We made the decision not to do extensive roof repairs at that moment. We plan to do major roof repair next spring and call Joe back to bid on the work.

He did a good job. He took pictures and showed them to me. He informed me my roof was good.

I purchased the roof maintenance package to address any areas that might need caulking and to get an assessment of the overall condition of the roof. I was advised that the roof on a back room addition needed replacement which was not surprising. The price that was quoted however was for an area twice the size of the room. Later that day when I realized the discrepancy, I called to discuss this. The rep wasn't in so I left a message asking for him to call me back and what it was about. Never received a call back!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to fix up some worn out shingles and an improperly sealed flashing.

Overpriced for what we received

Neat, courteous young man arrived on time. Dressed obviously not to do any work--not in work clothes.Talked w/me about .age of roof and possible need to replace in not too distant future. Left brochures. I had to pay extra $25 because I am out of their service area. Wouldn't use them 1st w/o getting local bid, then maybe.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and had the work done about a week after I purchase the deal. I would recommend them; they are fast and efficient. They are easy to communicate with and they do quality work.

They were very professional. Our appointment was with Franco and he was very professional, courteous, and thorough. Although he reported our roof was in good shape, he provided reading materials for a new roof, along with a quote. The quote was very reasonable, and we are considering whether or not to bite the bullet and get a new roof. We would certainly use Jobe Roofing if not now, in the future.

Fine, They were a little pricey, but seemed like they know their stuff. We intend to use them when we go forward with repairs.

Estimate and contract was written to describe work proposed and materials to be used. Explained in detail the inspection and also presented options for the repair and financing available. Estimate under consideration at this time. Will give estimate serious consideration with next 30-60 days.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Jobe Roofing. It didn't turn out to be so much of a value.

The x-marine arrived early and was immaculantly dressed. He took a ladder from his truck, checked the roof, got a bucket of black tar-like substance and went back on the roof to put the tar at the bottom of all the pipes. He photographed the work with a camera I gave him and with his cell phone. He gave me an estimate on doing a total roof resurfacing. and left.

IT WENT VERY WELL. THEY CALLED WHEN THERE WAS GOING TO BE A DELAY BECAUSE OF WEATHER CONDITIONS. EVERYTHING JOBE SAID WAS GOING TO HAPPEN DID. THE PRICE WAS THE PRICE NO SURPRISE ADD ONS. JOBE HAS A VERY PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION AND SEES TO IT THAT EVERYTHING THAT WAS PROMISED HAPPENED IE:START DATE,PERMITS,SAFETY MEASURES (WE HAVE A VERY PITCHED ROOF) CLEAN UP (EVERY NITE) AND THAT ALL NAILS AND DEBRIS WERE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES. I JUST WISH I HAD MORE PROPERTY TO RE-ROOF NOW THAT I HAVE FOUND A PROFESSIONAL AND VERY COMPETITIVE ROOFER.

It went very well from the beginning. The staff arranging the appointment (I talked to two separate people) were very pleasant. They called before coming out to confirm the appt. and then arrived at the time they estimated. (They had to drive at least 15 miles). Two staff came; one senior and one junior staff. The men were very professional. As described above, they showed what they discovered and fixed. There is always the concern in inspection reports that the recommedation will be a very expensive repair job. The senior staff person said the business is 15 years old. They appear to be very honest and reasonable. I would recommend them and use them again.

Our neighbors recently had his roof replaced by Jobe. They had gotten estimates from a number of roofers. While not the cheapest, they thought Jobe's estimate to be reasonable and were very pleased with the work. We went with Jobe on their recommendation, and we too were very pleased with the work done. They were very professional, came on time each morning, and were very conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day. When we couldn't decide what color roof to choose from the brochures, Jeremiah brought by sample shingles, which made it easier to choose.

Everything is good so far and no leaks yet, but there hasn't been a major rain. They were on time, prompt, professional and everything was done when they said it would be. I would use them
